Norrell was very responsive. They came the same day to assess what was needed to install my home EV charger and gave me an estimate that was very close to what I expected. We asked for installation 2 days later to fit our schedule and they were able to accommodate us. Clinton, a master certified electrician, did the installation. He was courteous, friendly and let us know exactly what he needed to do. He was excellent and placement of the charger was just right. I will definitely use Norrell and particularly Clinton for any other electrical work in the future.

We’ve had some complications recently with our HVAC system. All Norrell technicians have been great, kind, and professional. Tristan recently came out for a follow-up on some work recently performed for our home and he exceeded all expectations for what we asked, even after other techs came out to do some cleaning and modifications to our system. Tristan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional to explain all he did and checked during the follow-up visit.

11/25/2024 Electrical repair today. Clinton, aka Buddy, was friendly and professional, like everyone Norrell sends out. This is a very well run company, with some great employees. They may not be the cheapest, but they are extremely reliable.5/4/2024 Norell installed a new unit 6 weeks ago, and today made the 3rd service call because it would not come on. Tristan Saxon came out a few hours after I called and fixed the problem quickly. Tristan explained everything in detail and was very professional and polite, like all the service techs from Norrell. The people that answer my phone calls are also very nice, efficient and professional, every single time.The reason I bought a new system from Norrell is their prompt professional service. Norrell repaired my previous HVAC, inspected and serviced it.3/13/24 LeWayne & Hunter even took a moment to socialize with my foster puppies.

Mark and Jordan were an absolute delight to work with today. Very informative about what is best for you and your home. Norrell Service Experts is a great company to deal with when looking to purchase and maintain Heating and Air Systems. They have all sorts of options available for all different systems and budget needs. Their maintenance programs are fantastic and are tailored to fit what you need so your heat and air system works well. Christian Paul and Brad inspected our current system, presented us with information that we needed for our budget so that we could purchase our new Heating and Air system, and also a Water Heating system. We were told about a couple different maintenance plan options that we could use so that our system will work well for the upcoming years. This was a good experience and we are completely happy with our meeting with Christian Paul and Brad from Norrell Service Experts.

Very professional company I had two other companies come out and I’m going to name them because they were absolutely terrible. The first one was Etheridge charged me $99 to tell me that they didn’t wanna fix it and Wilbur’s came out and told me the whole system had to be replaced. Norrell came and fixed the problem at a great price.

Devon did an amazing job and went above and beyond on the work he did to install my water spigot. He was professional and had great communication skills. I had a bad experience with a different company earlier today and didnt even bother dealing with them anymore. They came out and got the order completely wrong and wasted everyones time and werent even able to produce a date that they could come out. I called norrell and they were able to come out the same day and did a great job so I recommend using their services. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient

My 17yr old HVAC died on 16Jan24. I reached out to Norrell that night, got an appt with a salesperson (Simon) the next day. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able explain the units they have in terms that even I understood. The unit we originally agreed on, turns out was stuck in TN due to winter weather there and wouldnt be here in Bham until 22Jan24 so I could either wait it out, or, there was a similar unit that could be installed on 18Jan. I opted for the similar unit.The real heroes were my installers, David McKinney and Keith Walton. They also were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions I had. They were able to work through a few obstacles that were thrown their way, such as not being given all the details of the installation, and having to devise a way to get the unit into my backyard without a forklift to hoist it over the fence (there is limited width even with the fence door taken off). They were problem solvers, cleaned up the work area in my backyard perfectly, and I had heat by that afternoon. So far, an excellent start for my customer experience with Norrell.Update: Anthony came and performed yearly maintenance today 11 Dec 24 and was thorough, efficient, and polite. Definitely recommend.

The results are phenomenal; softer water, more pure water that tastes great, better hair texture and clothes after washing, and it will eliminate build up of lime and calcium scale which is terrible in our area. Follow up,I want to thank Jeff for his quick response to my concerns, he immediately addressed the issue listed and it was a simple fix. I have always trusted Norrell and I know things will happen but, its how you respond to it that really matters.I have been using Norrell for over 4 years, Thanks you Jeff!....Service date was May 7th, 2021. I want to say Norrell Service Experts was doing a good job up to this point. Last service tune up was terrible, technician left the cover to the attic unit half closed, stripped out the fasteners due to over tightening. Cool air was blowing out the side of the unit, because the door wasnt sealed correctly. Also he left the insulation tape off Freon pipe hole into the unit (6X2 inch hole). My attic was cooler than the house itself.Why tune it up if you cant put everything back the way it was before you started, didnt save me anything!Seems like the two technicians were really only interested in selling me on the Advantage Free Plan or a new Water Heater then doing what I was paying them to do.Also if I look at their Home Health Service Report (yellow copy), 90% of the report is checked good, 10% is checked fair.Emergency technician that came out after I realized the AC wasnt working correctly stated half my Freon is gone (4LB) $800. Hmm??Still waiting on a call from manager!Thanks Norrell!Previous Review..............................Norrell has serviced my unit since I moved into my new home. Always professional and they take the time to explain your systems health, along with showing pictures. Micah was on time and I was glad he took the time to point out an issue that could have caused my energy bill to go up.Also, we love the UV air filtration system installed this year.Thanks Norrell.

He found a GFI plug that wasnt working during his inspection.Tristan Saxon, who I had before, also did a thorough inspection. He went over all of his findings and did a good job of explaining the report.Finally, Richie Hall went over the available options for the water filtration system as well as the options for waterless tank. Recently our heatpump suddenly quit working. I called Norrell Service Experts and Ryan and Anthony were at our home within a few hours. After a lengthy examination of the entire system we were given a thorough explanation of exactly what was wrong with the units and the cost of repair. Given the age of the unit it was clear our best option was replacement. Ryan was able to give us very understandable information about a compatible replacement. The installers, Brian and Charlie were great. They worked straight through until they completed the install and made sure the system was working perfectly. They also cleaned up behind themselves leaving nothing but a cool comfortable home and thankful customers. They were very polite and respectful to us and our home. We have been customers of Norrell for many years now and will continue to rely on their contentious, knowledgeable staff.

Thomas Elliot from Norrell came out to our house this morning to repair our AC after it went out yesterday and replaced the blower motor. He arrived promptly at 8:15 as promised and accomplished everything quickly. He was extremely professional and courteous and even took the time to explain everything he was doing. I couldn’t recommend this service more, but make sure to ask for Thomas if you can! He even managed to make friends with our somewhat grumpy dog.

Their technician, Caleb Lockhart, did a great job when he was onsite for our routine maintenance. I never once was pressured to buy anything or was left with unanswered questions. He treated our home as if it was his own. We continue to trust our maintenance to Norrell because of great people like Caleb.6/4/2024 Update—Caleb and Josh came out today to perform a PM on our HVAC and Plumbing systems. Once again, their thoroughness and consultative attitudes were much appreciated. My wife noticed they immediately put on shoe covers before coming into the house. This small sign goes a long way to show the respect and professionalism of these technicians. Great job.

Excellent! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, hard working and my unit was left in the best working condition it has ever worked. He was also polite, pleasant company and educated me during every step. I am very pleased with the service Anthony provided today and the quality of his work. I will definitely be using Norrell for my future HVAC needs and will be requesting Anthony.

Caleb and Talon came out today to do scheduled maintenance on our HVAC system. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire visit. We decided to have the older unit replaced using the Advantage System. Now our entire house HVAC system will be covered by the Advantage System with much more efficient equipment. Brandon was/is incredible. He replaced what I called about it in 10 minutes. Answered all of my other questions with thoughtful recommendations without trying to upsell me like many other technicians in the area. Then he went out of his way to help me fix a high end faucet sprayer including calling the manufacturer’s technical support (who was zero help) before he said I’ll just figure it out on my own…which he did. Norrell will be my preferred plumber going forward, and will request they send Brandon everytime. Highly recommend these guys for all plumbing needs.
