Unfortunately, vandals stole $50 worth of copper pipe from my moms house that was up for sale. This left about $4k worth of work to restore the water and water heater.The estimate was a thorough and accurate inspection with a detailed estimate given in writing by Jerry and Donnie.The same two gentlemen that gave the quote did the install. It was an extensive job replacing all the pipes, valves, and water heater. They were abe to do the job in about 6 hours with no issues. The water pressure is better than before and there is hot water for days. Let me say I could not recommend any business or contractor higher. In addition Michelle that sets up appointments and answers the phone is very understanding and professional.

We had a terrible toilet and pump leak and it was repaired in a short period of time. They explained everything prior to the repairs so we could understand the why. We will use them again!

Jerry was amazing. We had been in our house only a month or two when it started falling apart. Water was coming up from the kitchen floor and the list of other broken things was already drowning us. I called about 10 plumbers and he was the only one to respond. He and his teammate (Im so sorry I forgot your name!), were sooo kind and helpful. They fixed everything and helped me find a good water mitigator. The price was very reasonable, the job was done well, and the professionalism and competency was priceless. Jerry, you were seriously a life saver.We have used them again to fix a clogged sink which they handled like it was nothing, and Im calling again for a leaking toilet.

I had the main valve to my manual plumbing system burst after 16 years and it ruined part of the floors of my house. It was definitely something I could not fix myself so I had to shut the water off to the entire house. Soon after, I called about 15 plumbers and finally, Johns Plumbing said they could fit me into their busy schedule. They came out the next day at noon because they knew it was an emergency and finished in 30 minutes. Paid $295 for parts and labor, not bad at all for the situation. Yeah, I mean, there was a little water on the floor but I asked them to replace a part and hose, not bring a clean up crew which I would have asked for if I really needed it. Took me 30 seconds to wipe it up. They fit me into their busy schedule as well so they had to run. It saved my floors from further damage and we can use our water again. Thank you for being the only plumbing company to answer my call and fit me in on an emergency. Ill be calling these guys every time I need something I cannot fix myself.

We couldnt have been more impressed with the level of service. They called on the way - showed up on time - were extremely professional - answered all of our questions - cleaned up - worked fast! I wish they were in our normal territory - I would absolutely use them again! Thanks Truck 11 for installing our faucet, farmsink, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Did as they said they would do!! Shockingly with this industry..there was no surprise with Johns Plumbings billing or quality of work, just the job they needed to do with the bill as quoted. And no add on or bs to build a higher bill.I will recommend Johns Plumbing for sure.
