I have just had a complete bathroom remodeling done. Jim, the owner, personally, did all of the plumbing work that was involved. I had used him for my plumbing needs in the past but never for a major project like this one. I could not be more pleased! He did, as always, an excellent job in a timely manner. He is very professional, respectful, thorough, and competent. He always strives to do the best job possible. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done just right. Absolute life saver. My house was on the market for two days and my crawl space flooded, naturally. I was told by an inspector there was a pipe busted and he was turning away clients. Called several plumbers and they could not make it out that day. Jim was the last phone call and he was there in 6 minutes. After inspecting quickly there was no leak, it was a bad sump pump. Replaced and problem instantly resolved. House sold. He’s a good person to know!

My water heater had a pipe on the top that suddenly started spewing water. After I had my son turn the main water valve off, I called Mr Stewart. He happened to be on a job close by where I live. He said that he would come as soon as he finished up there. A couple of hours later, he arrived and had the repair completed in a short time. While he was here, I also asked him to look at another small leak from behind my toilet that was a concern to me. He also repaired it, even though he had another job he was needing to get to. I was very pleased with his work and thankful that he agreed to come the same day, even though he already had jobs. He was friendly, did a good job and the charge was very reasonable. I recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable honest plumber at a reasonable price.

I called late one evening after discovering a major water leak earlier in the day between the city meter and a cut off that I had had installed for my house years ago. I had no water service coming in to my house. I called the city and they told me it was my problem and they cut the water to my house. Jim answered my call immediately and scheduled to come early the next morning.He worked a miracle having to follow behind plumbing that was obviously installed wrong by the previous plumber. He got my water back on in about 2-3 hours.I was impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency. Very pleasant experience and the price was reasonable. Jim and the plumbers at Coleson were fantastic. I️ had a main line sewer stoppage that backed sewage up into my basement and laundry room. My home warranty was unable to get contractors out in a timely manner (two to three days estimated), and I️ couldn’t live with having sewage downstairs or not be unable to use any of my water facilities for that long with two children under two in the house. I️ called Coleson, and they were able to send someone out almost immediately. They were responsive, professional, and communicated directly with me in a timely manner. I️ am glad we called them.

My tankless water heater suddenly developed a leak in the area of the heat exchanger.Unfortunately, that meant my entire family and I were without hot water. Very tough situation with two young kids.I called a different company out first and was dissatisfied with their pricing and service.I gave Coleson Plumbing and Gas a call last night at 5:30pm. James returned my call in 30 seconds! Wow! He was able to collect information about my tankless unit over the phone and developed a comprehensive plan for the next day to resolve my situation. James arrived exactly when he said he would, explained all the work he planned to perform in advance, and then he installed my replacement unit in record time.James also took the time to discuss rebate options available with my gas provider and to make several customized recommendations for other plumbing and home needs.Of special note, James also made sure to file a warranty claim for my unit since it was still under warranty. The manufacturer ultimately makes the decision on coverage once the defective is returned and James thoroughly explained that process to me. A lot of companies dont even check your warranty as its easier and quicker for them to just sell you a new unit. Not so easy on your wallet, however.Now, here comes the best part. Not only did James do a stellar job installing the new unit in record time, but the price he charged was over 40% cheaper than any other price quote I received for the same work. Incredible. Dont let anyone else into your home. Call James and the dedicated professionals at Coleson Plumbing and Gas and put your anxiety to rest. You will be treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. We’ve used Jimmy from Coleson Plumbing for years for all of our plumbing projects! Our house was built in 1957 so you can imagine the issues we’ve had over the years. These guys are the real deal. My wife called me at 7:39 PM , telling me we had water flooding our basement . My neighbor came over to help her. They referred Coleson Plumbing. These guys were here in 20 minutes. The replaced our water heater , installed a garbage disposal, changed a bathroom faucet and cleaned up the water. This is one top notch group of guys. They had all the equipment on there trucks and was gone in no time. We have found our Plumber !!Thank you Otis , David , and Jim !

Cant recommend Coleson Plumbing enough! Jim was incredibly helpful, kept me informed, and was very professional. I had a pretty major plumbing issue, with a leak under my slab, and Jim made the process as easy as possible and left the spaces cleaner than when they started! Thanks to Jim and Mick!!
