    We have the Gold membership with Autumn air and have full confidence in them when it comes to our home services. After being taken advantage of by our home warranty it was refreshing to learn about the services they provide. The gold membership gave us enough reassurance that we canceled our home warranty. Every technician we’ve come into contact with has been absolutely wonderful. I always get Casey on the phone and he’s so patient in working with us and scheduling our needs. Recently, Jaden McCrory came out and he was so pleasant and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained everything to us and was completely transparent about the services provided. We recommend them to everyone we know. I truly can’t say enough positive things about this company.

    We had a great experience. Aaron was hard-working, kind and professional. Putting a water heater in the attic in 98 degree heat is miserable but you would have never known it by his response. Aaron even stayed late on our first appointment to accommodate our schedule. We had to go back and forth with questions because of a warranty claim and experienced great customer service by all involved.

    Having used Autumn Air once before with great results, I called to schedule a seasonal cleaning/tune-up and Im happy to see that nothing has changed and the technicians are as friendly, knowledgeable, and go that extra step throughout the appointment.My technician, Kaleb, called about half an hour beforehand, arrived on time, and set about cleaning and testing the outside unit and even attempting to scrub the more stained surface areas just for that extra polish to the job. We then went inside and examined the interior unit, showing me pictures of the internals so he could visually go over with me what could use servicing and why.An A+ experience and a continuing trend with this company.

    My heat went out the first part of December 2024 so I started calling HVAC Company’s in my area,And everyone I called informed me they were booked for at least 7 to 10 days but when I called Autumn air I was informed they were booked as well but would send a tech the next evening if I didn’t mind the time, so true to there word the technician arrived at the provided time and the rest is history. Jaden was my tech and he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. If you have HVAC Problems give them a call and you’ll see what I’m talking about very fair pricing but the customer service made it seem minuscule for what I received. Autumn air only for me

The AC on our top floor went out today and Spencer came out pretty late tonight to work on it. He identified and fixed the issue in a timely manner and all is working well now!     For a long while there have been atmosphere issues in our basement where the previous home owners had never taken care of sealing up the rooms and keeping temps and humidity in check. We had addressed those issues and we had tried using good filters at the returns to prevent as much of any dust, mold spores, etc. from recirculating and spreading, but it ended up being a losing battle for both comfort and our familys health. Finally, about a month ago I disconnected one of the flexpipes at the end of the trunk run to see just how bad it was and found almost 100% coverage of dust, mold, and nastiness throughout the system. It was in every bit of the trunk, and every flexpipe throughout the house (See pictures). Even a few of the vent registers had started harboring mold growth which was a really bad sign as well.So, I did what any good panicking homeowner would do at that point. Went to Google, pulled up nearby HVAC companies with good reviews that could do duct replacement, and called for appointments for onsite inspections. Out of the four highly reviewed and reputable companies (minus individual contractors) in the Pelham area that actually showed up for their appointment, Autumn Airs rep Baker was the only one who showed up on time, actually visually inspected inside the ductwork even after I showed him the initial pictures I took, and then spent a solid amount of time explaining to me options for replacing the entire ductwork system so we could see about what would be right for our budget. In the end, the price that Autumn Air was able to provide for an upgrade to a new round smooth metal interior and outside insulated wrapped system, including new boots and registers, throughout the entire house, plus a new central AprilAire Space Guard filtration and iWave-R GPS ionization system upgrade (per my request) beat out the one other company who actually sent me a quote by almost half. Let me say that again differently...TWO of the four companies NEVER sent back a quote. This told me that two of the highly reputable companies in the Pelham area that have a high amount of favorable reviews simply did not want a job. Pitiful for them.Fast forward to the install a week later...Led by two guys named Javy and Charles, they took care of making sure everything was treated with care when taking out the old ductwork so as to minimize spreading of dirt and mold as much as could be. Then, they proceeded to assemble and install all of the new system on site for custom fitting plus making sure all seams were taped properly and coated with mastic so that the chances of air leaks past the coils is forever kept at a minimum. They arrived early in the morning, and worked until the job was finished that evening (on the day of Harvey storms coming through too!). Any questions I had concerning anything with the job was answered and explained with no hesitation on their part. They went beyond expectations with accommodations and I just cant be any happier.I cant say it enough in this entire description here how great Autumn Air is for an HVAC company. They want someones business in the best way because they give the work the best service they can at reasonable prices, and offer great financing options too if needed. They understand how to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is being taken care of in the end as well. I can say I have also had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, the owner, later when he came back to look at a minor issue that crept up post install, and he is just as awesome about discussing more than the heres what well do. He takes the time to explain the why and hows (if you are interested to know and ask) and will work with you as a customer to do everything he can within reason to make sure you are satisfied with him and his company. Because of all of these things described about everyone at that company and how we were treated, we now not only have clean, sanitized fresh air, but the confidence to know it will stay that way due to the complete service and professionalism we got from Autumn Air.

    Our AC went out Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Spoke to Chase Cook on Sunday and he came out on Memorial Day to inspect and found the compressor dead. He was able to provide a quote for the new system and get his technicians scheduled for the next day. Scott Basham and his helper did an outstanding job installing the system. In addition to the extremely fast service, pricing was more competitive than quotes we had received in the past. Highly recommend Autumn Air.

    I have been using Autumn Air since May of 2022. I have the quarterly maintenance plan with them. They have always been polite and professional and done a great job. We bought an older home and ended up replacing the HVAC about a year after we moved in. Autumn Air gave us many options, discussed pros and cons, and answered all of our questions. Its a pleasure working with them. Jaden came out today for our quarterly maintenance and was great! Autumn Air is one of the few companies I still see where customer service is still a thing.     Autumn Air is Awesome! Chase was the first to fix our outside unit. He was on time and thorough in his diagnosis and repair. He also checked our inside unit and noticed that we had black mold. He suggested what needed to be done to our units and was able to schedule everything within r days. His crew arrived early and cleaned our units, installed surge protectors as well as a UV light and an electrical filter to kill the mold in the ducts. Autumn Air was very polite and professional

    I want to give a big thank you to Carlos and Chris for all their help today. My air conditioner was leaking and the home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) did not want to pay but a very little amount to fix the unit. As a disabled veteran with severe sleep apnea, I could not do without the the air but Choice Warranty did not care but Carlos and Chris worked with me to be able to get the unit replaced and my payment were very manageable. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that my needs was taking care. Carlos and Chris were friendly and knowledgeable about about everything. Brad and Alex pulled some receptacles and found “the one I didn’t check” had a loose neutral connection. So weird. Two receps dropped to 68v AC and I didn’t know why. I’m not an electrician so, it’s good to have Autum Air as a service tech!!

    The tech did not arrive within the timeframe given. He was very accurate with the issue of my AC unit, told me it would take months to have someone come out to repair, but failed to put in notes or report to my home warranty, and the next day, he left for vacation. So now I am still awaiting a ETA on repairs because the company can’t get in touch with him, and I am in a home with a toddler with no AC.Update: I did receive a phone call soon after this post and it cleared up my situation ALOT!     You know an HVAC company is doing something right when their people are so effective and enjoyable to spend time chatting with that you look forward to your quarterly visits. Thats downright weird, frankly, but I am not complaining. A lot of companies are just drudgery to have doing their periodic service calls, but Spencer in particular, who came to do our quarterly bit today, was such a treat that I started feeling guilty about keeping him too long.Skip and Brad kind of tag-teamed our original sale and installation a year ago, and they were just as engaging. These folks are actual people who make it a real pleasure to deal with what is ordinarily bad news: that our AC needed an expensive replacement.Those relationships are so important in any business, and you will find that Autumn Air has that sorted out very well, and clearly empowers their staff to bring their own personalities from home, and it pays off. At a time when we scarcely know what continent our customer service calls are being routed to, Autumn Air feels like we have family in the HVAC business.Im just sorry I wont need to buy an another AC system anytime soon, but at least I know Ill see friends of ours every few months when its time for an inspection and service!

They gladly accommodated my request. They were scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4 pm. The technician called me that day and asked if it was ok to come early. I gladly accepted the change. He arrived at the time he told me he would arrive. The technician was excellent! Chase Cook was completely professional. He was knowledgeable and did an outstanding job! He explained everything and has my unit repaired sooner than previously expected. I would highly recommend this young man any day.
