Jason Best Jr. came out early in the timeframe window which was very convenient. Before he gave me a call to ask some questions to make sure had had everything he needed and to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he promptly found the issue and gave a very detailed description of what needed to be done to fix and the price to do it. He worked much harder than he needed to, to not cut any holes in my wall. After he quickly finished I couldn’t even tell he had been there. He did a great job cleaning up after himself and even put in a support bracket because he noticed I needed one free of charge. Can’t recommend Jason enough.

Kirk came out to replace what I thought was an easy replacement of my shower and tub faucet, unfortunately I have a tub wall that was installed when it was built, so he could not remove the faucet without tearing up the tub wall. So Kirk explained that if I just replace the cartridge it will make it a smoother operation and should work fine, as that was the reason I wanted to replace it was it was not moving smoothly. So we went that route and I am very happy with how professional and courteous he was. In the future if I ever need my faucet actually replaced and new tub wall put in I will definitely contact Williams plumbing.

Kirk was the technician that came to fix the two problems that I wanted fixed. He was very personable and pleasant person!! He checked my plumbing system and told me about another problem that I had. My problems were the sillcock leaks every-time you use the facet outside; and the qother problem was that the main line to my underground sprinkler system cracked where to pipe comes out of the house and connects to the regulator (?). Anyway, Kirk found that I had an expansion tank (that was not supported) was cracked almost all around the connector to the main pipe. He also found that both pipe problems I had was because of the slope pipe was part of the problem in both instances. Kirk fixed both pipe problems; and them addressed the expansion tank. He had to address the problem of how to make it possible to fix it again if the tank failed. After cutting pipes and repositioning the tank he solved that problem for future fixes. He fixed the angle on the pipes going out of the house and strapped the expansion tank up so that the connector did not have the full weight of the tank on the combo!!! Kirk was knowledgeable and professional with all that he did for me. He was superb!!!!!

On 11/11/20 I had a appointment scheduled with another plumbing company that forgot about my service. My next call was to Williams Plumbing. I was definitely flustered as I had waited for over a week with the previous company. I even took the whole day off to make sure there would be no hiccups. A very long story short Williams plumbing saved my bacon. Within 2 hours they were at my house and had the problem fixed within an hour . They were very happy to help and very responsive and kind. Justin from Williams Plumbing was the only one who truly listened, did not try to up-sell and thoroughly explained what was needed to properly do this job. After this meeting I was completely confident in Justins knowledge. Booked the job, Justin did a walk through with his crew to explain exactly what was to be done ... Derek and Mike were clearly experienced professional plumbers and were polite and friendly as well. They worked almost 2 days and we could not be more pleased with the quality, speed, and cost involved in this massive change from total mess to beautiful perfectly performing plumbing!!! I had an amazing experience with Williams Plumbing. Kirk and Jason were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely generous with their time. They tried numerous ways to solve the problem, taking the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. And when they realized the problem was more serious than their equipment could fix, they gave me a referral to another company that had the necessary equipment, shared helpful advice, and didn’t even charge me. Travis Farnum did an excellent job for me. We determined the parts I had were wrong so Travis looked for the right ones and brought them back over and stayed until my boiler was running. This happened on Friday afternoon on a Fourth of July weekend.I feel I received five star service because Travis didn’t want to see me without hot water for several days.

I had Travis come out for a quote to move a wall mounted radiant gas heater to my shop. Travis was honest, informative and went into detail about expectations of its usefulness and performance in my 20’x20’ shop. Also gave me a very rough idea of costs. In the end the cost no where justified the costs.I appreciate the honesty and information. I will go to Travis and Williams plumbing again.
