Called white heating for an estimate for a new furnace. Mike came out next day and gave us a great quote for a direct replacement of what we had. Decided to go with them, called and was able to have a tech come out today (12/30/24). Kody was amazing and very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Kody handled everything perfectly and did everything in a timely manner. White heating is the best and so happy to have their help with some heat. Thanks again Kody and Mike!

Thankfully it was just a dirty flame sensor but he was thorough and walked me through ways to keep up maintenance on my unit to extend its life. Mark did a very good job installing my furnace. I like that all of the installers from White Heating put tarps down on your carpet and take their boots off when they come in and out of the house. They also do a great job cleaning up everything before they leave. They are very professional.

Super professional and got the Job done in a timely manner with care and professionalism. I called White Heating last week and spoke to Robin. He was extremely helpful and came out to answer and diagnosed all the concerns and issues in our water heater. Robin was so kind to answering all my questions and knew how urgent we were in regarding needing hot water. It was a bigger job than most water heater but he was sure it would be done. They were extremely easy to book with and were able to schedule me the following day. There was a crucial part that needed to ordered and this was not done. We ended up paying for the service and will have to pay for another visit because the part was not ordered. Our whole experience with Whites has been nothing but stellar from the initial install 3 years ago to the maintenance a few days ago. Compressor went out and they couldnt get the part through my warranty so instead they replaced my entire unit and had me pay labor. The installers are all super courteous, considerate and punctual. I recommend Whites to absolutely anyone and everyone who needs AC work done.

White Heating and Air Conditioning really came through for us. Weve had a record setting hot summer, and over 100 degrees for more days than I remember in 17 years here. With AC running so hard, it finally had some type of power hiccup. Im not sure technically what it was, but our thermostat went blank and AC cut out. This was a Saturday morning, so I did what I could using the Manual, Installers guide and online troubleshooting. I got AC running, but a lot of things werent working properly (whole-house air filter, whole-house humidifier and scheduling for AC and heat).White Heating and AC had installed the system ten years ago, and it was a month from being out of warranty. I called them Monday morning, and they were fantastic! A gentleman named Mack walked me through the settings for the thermostat by phone. Step by step, we got everything setup, programmed, working like new. He was extremely patient and clear, and my wife and I were so relieved to have our HVAC fully on line again.I had offered to pay as though it was a service call, in part since we live 50 miles out of town and also I knew they were swamped with similar problems due to the heat wave. They said no charge, and were just glad we had it working again.Wow!! Excellent service and highly recommended!

Alex was great scheduling my request to have my two fireplaces cleaned so that I didnt have to wait 3 months. He scheduled Luke to come and clean them. Luke had come to my rescue in 2018 with a mice problem in my fireplace vents and got that resolved.He is experienced and a true professional in his craft. He loves his work, enjoys people, and makes it a pleasant experience to have him in your home. He was well organized and meticulous with bringing in all his needed tools and equipment for the job in one trip. He took off his shoes which I appreciated since I had just had my carpeting cleaned. He was so competent in taking apart each piece of the fireplace, taking pictures of how the logs lay to put them back properly, vacumning logs, cleaning window panels, replenishing glowing embers, and making both fireplaces look just like new! They are the focal point of your living space and when they look nice the whole house looks great too!He went over with me step by step how to replace my batteries and sync the remote control on the one which I really appreciated and in the process replaced batteries that were getting low. Luke even was friendly and sweet with my persian cat Chester!Thank you Alex and Luke for providing such high quality service and professionalism! This post is long overdue. Last year we had an insert put in upstairs and an estimate on an insert replaced downstairs. Both of these are our primary sources of heat. We live in Columbus and thought it would be difficult getting it all done. Our Estimate was fair and when Luke came out to install upstairs fireplace we were impressed with his professionalism and patience with our many questions. We felt valued and well taken care of. So this summer we approached White for a wall air conditioner and Luke again took great care to install our unit with our odd setup and we had a full understanding of how this works by the time he left. We called for a new estimate on our downstairs fireplace insert during this sale and to our surprise this cost a little less than the original estimate. Luke again arrived to take care of us. We cant express how this company makes their customers feel important and heard from the front office to the sales people to Luke, Trevor, Jeff and Cash. The expert work they do is professional and as each job has its challenges they solve it and provide quality in their products. We highly recommend White and will use them for all our heating and cooling needs.
