Yeah for hot water!!!!!! Ron is an outstanding plumber and super efficient and knowledgeable. He was great about returning calls and texts and found a way to get both our boiler expansion tank and our Rinnai replaced within less than a week of us calling even with an upcoming Holiday. Ron, cleaned up after his project and was very thorough with explaining our needed maintenance and how to operate the new machine. I would highly recommend Ron and David from High Caliper as a local and trusted company.

Awesome! Our toilet had gotten blocked up, and they were very fast to come out the same day within a few hours, and get it unclogged within about 10 minutes. Were able to offer a lot of recommendations and advice regarding our toilet and to avoid future issues. Cannot say enough good things about this company and their work! Would definitely work with again and recommend to anyone, we know!

We had a water heater flood and they helped walk through steps to take care of the problem until they could get there the next day with a new water heater. I noticed dampness around my pressure tank and it went on for about two weeks. I decided I should call someone to look at it on Tuesday after Memorial Day. Someone stopped by to look at it that afternoon. He noticed a very small drip coming from under the tank. Since the tank was at least 17 years old we decided to replace it. On Wednesday he was in Billings and got an estimate on the parts. They texted me with an updated bid because the parts were much higher than anticipated. I ok’d it and they then texted me when they left Billings so I would know when to expect him. The work was done in about 2.5 hours. He found a pinhole in the old tank so glad I don’t have to worry about that anymore.

These guys are awesome. They came and installed a new rinnai combi unit in our house that heats the floor and our domestic water. Had it all installed in a day and a half. Great service, everything works great. Did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing/heating you may have

I contacted High Caliber Plumbing using their online message form regarding a non-emergency plumbing issue. I received a call from Matt the same day and he got me on the schedule within a couple days.On the morning of the appointment, Matt called to indicate what time he would arrive. Matt showed up when promised and repaired a leaking back flow preventer valve in my sprinkler system. Matt was very friendly and professional. I will certainly contact High Value Plumbing again if plumbing services are ever needed!

The owner (Ron), along with Matt and David, are all outstanding! Ron made recommendations on products that would work best in our home within our budget. He did a great job managing the plumbing project despite supply issues, delays caused by others, our remote location, weather concerns, etc. Matt and David completed all of the plumbing work necessary for our new home, from start to finish. This included installing a complicated and labor intensive in-floor radiant heating system. All of their work was very professional and they were extremely conscientious, polite, and clean. They made sure to answer all of our questions and provided excellent and thorough explanations. They are very honest people that strive for giving their customers the highest quality work for a very fair price. We cant thank them enough for all that they did for us! We highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I would and will recommend High Caliber to anyone with an issue. Plus I called him on a Friday and he arrived the following Monday. That is unheard of around here.

High Caliber Plumbing was top notch! This has been a process that started four years ago with foundation work. They were there to set the drains and have been there for each phase of our build since. I work for a company that is in the middle of a lot of renovations, and we needed a plumber to come and do some major changes in a timely manner. High Caliber Plumbing & Heating came and ran new water and air lines for our air dryer and air tank. We also had new water and air lines that needed to be added for our fabrication station, along with our eye station completely being moved to a different location in our shop. The crew with High Caliber Plumbing and Heating were dependable, professional, knowledgeable and they got the job done in a timely manner, which for us as a company is important, because delays cause us to lose hours of production and lost profit. I would highly recommend them to anyone residential or commercial that is looking for a group to get the job done right the first time!

I am a local home builder and found myself in a bit of a situation after a recent cold snap...very cold snap. An older property that our family owns, froze up and we needed help quick. Knowing how busy our local tradesman are, I was floored when Ron took my text on a Sunday and helped me diagnose the issue via text. He then contacted me again first thing Monday and his two sons were out here in just the nic of time. They tore into the issue and had me up and heating again in just a couple hours.
