After acquiring a ridiculous bid from a competing plumbing vender for $20,000 to do a repair job on frozen pipes, I contacted Browns plumbing out of Billings. To my amazement, they were able to get job done in a matter of two days. The total bill wound up being $7,800. The owner Ryan and his plumbing crew were professional, kind, courteous, genuine and honest people. Ive spoken to five other people whove used Browns and they were very happy as well. I would highly recommend Browns plumbing to do any plumbing repair you need including plumbing with boilers. I could not be happier with the experience I encountered with them.

Our hot water tanks (2) stopped functioning on 7/4/23. Browns were notified on 7/5/23 and were here that morning. Cody and Reno diagnosed the problem, explained the requirements to fix the promblem, gave us recommendations, choices, and estimates. We made the choices that best suited our needs and new tanks were installed at that visit. The work was done by these two very professional gentlemen efficiently, neatly, and with attention to detail. We were given instructions with demonstration and all questions were answered. They are a credit to the company they work for, and we will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Leonard came out to fix the copper connection that runs out of my house to my underground sprinkler system. One of the seams in the copper cracked and was leaking. This tech is awesome. He called with a 15 minute notice, heard and understood my concerns, and quoted it within about 5 minutes. This tech is personable and professional, which is what I needed in my moment of frustration while turning the sprinklers on for the year. If I have plumbing needs in the future I will be requesting him by name. Also props to the customer service rep in the office. She got me scheduled out within a day and already had a confirmation text for service and time before I had even hung up the phone with her. 5 stars for them.

We had to get a new hot water heater, turned into in all day job due to no one’s fault. A lot of things had to be replaced, Cody Floyd was vary professional and timely when he arrived. Josh Archambeau showed up to help and he was also vary professional. They both were vary polite and considerate. We will be regulars with Brown plumbing as we remodel our new home. Thank you for coming over a day ahead of schedule and working on our sink. We called them on Wednesday and they scheduled us for Friday morning to service our kitchen sink back up issue. I received a call Thursday and they were able to come by around 2:00. Professional, explained the options, got right to work on the snake and were thankful that solved our issue. I was very pleased with the education they offered with regards to maintenance. I would highly recommend.

Brown Plumbing and Heating was unbelievably helpful when we needed a simple toilet gasket repair. After they completed that, we asked about a problem with the plumbing under our sink, and they worked with us to resolve the issue.The repair was unfortunately a larger one, but what made them stand out was that they took the time to do it right and didnt leave until everything was good to go. Beyond that, their pricing was well worth the quality of the work and didnt break the bank. After they repaired that, a funny odor we assumed was just and older home smell turned out to be the horrible under-the-kitchen-sink plumbing job that was done before.We knew we needed to have our hot water tank replaced soon, so we asked if we could be scheduled for that thinking it would take some time -- we were blown away to be put on the books for that the next morning. I know it doesnt always work out that way, but we were very grateful to be able to get all this plumbing work done so quickly and professionally. Not to mention, the work that was done was very high quality - so much so that we have probably about an extra foot of room under the sink now. And our hot water is PERFECT now.I cant recommend Brown Plumbing and Heating enough.

They showed up early and treated my grandparents with kindness, patience and very respectfully. The cost was fair and affordable. These guys came over and not only solved the issue immediately, but also helped me understand why the issue is occurring. I was literally shown a picture of the problem using cameras in the sewer lines. Joe clearly described multiple options for a more permanent solution. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable. We called Brown Plumbing & Heating for a non-emergency leak and within two days of the call Cody with Brown was at our residence. Cody was incredibly polite, efficient, and informative. In less than an hours he had identified the cause of the leak and had it fixed. He also informed us of recommend care and up keep for the line. Pros: quick, timely and professional repair, price was not outrageous, very thorough, very friendly. Pretty much everything was awesome! The only thing that wasnt that great was the scheduling. My sewer pipe had minor leaks at first and then it got real bad. I called to see if I could get it scheduled right away and the soonest they had was about 2 weeks out. But that just means theyre super busy, which in turn means they are awesome!

The scheduler (sorry I have forgotten her name) was very nice and professional, After Brandon had found out where and what the clog was he was able to get it handled right away, he was very informative and professional. Friendly, professional service. Technician went out of his way to trouble shoot starting with the least invasive process and moved forward, until it was obvious that the unit needed replaced. Waited for the faucet as it was on the way. Had it installed in no time at all. Exceptional service from start to finish. Will definitely call anytime there is an issue.

Honestly, they are a Christmas miracle. Our water heater broke the night of record cold temperatures. The next morning, I called about a replacement and the woman I spoke with gave me the pricing right then and had someone out within ten minutes of calling. Two hours later, had a brand new water heater.Five stars isnt enough. Ten stars, hands down. We will be giving them our business from here on out!

We had Cody and the owner come for what started as a 10 minute toilet repair and ended with out entire underneath of the kitchen sick needing to be replaced-- they changed their whole day and did not leave our house until the job was done right and we could not thank them enough. My whole house smells better after they fixed the wack DIY job of the last person. Will use them again for other projects.

I had a shower head that started leaking. They came to fix it and realized it had been leaking behind my wall and I needed a restoration team. Cody gave me a recommendation and then fixed the leaking shower. He then also found and issue with my piped in the crawl space. I got a proposal for that project and when I get the money will be using them to replace my pipes. From Ticki who answers the phones to Cody the plumber abs Ryan and Stev who came to do the proposal everyone has been kind and amazing.

Brown Plumbing and Heating provided various options some major plumbing and sewer line issues we had in our 1940s home. With their detailed estimates we were able to prioritize the needs of our system, replacing some damaged pipes under our foundation and adding a clean-out line to our outside sewer line. The whole team of workers were courteous, respectful, and proficient at dust and debris mitigation in their excavation and restoration. We have every confidence in their work, and would call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Fourth place I called - 2 were booked out at least 2 weeks, third took all my info and then never called back. Browns answered right away ( I called on a Friday morning) and scheduled us for Monday. Then just a few minutes later they called and had someone on the way that Friday. Replaced the leaky valves and pipes - friendly and prompt. I will wait to add a star to see how it holds up, but right now I am quite pleased. A bit spendy - but everything is these days.

My Primary Shower was leaking and driving me insane! The dripping all night kept me up.. they were so good about getting me in asap. My plumber called to let me know he was in route, they fixed it fast and super affordable.
