My wife and I needed her mini split serviced before we sold her house. Air Controls was able to schedule us a prompt appointment and the service guy called on his way out. They were affordable and did a good job.We then scheduled an annual service agreement and Craig came out today and was very thorough and informative. He said everything was looking good and they will call to schedule our next service in the fall. Thanks for the great service!

I was having issues with my furnace and desperately needed a technician to come over and fix it. I talked with Kent on the phone and he was so kind and helpful and patiently listened to my situation. He was able to get a technician to squeeze me in between jobs, which I really appreciated since they were all slammed that day. Colter was the technician that came over and he was so nice and although he probably didnt have a ton of time to give me, he never seemed to be in a hurry, he just took his time to make sure everything was thorough and was kind enough to explain what was going on with the furnace. I really was so thankful that he made time to fix my furnace on such short notice and made sure I was happy with it before he left. Had such a good experience with Air Controls and will definitely be using them again.

We had an issue with one of our furnaces during a cold snap. Contacted Air Controls and got an appointment scheduled for that morning. Jaret showed up incredibly fast and was able to diagnose the issue and get the part ordered and installed by mid-day. The communication from the office staff all the way to Jaret was awesome. Jaret kept us informed each step of the way and communicated what the issue was and what needed to be done to get it resolved. He also looked over the furnace to make sure everything looked good before leaving. Will definitely be calling Air Controls in the future!

We are so pleased with the work performed by Air Controls replacing our aged HVAC System. Knowledgeable, professional, clean and very well mannered employees were very welcome in our home. When the work was done, there was absolutely nothing for us to do cleaning up after the mess created by this replacement-they left the area probably cleaner than when they began the work. You gotta be crazy not to have this company perform the work for you!

Air Controls in Billings sets the standard for how to treat customers. Last spring, they came out to inspect the furnace when other companies were not happy about the timing. Air Controls ultimately replaced the 20+ year old furnace and AC units and were professional and courteous. They protected the carpet and were diligent in their work.In today’s service environment it seems like they went above and beyond, but I think the way they operate their business is how it used to be - the right way.

Our previous contractor got out of the HVAC controls business, which left us in a tough spot coming into winter. The Air Controls team was the vendor who called us back when we were in a jam and they have been terrific to work with. Not only were the prompt and professional, but they found us a reasonable solution to upgrade our controls system that could no longer be supported.Additionally, they have also taken over our plumbing work and have been just as responsive and professional in keep our Bair Family Clubhouse up and going!I had heard a little about Air Controls before, but I did not realize just how good they were.Very much appreciate their team.

Nearly 17 years ago we purchased a Lennox HVAC system, including the installation of ductwork, from AirControls. The system was maintained by Craig B all of those years but when I began experiencing a problem with the heating system last winter we talked about replacement options. The decision was easy - but this time a Dave Lennox Signature Collection heating unit was chosen along with the addition of a humidifier and, of course a new AC unit.On the day of installation, Stephen and Keghan called to let me know that they were on their way, arriving on time and then proceeded to R & R everything in one day!The app for the iComfort thermostat is fantastic and easy to use, the dual fan process is SO quiet I barely notice it running and my house feels so evenly heated throughout the day and night.Air Controls is absolutely THE best company to work with for your heating and cooling system needs. Their products and professionalism is beyond reproach!
