They installed a water heater due to the old one having leak. Everyone was kind, courteous and efficient from the person I talked to first to the installer. Over the course of a couple days everything was fixed and working just in time for Christmas guests. They did a great job. Im very thankful.

They went above and beyond to indicate what could be done, pointed me in the right direction, and gave me some great advice. Will definitely be my first call the next time I need some plumbing work done.

Its almost been a year since my sewer collapsed requiring a full replacement of pipes on my 1942s home & Im so thankful that I used Alpine. I originally started the process with another local company however I could not get them to return any phone calls or emails after the initial bid was received . My house was unlivable.Mike was amazing. He even took a call from me in the airport, answered emails (dealing with insurance) & phone calls answered.Becky helped me get my insurance to cover an airbnb (versus motel) for the weeks I couldnt live in our house & had 3 boxers at the time.A little hiccup in the process however Ken & Becky made it right, easy to communicate with & very responsive. I would highly recommend Alpine to friends & family without hesitation.

Had a small leak. Alpine came out; had to take down some sheet rock in a closet to get to leak but got it fixed. Workers who came were very pleasant. Called before they came and cleaned up as though they had never been here when they finished. Would highly recommend Alpine Plumbing!

Finally, someone recommended alpine plumbing to us and with the first call, they were confident they would be able to help us. Scott was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did the work in half the time, for half the cost we were quoted by a different company. They have our business from here on out.

My boiler wasn’t heating my home. I called at 9 am, the technician/James arrived at 12:30 and had the problem corrected by 1:30. James was personable, professional, knowledgeable & had the necessary part needed in his truck.(I’d contacted another company & they told me the earliest appointment was 10 days away & if I made an appointment & cancelled it, they would charge me anyway.)I HIGHLY recommend this company & will always contact them for any further issues…. EXCELLENT SERVICE, quick response.

We love these guys! They are the best! Weve had them do a lot of work for us over the years from installing A/C, heating, new water and sewer lines during a remodel, to installing a gas line to a new gas fireplace we had installed, a hot water heater to our kitchen sink and a hot water heater for our house. They are always kind, professional and mostly they treat our jobs as those it were their own. Especially in emergencies:) We highly recommend them!

Alpine Plumbing and Don in particular has done a couple of jobs for us and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We just did a kitchen remodel and had to coordinate the cabinet and countertop guys, electrician and a plumber. Alpine was very flexible and made it possible to have Don there when we needed him. We will be needing their services again soon and I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality of service and the knowledge of their staff is outstanding. I highly recommend Alpine Plumbing. If you cant find the part you need, they will go to all lengths to find it for you, as they did with me, beings I want to keep my home as original as the day it was built. Also I had to have the hot water heater replaced. Because of the uniqueness of where it is placed, they had an exact match, where others told me they couldnt find one for that space & wanted me to go tankless, which was way over my budget. Thank you for the work you have done for me.

My water heater gave up the ghost in the midst of -20 degree weather on a Saturday morning. After suffering without hot water for the weekend, I called Alpine first thing Monday morning. Kenny was sent to check everything out, and he delivered the bad news that I would need a new water heater, but that they could bring a crew the next day. They sent a crew of three who not only installed the new water heater, but checked my furnace, replaced the filter, and shoveled my walk. They went above and beyond, and did a timely and superb job. I could not be happier, and recommend them without qualification.

Alpine Plumbing did an excellent job remodeling the bathroom in my parents house. The bathroom was built in the 30s and just had a bath tub. We wanted a shower and new fixtures. My parents are elderly and didnt want to leave their one bathroom house while this was happening. Alpine was very professional and accommodating. After removing the tub and flooring they discovered spongy floor boards and deteriorated drainage pipes. They worked with us to expand and complete the project in a timely manner. I would give them an A+ rating.

Superb! Alpine has always been top-notch quality, on time, and helpful when working with other contractors and vendors. Recently, I was desperate to have a plumber hook up my new kitchen sink, which arrived early. Alpine fit me in their schedule over lunch and followed up to make sure everything met my expectations. Another time, my time tile vendor dropped a slab of tile ruining my bathtub. Allpine worked professionally with the apologetic time guy to get a new cast iron tub in place in 24 hours! In the last 4 years, I have hired Alpine to assist with the remodeled of two bathrooms and a kitchen.

I just had a $500k home built in a subdivision. Within 2 weeks of moving in, I had broken toilet, leaking kitchen sink, water so hard my skin was peeling off my fingers from drying out. My daughters home which I paid cash as well for had wires that were not to code in the 4ft crawl space that had to be unhot wired and wired into an actual box. Then it took 6 flushes to get the toilets to empty properly. She ran the hot water upstairs for 3+ minutes before getting room temp water....I called Becky at Alpine! They worked on my youngest daughters condo and did a super job. Becky had Ed and Joe out here the next day. I ended up buying 4new toilets, and they have fixed all problems that were more than mentioned here . Suffice to say, I replaced new cheap stuff with true professional products with Alpine. Alpine saved the day and stopped me from putting a brand new house up for sale! You guys do rock!!

Alpine Plumbing and heating have been my go to contractors. They are on time 90% of the time and call the other 10% to tell me that we are next. I can count on them to give me the honest best answers to make the project come out right. Their bids are always in the range of my budget. Marie and Becky (God I hope that is right as the will kill me) are always professional. Their plumbers are pleaseant and always try to keep things clean which keeps me in good graces with our Housekeeping staff. This Business is worth the call.

Very professional and affordable. I had them install two new hose bibs/hydrants (google Aquor) since one of my pipes had burst with the recent cold weather while I was out of town. Robert (owner) was very efficient and tidy. This wasnt a normal install and required drilling a larger 3 1/2 hole for the Aquor Hot and Cold Hydrant. Now I have hot water for washing my vehicles and the dog. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber. Highly recommended, and they offer a military discount.

You rarely hear this, but the plumber called and asked if he could show up EARLY. Weve tried a few other HVAC companies but have used Alpine for our last few jobs and been very satisfied. We ask for Mike for plumbing tasks. Hes very professional and friendly. He did this last repair work in about 1/2 time I thought it would take him. The cost was very reasonable.

I wont go anywhere else to get plumbing parts! The warehouse is behind their office and the lady that works is AWESOME. I went everywhere in town trying to find the right piece and I couldnt find it anywhere or anyone that even knew what it was. She knew exactly what it was and had it in my had in seconds AND it was very good price! I cannot speak for their plumbing services but their parts warehouse is the BEST IN BILLINGS.
