There was water damage in the kitchen of our apartment. While we were arranging the issue with our insurance company about compensation for the damage, we were looking for a repair company that would undertake restoration work after the water damage. We chose the company Seattle Remodeling Llc. We called their representative. And discussed all the details. Serge came and assessed the damage, sent us an estimate and the cost of the repair work. He organized the time and time frame for restoring our kitchen. The guys from the company replaced the lower kitchen cabinets that were damaged by water, saved part of the countertop and selected a similar color granite stone and replaced it with a new one. They also replaced and installed a new floor. All the work was done on time. We were pleased with the end result. I recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable contractor.

Seattle Remodeling LLC deserves a 5-Star Rating for the excellent job completed.On January 15th, our condo experienced significant flood damage due to a fire sprinkler pipe freezing and breaking next door. The damage was extensive, and we were in urgent need of professional help. After more than six months of living in two bedrooms and kitchen, with the mismanagement by the HOA Board and Condo Management Company, we finally got the approval to select one of four contractor’s quotes. We selected Seattle Remodeling LLC, because of their quotation price and promised short completion time. This company truly exceeded our expectations in every way, by completing the project in 10 days.From the moment we contacted Serge, their team was responsive and understanding of our situation. Serge and Andrei, along with their four specialized crews, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, coordination, and skill throughout the entire repair process.The scope of work was substantial. They installed 35’ x 2’ of insulation, drywall, texturing, and full wall painting with meticulous attention to detail. The quality of their work was evident in the seamless finish and the care they took to match the existing textures and colors of the wall. Additionally, they replaced our old, warped, and moldy wooden flooring and trim, transforming our living space into a fresh, clean, and beautiful environment.What stood out the most was their dedication to ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. I purchased a new home back in 2022 and needed to remodel the kitchen as well as add some new custom cabinetry in several places in the house, change lightning, paint etc. I contacted Seattle Remodeling and received a prompt response from Serge who was able to schedule an estimate appointment within the next couple of days. They were very flexible and even offered a virtual appointment option. Serge and Andrew showed up on time and we’ve had a great conversation about my project, they even shared a few design ideas that I did not even think about. The estimate was delivered the next day. After reviewing proposals from Seattle Remodeling and several other contractors, I decided to move forward with Seattle Remodeling because of the responsiveness, clear communication and attention to detail that Serge and his team showed during not only our initial meetings, but also throughout the project. Their bid was definitely not the lowest but after viewing a few of their completed and in-progress projects, I was pleased with the quality of workmanship and decided to move forward.Serge, the project manager, was beyond excellent. He checked in regularly, managed subcontractors in a timely and efficient manner, accommodated change orders and other additions to the project scope, and even responded to emails on the weekend! Plus, like Andrew and other members of his team, were incredibly polite, friendly and professional at all times.I will say Seattle Remodeling was top-notch. We contacted Seattle Remodeling as one of three bids, and they were the 3rd one we received. From the first meeting with Serge, I had a good feeling from that the collaboration would be smooth. Serge, Andrey and team didnt disappoint. We asked them to remodel two bathrooms (one full and one half-bath) and after seeing the quality of the work, we added another job which was to add tile flooring to two other rooms. That went great. A month after that, we asked them to tile in our 90s vintage fireplace and also add some upgraded lighting in the garage.The way of working was great. Always on time, always on budget. There were a couple small things that went wrong, as is normal for complex projects, and the team contributed more than their fair share to get them right.The place been a wow for our family and everyone whos seen the place before and after. Highly recommend.

They did amazing tile work and paid a lot of attention to all the small details that make the job professional looking. Andrei and Serge and their team did a GREAT job with our kitchen expansion. We enjoyed working with them, and would absolutely do so again! They knew their craft, managed the product at every step, and all at a fair price for the job. The counters and cabinets turned out great (see attached photos), and we couldnt have been happier with the work they did to get them measured, bought, and installed for us. There were some communication gaps and project misunderstandings along the way (which explains the 4.5/5). But overall, at the end of the project, looking back, we are so glad we went with them, and you should, too!

After several rooms in our house were torn up due to water damage, I was so apprehensive about the consequent ceiling and wall repair and (since we had the opportunity) bathroom remodel. Thankfully, working with Seattle Remodeling turned out great beyond my most optimistic expectations!When I invited folks for bids, the first few contractors I spoke with seemed so put-upon at the prospect of a project, shooting down our reasonable but more complex ideas and trying to funnel us into basic layouts and materials we didnt want. Each visit was demoralising; I was starting to feel resigned to the idea that some unenthusiastic crew would be short-cutting their way through our project, more focused on their own convenience than on improving and beautifying our home. Then Serge came for an estimate, and the contrast with the other contractors was like night and day! He asked for and listened to our goals and considerations, walked us through options, and together we formulated a plan. (The poor contractor who visited after that...I was evaluating contractors on a whole new scale after meeting with Serge!)This pattern of care and collaboration persisted throughout the whole project. Serge, Andrei, and their partner professionals (electrician, plumber, etc) were so friendly and collaborative during the process. They explained each step and status, gave options where made sense, and always prioritised our goals for the project. They were also very respectful of our space, including removing or covering shoes when they needed to stray from the protected areas and, since we have special health considerations, wearing masks per my request (very different from other contractors I met). They also were very solicitous about considering my work schedule, e.g. for power shut-offs.Andrei was the primary person on the ground on the project, and his attention to detail and craftsmanship are mind-blowing. From matching existing paint colours to cutting and arranging tricky handmade tile, even down to proactively matching the tile-carpet transition piece with the fixtures, Andrei was on it. He wanted to understand my (unconventional) vision and then make it an exceptionally high-quality reality, and that means so much! I was consistently moved by how special and rare it is for someone to put in that level of care and effort. Now, our family gets to enjoy this holistically beautiful newly renovated space for years to come.In short, the folks at Seattle Remodeling care to help you get what youre dreaming of for your home. We hired them to do a bathroom remodel. They were fantastic. They were super helpful in giving us all the info we needed, but letting us make the final decision for every step of the way. They said it would take 2 weeks, and they finished in almost exactly 2 weeks. The price they quoted us was very competitive, and the inevitable changes that popped up during the project (its an old house) were all priced totally fairly.Weve hired plenty of contractors before, but these guys were easily the best weve worked with so far. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for some home remodeling work.
