Omar provided an estimate the day after I requested it. His crew was ready to start the very next day.Our project was replacing the water service to our home. They were fast, clean, and the final product is excellent. They excavated 4 pits for our job and bored Pex pipe. They reconnected the irrigation, installed a yard hydrant, and switched over to the new line flawlessly. We were without water for about 2 hours.Seattle Public Utilities inspection was coordinated and passed with no concerns, and they came back to backfill and restore the areas where they dug the next day. They even did an exposed aggregate finish on the sidewalk to match the existing.

Omar and his team were great from the start. We hadnt had water for days trying to get someone to come out. After talking to several other local options for a trenchless water line repair we were relieved once we talked to Omar. I needed an urgent main water line replacement, meter to house, over 70 ft. I contacted three contractors for a prompt estimate.MasterBore (Omar) arrived when promised for an estimate, provided estimate and definitive work statement, and a start work date. When I said do it, they showed up as promised, did the work as promised. The city inspection passed without problems. They have the right equipment and their crews knew what they were doing, very professional, thorough, and courteous. The final bill was same as the estimate, with no hassles. I highly recommend Master Bore LLC for this type work.

Omar and his team did an amazing job replacing my water main! This was my first time having to deal with a major home repair and I talked with about ten other companies before choosing Master Bore. I found out that most other plumbing companies do not specialize in boring because it is difficult and requires highly specialized equipment.Master Bore had the best blend of skill, knowledge, responsiveness, communication, quality materials, advanced equipment, and competitive pricing. The whole crew was friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them if you need a trenchless utility replacement.

They replaced our water main line and did a great job for a reasonable rate. Jose came out to estimate and explained what all was going on and gave us a quote, then worked with us so that we could save some money by handling the liaising with the city and permitting ourselves. Brian and another guy came out to do the work and did a great job. The ground doesnt even look disturbed where they dug up and theres no more water leaks.

Just one more 5 star review of Omar and his crew.Prompt: Omar came out the same day I called to look it over and provided a quote less than 1 hour later.Professional: His crew were careful to not track mud in and explained the process all along the way.Good Value: 2 other companies (1 of which is Dont be Freakin) wanted 3 times the amount. Others wanted more than twice what Master Bore quoted.Good quality: After the new water line was installed, over 200 from the street to my house replacing the 1948 galvanized pipe, our water pressure was 85psi! The guys installed a PRV and this was above and beyond the original quote.Im extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a main water line replaced.

Best hire and large scale project I have ever experienced. I had my leaking, 59 year old, over 400 foot long waterline replaced quickly. I spent all sorts of time previously looking up best practices for methods and materials. Master Bore gave the least expensive bid and the highest quality, longest lasting materials and best practice methods. I got a pex pipe with a high density PVC sleeve, tracer line for future location purposes, and copper whips at both ends. Jose did not skip a beat when my neighbor had a heat attack about his french drain being disturbed. He was already going to drill well below it but went even lower and drilled down 10 feet without charging me more. He handled the whole situation with calm, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Lastly, he did not deprioritize my project even though he had projects for the city of Bellevue and Kirkland on the line. My new water line passed inspection with flying colors and the viewing holes were covered up quickly. He keeps his word. He guarantees his work for 30 years.

Last week I had a broken water line on my property and contacted three companies to get an estimate on a water line replacement. Master Bore (Omar) was one of the companies I contacted. Omar showed up the very next day and provided me with a reasonable estimate that worked with my budget. He was professional with explaining me in details on how the company would be replacing the water line. When the crew showed up on Tuesday 3/26, the foreman knocked on the door to introduce himself and to let me know that if I had any questions to not hesitate to ask him. I was very satisfied with the work they did for me and how fast they completed the job. I was also happy on how they left my property very clean.I would highly recommend this company they are extremely pleasant and professional to deaI with! Truly a great company to work with!

Once we put in a request, Omar responded immediately within 24hrs and come over to assess the problem on the same day and gave a written estimate in hours. He answered many questions competently and since Master Bore LLC doesnt utilize subcontractors, the work was scheduled and done within 3 days. A nearly 50-foot main water supply pipe was installed from the street to our house climbing about 10 feet all underground with minimum soil disturbance, new fittings and shutoff valve are utilized along with 30-yr warranty. The work passed inspection and the two access ditches were patched up nicely. Working crew are nice, polite and professional. Definitely recommend Master Bore LLC this is type of difficult job.

Omar showed up within hours of our call. Once he saw that I was stranded with a small baby and no water, he arranged to have his crew there early the next morning. They worked hard, through lunch and dinner, and finished the job. When there was a problem with the hot water heater the next day, Omar showed up right away. He suggested we get a plumber and he would stand behind his work. The problem was with the hot water heater and how it was hooked up originally and had nothing to do with the work Omar had done. Omar was attentive to the problem nonetheless. Omar and his crew were quick, efficient and did a great job for a fair price. Highly recommend them.

Amazing experience! I have a rental, 40 miles from me, that had a main line water leak forming puddles. I called Master Bore and they previewed the problem the next day and submitted their bid. I also got bids from two other contractors. Master Bore was the one that kept in touch with me, explained my options and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix it.After giving Master Bore the job, they started the next business day. There where two big problems with the job, massive amount of leaked water and the ground was exceptionally hard. The job ended up taking two days instead of one.My tenant called me to thank me for fixing the water problem and was very impressed with the work done by Master Bore. He said they did an great job, kept him informed and left the place clean.You see, Master Bore made it so easy for me, I did not even have to be there.Even with the extra work required to complete the job, Master Bore didn’t charge me extra. They kept to their contract. That’s rare these days. Master Bore solved a huge problem for me in record time, four days from my first contact with them. What a great and memorable experience!

Outstanding boring and pipe install job by this contractor replacing many thousands of feet of old water mains and supply lines in our subdivision. This was a difficult location with many other existing utilities which had to be avoided, dealings with homeowners regarding shutoffs, and added work and change orders due to out of spec work by previous repair contractors. Their pricing was very fair throughout, and their field people and onsite supervisors were very skilled and courteous with the homeowners. The amount of expense and disruption we avoided by having this work accomplish by boring rather than tearing up the roadways was truly phenomenal.

Sewer line was clogged and multiple routes, instead of digging the entire thing up they have this cool lining system that was a much better deal than replacing the whole thing and trenching everywhere disturbing all of my garden. They were fast and courteous. excellent work and so happy I went with this company. I would highly recommend to anyone with sewer issues or drainage issues.

It was worth the cost of repair not to not have my front yard dug up. The owner came out for an estimate and two days later my water pipe was replaced. A premium job and you get what you pay for.

I will say that I did not have to use this company so take my 5 stars as you will. Omar responded to my inquiry for a leak on my main water line within a half hour, and Jose came by the next morning about 13 hours after I first sent my inquiry.I had gotten a quote for an entire main line repair from a prior company for $25,000. Jose took one look and told me he can’t touch the leak and the city was responsible (sorry for making you come out!) then gave me the number at SPU to call to take care of it. And of course he was correct.Can’t take honesty, skill, and expertise for granted nowadays. I will go with them if I ever do need my entire line repaired for sure. Gracias, Jose y Omar!!
