He thoroughly examined my water heater and recommended replacement rather than repair owing to its age.

In the past year, my spouse and I have utilized the services of Bellevue Plumbing three times. The first service was the replacement of the pressure relief valve close to our primary water shut-off. They responded to my contact within a few hours. Our water was restored in less than two hours after repairs were made. The second service occurred this summer when both of our air conditioners were in their final cycle. Two new systems were installed. It is impossible to be cheerful. They arrived today and replaced the cassette in our master shower faucet. Our shower continued to run even when the faucet was entirely turned off. Apparently, a specialized object was required to complete the repair. They went to a parts store, picked it up, and had it replaced in under an hour. Our water was restored immediately. All components and labor are covered by a one-year warranty. My husband and I will continue to contact Bellevue Plumbing for all of our major plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical needs. Heber assisted us and Darion assisted us with our shower. UPDATE: As of March 2023, we are once more pleased with Bellevue Plumbing! Due to the citys hard water and high water pressure in our primary waterline, the pressure release valve failed and a replacement was required. Additionally, they inspected my water heater and determined that it was older than they were. I requested a discount if the PRV and the heater were installed simultaneously. We reached an agreement, and they completed the two tasks in less than three hours! Our pipes no longer beat against the walls, our water pressure is excellent, and our hot water heats up considerably quicker. So happy I stayed with Bellevue Plumbing once more!! Heber and Darion were attentive to our needs. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and patient. They are efficient employees and we are meticulous from start to finish. She described their findings and the necessary corrections. They left our yard in pristine condition and cleaned the area around our water heater. Thank you both for your diligence. A serious breach happened in our backyard yesterday afternoon. Initial Contacts Heber and Darion The plumbers arrived after 5:00 p.m., found the leak, fixed it, and checked the pressure and system.
