Justin used a sewer camera to help me visualize why my downspout drainage system was blocked and not producing drainage at the system’s outlet pipes. He encouraged me to watch the inspection video with him and answered all my questions. He is logical, thorough and cross checks his analysis. An unrelated plumbing company charged me for fixing 3 downspouts, repairing crushed pipe, and hydrojetting the system. Unfortunately my pipes were still blocked with sand/rocks, and the inlet to the crushed pipe repair was crushed. He encouraged me to contact the original contractor and helped me with what to say. I am sure if Justin had done the repair he would have checked each downspout all the way to the outlets with the inspection camera to diagnose and after the repair. He would have kept at it until each line was in good working order and free from debris. Justin took the necessary time to visualize the entire system. He takes pride in his work. His rate for the inspection was more than reasonable. I did not include a picture of the mud build up. When the pipe is fully blocked the camera image is black.

They went above and beyond by refilling the hole, matching the driveway, and thoroughly cleaning up, taking all debris with them. They did not stop working even when it got dark to make sure they completed their job properly. Their efficiency, transparency, and attention to detail were impressive. Home service plumbers are committed to provide quality services and their customers. Labor Day weekend our main sewer line failed no shower, no bathroom! Home service plumbers came in run a 100’ drain snake and did not charge us cause problem persisted. The gentlemen were so professional and explained everything calmly called in their supervisor. Their supervisor came in send a camera down the line and radar able to point the exact location of the problem brought a crew in, repaired the pipe to code and restored our services in less than 24 hours. Our power flush toilet was leaking and we received a high water usage notice. Homeservice Plumbers came out right away. They replaced the flush valve and then checked to make sure our water usage drip meter had stopped spinning. They were prompt, friendly and polite. At the homeowners request, I called to verify how good this price for drain cleaning was, as well as the 1 year guarantee. Its true! After a major septic backup, they came out, cleaned the house drains COMPLETELY, it was only $99, and ITS PERFECT! The technician was so polite, professional, and understanding. If you dont call them first, you should have regrets! They deserve every bit of their reviews. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE.

After working with many questionable plumbers in the Seattle area (last one charged me 1k for an hour of a basic repair), I was super impressed with Homeservice Plumbers. They were able to show up quickly on a weekend and diagnose my issue which was pretty complicated. After the very professional tech Jason suggested a fix, I decided I could do the repair on my own but their quote for a faucet replacement was so much more reasonable than what I was getting from others. They did not charge me for the diagnosis at all, amazing. I will for sure be using them next time and recommending them.

This was a great experience. It was quick, efficient, competitively priced, and just a really superior experience. The plumber came quickly. The office part was also really efficient and pleasant. I think the $99 drain cleaning was a great deal.Our plumber was personable. He also fixed a toilet problem (for an additional charge) that wed paid another company more to fix and they did not fix it properly. And he gave me advice on a third item to do in the future. Weve had our share of plumbing issues with this 65-year-old house, and Id say that Homeservice Plumbers was the best by far!

I made five calls this morning, attempting to get somebody to come and fix My kitchen sink that had a leak on the supply line. After the fourth one, During which the gentleman on the other end of the line assured me that it would be pretty hard to get somebody out same day, I made one last call to Homeservice plumbers. It was almost 10 AM. Homeservice plumbers told me that they would have somebody there between 10 AM and noon. After about an hour, I began to worry but I received a call right at 11 AM saying that Winston would be by within the next 30 minutes. Winston arrived right when they said he would, assessed the leak, was very professional and had everything done within 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. I think I found my new plumbing company. They put up plastic to contain the jackhammer dust and covered the floors where they walked. On top of all that, they saved the linoleum on a plywood frame floor! I started my day with the toilet and shower backing up so I called Homeservice Plumbers on the strong recommendation from my friend. Brandin came out that afternoon when I got home from work. He was super professional and made sure the drains were cleared and told me there was no charge. I was shocked! He had a few recommendations from his supervisor so I scheduled them to come back the next day to check out the plumbing with the camera to make sure all is well. Hunter came with the camera equipment and carefully listened to my concerns and patiently explained what he would do. He did more plumbing stuff, searching for pipes (Im in a small condo building), and was confident that everything looks good. He was very professional and amazingly quiet (I was working in the other room). I dont write a lot of reviews, but I am going out of my way to write the best review I can. No one I know in Seattle unclogs sewers for $99 plus tax. They were punctual and professional as well. I obsess over customer obsession usually but these guys might put Amazon to shame some day !! For those who dont understand plumbing, dont think twice, these folks are the best and this is coming from someone living here in the northwest on the Eastside for 25 years. They did try to upsell the video inspection to me but it was respectful. I went for it and my fees were $150 which I have never seen here in this area. I would recommend them in a heartbeat !

Our pipes were redone about six months ago and recently the toilet water has been coming up in our three shower units. This was unexpected for a Saturday and we are beyond appreciative of the affordable and speedy services.Brandon and Geo were able to come out with in an hour of us calling. They were both very quick and professional with their work. Additional services were required dude to their findings but they were communicative and happy to help, giving us a clear timeline and estimated budget for the service before continuing.The work they did in clearing the drain made it so the showers and bathtubs no longer had back up water in them, as well as waived the original $99 for the and gave us a military discount (mom is retired Army) for the additional diagnostic services needed, since something deeper was the issue. They gave us tips for the day to prevent any problems until a permanent solution could be reached in a few hours.10/10 recommend and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future! Wonderful service. Honest and they explained everything. We had problems for about 8 years, and had three different plumbers that we called quite often. They cleared the line, left, and within a short time our problem of backing up sewage came again. We contacted HomeService Plumbers. They came out, cleared the lines and sent down a camera and found a broken sewer line. They gave us a fair estimate to fix and were very efficient and cleared the problem. I wish we had contacted them years ago and we would have saved $. They had several people working and repairing the system. They were all knowledgeable and explained the steps to us. We highly recommend them for any of your sewer problems. We called them on a Saturday morning and they were here Saturday and Sunday and then had to order parts and came back to finish the job. OUTSTANDING!!!

I am so thrilled with the affordably priced services, the last plumber charged me more for one toilet than they did for two and a tub they spent extra time and put in a huge about of work to snake two toilets and a tub, plus they have a one year warranty. He even fixed my loose toilet bolt that Ive been ignoring for ages! Scheduling was really easy; I had to call in to change my appointment time because something came up but they were very helpful on the phone and found a time that worked for me. The price seemed really fair and I appreciate the warranty in case anything goes wrong.
