It all began with a minor leak from the valve beneath my kitchen sink while I was attempting to replace the faucet. When I went to turn off the main water supply for the house, I discovered that it didn’t stop the flow completely. I reached out to Ready Rooter, and they promptly arrived to fix both the leak and the main water connection. Afterward, I had them replace all the valves in my home and install a new toilet. Blain was upfront about the pricing, arrived on schedule, and even devised a smart solution for the main water issue that saved me both time and money! I wholeheartedly recommend their services; they are the only plumbers I will call in the future.

From the gentlemen that I had to come out and give me options to for solutions with my sewer pipe to the crew that came out and did the work…. specifically Jesus, This experience was awesome! I had a large belly in my sewer pipe, Several other contractors came out and gave me estimates with no real understanding of how they planned on fixing it… One company did have a plan but said they’d have to take out my trees and my fence To do it!!! Ready Rooter made that all unnecessary at a price that I could handle. I highly recommend this team for any of your future sewer work!

We are very satisfied customers. This company was both friendly, professional, expedient, reasonably priced when compared to seven other estimates of similarly equipped companies that we had meetings with. Without doubt, Patrick, our Plumber/Technician was way above and beyond what we expected.A little background on the job that we needed accomplished. Approximately two weeks prior to the work beginning, we were approached by a utility worker from the city who informed us that our water meter readings were higher than normal. It was determined that we had a leak somewhere between the water meter on the street and the main shut off to our house. It was confirmed with a leak detection company. After seven estimates to have the line either totally replaced or just to have it ‘spot repaired’, we hired Ready Rooter. We gave this decision very serious consideration as to their professional presentation, the Q&A that we had with all the technicians, and their overall friendliness/approachability.Again, without doubt, Patrick and Ready Rooter as a whole, was top shelf! Jason helped fix our sewer leak; an emergency situation unfortunately. Job was done in less than two days and in the middle of 95 degree weather to boot! Very pleased with his work, and his pleasant attitude together with an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards! Hard to tell from the photo of the dirt pile, but he had to excavate almost 5 feet to find the pipe outside the foundation (the last foot was hardpan, too) as well as additional digging in the crawl space. Glad to have chosen this company. Great job guys!!

The evening before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink drain got blocked and my husband couldn’t get it unclogged with the tools he had. I called Ready Rooter to find out how exorbitant the cost might be to get it fixed before Thanksgiving. The kind and calm woman who answered explained that she could have someone to our house in an hour or two — he would analyze the situation and give us the cost. If we wanted him to do the work he would do it then and we would pay him before he left. If we didn’t like the estimate we wouldn’t owe them anything for the evening call or the estimate. Jared got to our house about ninety minutes later, calling us ahead of time to let us know when he would arrive. He was calm, professional and fairly quickly gave us an estimate. We were so relieved with how reasonable it was we agreed to the work which he was able to complete in about an hour. He wished us a Happy Thanksgiving as he left, and we were so relieved that our family members could still celebrate the holiday with us. We will definitely call upon Ready Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future.

Quality work, exceptional service! We had a pipe leading to the main water line that burst before Christmas and this company responded quickly, bringing the owners and other experts to give us options/solutions. We had to have the city come out and mark utilities, looked at digging a trench and also bringing in a boring machine (thank you Jay for expediting this so quickly). This was a large project as the water meter was over 60 feet uphill from the house. Patrick, Joseph & Darius worked tirelessly for 2 days until about 9pm each night to get our water back on as we were expecting 14 guests in a matter of hours. Not only were they careful about cutting our drywall and fixing the pipes inside the house, they were also careful to work around our landscaping outside since they had to bring in large equipment….even speaking with our neighbors to make sure everything was ok. Since it was dark outside when they did the clean up at night when they were finished….Patrick came back the next morning—on his day off—to make sure the site looked pristine in the daylight. I can’t say enough about the care and attention to detail that this company showed during this stressful situation. And to guide us through all of the steps we had Cody, the Field Supervisor, who took the time to explain the process, visited the house several times to check in, and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Thank you to this company (including Annie who was coordinating from their office) - I hope I never have another water issue but if I do they would be the only company I call. They were professional, courteous, on-time, fair in price, understood the urgency, and even put up with our needy dog. Everyone we had contact with went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.

We had a weird shower and sink combo clog and they crawled under the house listened to the stuff I’d already tried so they could have all the info. They worked through a few tries to make sure the drain was unclogged and to make sure that everything was working. Only took them about 30 minutes in all. Good experience, very pleased!

Fernando was excellent - showed up on time and was troubleshooting our leak in the dark on a Sunday night. He capped off the lines so we could turn on the water to the rest of the house and came back the next day and fixed everything. We were very happy with their service, particularly for the weekend with no extra charge. Many other plumbers I contacted weren’t available till 3 or 4 days later. Definitely recommend if you are having an issue that requires immediate attention. We have other work we will call them for soon.

I chose this company for what I initially assumed was a simple drain blockage. As part of their initial visit, they discovered a cracked drain pipe in the crawl space with spilled sewage into that area. As they investigated that issue, further blockages and breaks in the drain pipe were identified out into the yard requiring trenching to replace pipes. I elected against trenchless liners due to costs vs trenching.Things I liked about the company:--They were available on a same day basis when I called at 4 PM even though I told them it wasnt an emergency--They were thorough when they could have missed the crawl space problem by only focusing on the 1st drain blockage--They kept me informed regarding the scope of the blockages and costs for repair on an ongoing basis as the project proceeded--They offered alternatives and comparative costs such as a liner for the yard drain blockage, but didnt try to up-sell me on any management approach--They were reliable returning exactly when they said they would each day of the 5 days that the work ensued--Their rates seemed comparable to other companies on my initial online search for a plumber--The individual staff whom I interacted with (Jason, Cory, Andrew, and Isaac) really seemed experienced, trustworthy, and to know their professionThings I considered negatives about the company: Honestly, there were not any.I would recommend them and would use them again for any plumbing issues at my residence.

My bathtub has had an issue since Thursday, June 27, 2024. Additionally, the toilet started clogging on Saturday morning after I used it. So, I called Ready Rooter, and they came out within two hours. The technician, Isaac, who arrived, was very polite and wonderful! He removed the toilet, cleared the clog, and then the owner did a camera inspection of the pipe to ensure it was free of obstructions. They explained everything clearly so I could understand the situation with my pipes. The video revealed that roots were preventing the pipe from functioning properly. I was quite nervous waiting for an estimate from the owner, fearing it would be very expensive. However, he gave me a reasonable estimate and patiently discussed it with my son-in-law over the phone. We all agreed on it before I signed the paperwork. They completed the job in two days. Jarrod was also a hardworking and dedicated worker who did his job well and explained everything thoroughly. He even went above and beyond his duties, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to them for any future plumbing needs.

Although it took several days, and three visits, and ordering a part, the specialist were polite, worked hard and resolved the issue, finally with my Navion tankless water heater. They were excellent in answering my questions, showing me what the problem was, and what they needed to do, and we’re very knowledgeable. Ready Rooter responded quickly and sent two technicians promptly the next day. I couldnt be more happy with and appreciative of them. Blaine Bart and his supervisor Salem Kenworthy provided approximate time of arrival and, once in, provided excellent recommendations and service. Blaine examined my hot water heater set up and made several good suggestions. For one thing, he recommended the copper pipes to the expansion tank be replaced with a brass ones to prevent corrosion and be repositioned for slightly increased strength in the event the expansion tank was to drop from its bolted down position. When I told him my other need was a replacement part for one of my toilets because the chain had broken and the flapper seemed impossible to remove, he asked for a paper clip and restored the use of my bathroom toilet by lengthening the chain with it and attaching it to the lever. Blaine did this without charge.I heartily recommend this company for its excellent customer service and problem-solving technicians.

Quick response to an emergency sink backup with out of town guests visiting the next day. We tried a DIY approach with snaking and enzymes etc. but nothing worked. When our kitchen sink drain backed up on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, Isaac from Rapid Rooter was able to come out at 8pm that evening. While he was able to get the main clog cleared, it became apparant there was a much bigger problem in our almost 90 year old pipes. He was able to arrange for additional team members to come out first thing the next morning for a further look at the pipes. Fernando and Salem arrived as promised the next morning and spent about 2 hours doing a very thorough inspection of our waste lines, inspecting the very small crawl space under our house and scoping from multiple points, including from the roof to make sure they had a clear picture of the extent of damage and degradation to our pipes. While they scoped, they let me watch the camera and explained everything we were seeing. They then hydrojetted to further clear extensive buildup in our kitchen pipes. Fernando gave me his cell number to call if we had any further issues with the kitchen sink and said he would be out to get it taken care of. We are meeting with them again this week to discuss the work that will need to be done to repair our pipes that are corroding, have roots growing into them and are misaligned. All 3 team members who came to our house were friendly, professional, empathetic, and very respectful, doing a great of cleaning up when they were done. I am concerned about the additional work we are going to have to have done but have confidence in this team that they will make sure it is done correctly. Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with but this teams competence has given me peace of mind that we are in the right hands for what lies ahead. For several days I have been dealing with a poorly flushing toilet. Today I finally gave up trying to fix it myself.I searched for plugged toilet on the internet. I randomly picked the third listing, Ready Rooter. I quickly filled out there contact us form and within 30 minutes I received a call from Ready Rooter. Aware of the holiday season I was afraid that i might have to wait. Fortunately the office person was able to book me an appointment at 12:00 today. Brady and his apprentice, Danny showed up on time. When I answered the door Brady introduced himself and Danny, gave me a business card and they proceeded to cover their shoes with booties. I explained the problem, and within a short time Brady was able to diagnose the problem and that he could fix it today. Before he begin, he told me the cost (this was important to me, I have had unwanted surprises before). I left them to it and within short time the problem was fixed. They left the bathroom tidy. We had a clog that was backing everything from the house into the downstairs stand up shower. We called another company and they came out and attempted to clear the clog with no success. We were quoted $1200 for their outsource company to come and use a hydro jet to clear the clog. We wanted another estimate so we called Ready Rooter. They came out not only the same day but within 2 hours of me calling. The 2 technicians that came were so wonderful! They did in fact have to remove the toilet, clear the clog and then did a camera recording of the pipe to make sure it was in fact clear of any obstructions. They walked me through everything they were doing step by step to ensure I understood and make sure I agreed. They cleaned up the mess from the sewer water to the best of their ability which I appreciated immensely! After everything was said and done, the job cost $300 less than the previous company had quoted us. We will definitely be returning to them for any plumbing needs we might need!

Fernando and Jesus came out and tried to clear the line by cabling, but the grease buildup was too much. We set up another appointment some days later. Nate and Jesus hydro jetted the line using a camera to monitor their progress. The drain was completely cleared in less than two hours, and they did a great job cleaning up. Everyone we talked to at RR was professional and friendly. We would definitely call them if we have issues in the future.

He expressed sincere apologies for the unprofessional conduct and assured us of a confirmed appointment with an estimated arrival time the next morning.Upon calling at the designated time the next day, we were informed that we were the second visit scheduled for the day. We waited patiently until noon with no further updates. Attempts to reach Mike directly were unsuccessful, and contacting the general service line revealed that the job quote had never been approved by property management, effectively delaying our service further.The combination of inadequate communication, conflicting information, and delays left us feeling frustrated and misled. While we appreciate the cleanliness of the team, the communication breakdown throughout this ordeal was unacceptable. Had we been given the option to choose another service provider, we undoubtedly would have done so.Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Ready Rooters services and will be seeking alternative plumbing solutions in the future.

I had two pipes burst on me due to the winter weather on a Saturday, flooding my garage and one of my bathrooms. I turned off the water main and immediately started calling around for plumbers who could come ASAP. I found Ready Rooter on Google - I called at 5PM and dispatch was super nice and had Brady over by 6PM!!! (Within an hour!!!) He was able to identify and fix the leaks THAT NIGHT (done by 10PM, it was harder than it looked and there were two!!).Respectful, professional, nice, earnest and very good at explaining and showing me what was going on and informing me about the prices for all the fixes (and answering my questions about why things cost how much they did). Also helped me call and get a drying/restoration company over ASAP so that I could try to get all the drywall, subfloor, etc. dried ASAP and limit/contain the water damage.All prices were very reasonable and in line with what I heard elsewhere but the service, speed and thoroughness with which Brady worked was definitely exceptional! My sister’s 70 year old cement sewer pipeline wasn’t draining properly so water backed up into her basement through a drain in the basement cement floor. I called Ready Rooter and someone came out soon afterwards.The length of the sewer pipeline from her house to the city’s main sewer pipeline is more than 113 feet.First they had to roto-root her sewer line, clearing it of all debris. Then they looked at her line using a camera set-up specifically for that purpose. I was allowed to watch and see what the camera was seeing as it traveled inside. The cement pipe was very worn and rough on the bottom where water, etc, had flowed over it for decades, exposing the pebbles that had been used when making it. There were also a few holes in it, and one joint between two sections of pipe was misaligned. The roughness, especially where the pipe made turns, and the two misaligned pipes, had made it hard for toilette paper, etc, to pass through. It would get hung up on the rough places so that when lots of water needed to go through it was slowed down. The water, etc, had to go somewhere, so it backed up through the drain in the basement.The Ready Rooter plumber and technicians knew what to do. After they looked at the inside of the pipes, they dug two deep trenches where the holes in the pipes were, and replaced old pipe with new PVC pipe. One trench was 7 feet deep and the other 9 feet deep, and each was wide enough for one man to shovel out the dirt by hand. And the dirt had clay in it! The areas that needed to be dug out were too small for a machine excavator.After that, the old pipes were lined with special materials using a machine that forced the new treated flexible piping into the inside of the old pipes, after which it was cured and became a new, rigid, strong, smooth, plastic pipe inside the old pipe, which should last for years.There were a couple of issues they encountered during the whole process, but each time they were able to figure out what to do. The entire project took several days. We highly recommend this company. They are members of the Better Business Bureau, and all their documentation with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) was up to date. They were on time, knew what they were doing, kept my sister and I informed of their progress, worked together well, worked hard, didn’t mind me watching them, were easy to talk to, didn’t mind our questions, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves when they were finished, which included laying new cement over areas where the trenches had been because they had to cut through parts of the driveway.

I arrived home one evening to find my hot water heater expansion tank spraying water in the closet where it resides. This was not a welcome sight and I needed a plumber fast! I tried calling a few plumbers who didn’t answer the phone or didn’t have the staff to help me that evening. Fortunately, then I called Ready Rooter and Bucky and Fernando were at my condo in half an hour! I was so grateful! They stopped the leak and ensured I could still have hot water overnight, then Adam came out the next day and installed a new hot water heater. Fast forward to several weeks later to the day my contractor replaced the drywall, baseboard, flooring, and paint in the closet that had been damaged by the water leak. Adam came out first thing in the morning, drained the tank, and moved it out of the contractor’s way, so they could do their work, then returned in the evening to reconnect it. I submitted Ready Rooter’s estimate for this disconnect/move/reconnect work as part of my water damage insurance claim, and the fact that the insurance adjuster approved the estimate AS IS - without reducing the amount insurance was willing to cover - tells me that Ready Rooter’s charge for this work was reasonable and in line with industry standards. Adam is one of the owners and is super friendly and truly cares about making sure the customer is happy. I will definitely use Ready Rooter again for my next plumbing job!

I was unable to clear the clog and called Ready Rooter to schedule an appointment.Although I had said that it was not an emergency my appointment was scheduled for that same day during a four hour window. He was courteous, kind, and friendly but most of all professional , and had the clog removed and the water draining within just a few minutes.I’ve never had a clogged drain I could not unclog myself. If the need arises in the future however I would have no hesitation in deciding whom to call to remedy the problem.

Unreal service and price! I waited 3 days renting equipment and using every cuss word in existence trying to play honey do this honey do that for my wife. Total fail. Called Ready Rooter and they sent Isaac within a few hours and he had my drain unclogged in minutes. 5 stars all the way!
