It is difficult to express in words how grateful I am to Brent, his plumbers, and the skilled and precise remodeling team who took my kitchen from a flood zone to warm, functional, and modern. Brent’s expert counseling, organizational and problem-solving skills were invaluable across the six months it took repair both the plumbing, and the kitchen itself. This was a complex repair with no clear resolution from the start, and Brent’s patience and advice was invaluable. There is no one I trust more than Brent and I will never recommend or hire anyone else to help with plumbing or home remodeling. As the situation developed over time, I knew every day I had Brent as my counsel and his plumbers and workers on site performing repairs and restoration under very difficult circumstances. Finally the plumbing in my house is sound and the kitchen looks great. I’ve worked with a lot of plumbers and contractors over my lifetime, and Warrior is simply the best in the business. People who take pride in doing a perfect job in any field are unicorns. Warrior Plumbing really is the best in the business and Brent, CJ, Brooks, and Walter are genuinely terrific people and truly amazing in everything they do.

I have used Warrior several times over the past few years, and they are consistently excellent. Brent has called to discuss my concerns prior to sending someone out, and at times that has avoided a visit all together. It is clear that they are more concerned with doing right by people than making a buck off folks. Thats why recently, I reached out to them after a contractor i was working with had made some suggestions for pricey work. I just trust them, and each time I work with them I trust them more. Excellent work, reasonable prices. Will use them again and again.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I had a late night issue with my ancient boiler and even though it was late on a Friday night, Brent got back to me right away and helped me troubleshoot the issue.The team came by later that week to replace a part, and they were quick, professional, and left the place cleaner than it was before. The price was reasonable for their level of experience and knowledge. I will definitely recommend them for any boiler issue.

Weve used Warrior Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for a few years now. I appreciated from the beginning their communication style - if not in person, it was through text, and only calls when needed, which is perfect for me. When it came time for us to do a bathroom renovation, they provided a good estimate, and I knew the work would be done well. Ive learned since buying our house that getting an estimate alone can range from being quick and simple to a several hour presentation. Warrior was thorough in my estimate but also didnt take up more time than I wanted (unlike other bathroom renovation company estimates I got years ago).Our primary bathroom is really small, so I knew it would be a challenge to get everything I wanted to fit. It took about a month overall (would have taken less time but we decided to move a vent over to make space for a shower). Weve had our new bathroom for a few months now and I couldnt be happier. Although this was a stressful time, they kept me informed of what was going to be done each day, when theyd be arriving, and when I needed to have certain things ready (like tile). My husband and I bought a house over the summer and were working on doing some restorations and renovations. We decided that if we were going to renovate the outdated bathroom, we should get it done before we moved in. We contacted several places, but Warrior was the only place that answered right away and made an appointment to come and look at our house that same week. The level of communication throughout the entire process was just as great as that initial impression. We had a very specific design in mind for our fairly small space that involved moving all of the plumbing and incorporating the original clawfoot tub. Brent was super helpful in letting us know what types of materials we should consider using and answering every question we had. He and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job of making our dream bathroom a reality. Each member of the team who worked on our project was friendly, professional, and kept strict covid safety protocols in place. Everyone who has seen pictures of the finished product is in awe of how beautiful it turned out. Warrior is top notch and we will sing their praises to everyone and continue to use them whenever we need plumbing or heating work done in our home.

Danny and Jon knocked this job out of the park! They were timely, efficient, and willing to talk through the details of this job as well as discuss some secondary work that may be needed. They protected the area around the work and cleaned up nicely after testing the repair. They replaced an old cast iron drain pipe, that didnt have a lot of clearance around it, and the work was not easy. I was totally pleased with the communication ahead of time and with these guys doing the work. I will definitely continue to use Warrior Plumbing!

UPDATE 6/27/23:Had them out for a second job that required cutting through the wall to access pipes. They did such an awesome job of preserving the drywall and wood slats on removal that I can actually re-use the slats which will end up saving a ton on the wall repair. The guys are always professional and cleanup after themselves. Prices are super reasonable and they are clear on the work they’re doing and upfront with prices. Definitely recommend them!11/2022:Scheduled them to come out and fix a leak in the pipe to the ice maker. Turns out there wasnt a leak, just a loose nut. Instead of performing the work they were contracted to do, they saved me a bunch of money by just tightening the nut, which fixed the leak.Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and professional plumbers. Ill be having them back in the spring for some additional work and maintenance.

Absolute professionals! I cant say enough about this company for the incredible job they did with my basement bathroom ejector pump installation. Our basement bathroom pump has failed several times over the past 6 years, generating huge costs for pump replacements, cleanups, etc. We went through several companies who only offered to keep replacing the pump, costing us over $500/year in wasted repairs. We had Warrior evaluate our entire basement plumbing situation to find a definitive, permanent solution. They ended up installing a high quality pump and re-routing the ejector pump line into the proper sewer outflow pipe. We now have a reliably functioning pump for our finished basement bathroom!It is incredibly hard to find a reputable company to do major repairs on your home, someone you can trust to do the job properly. These guys are it. They were prompt in their communication, showed up on time, and had all proper equipment and ready to work. We looked at the basement together and discussed the options in great length...they answered all of my questions and heard all of my concerns. We then came up with a plan together that we all agreed on, and they returned to do the job exactly when they said. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned everything up when finished. Cant ask for much more than that! Dont waste your time, money, and sanity hiring anyone else if you want your plumbing fixed properly, quickly, and for a great price. 5 stars.

We just moved to the area & a week into living in our house we discovered water in our basement. We could not detect where the water was coming from until we pulled the trigger on a leak detection company who told us it was our sewer line. I wasted no time and googled an emergency plumber in the area and Warrior was the first to pop up. I called and was not only given sympathy (first time since dealing with this issue) but I was immediately taken care of. They had me send photos and the owner reached out to me soon after. Brent was so understandable and told me to call the town to see if the problem could be handled on their end before we dropped money on a fix. His guys came out that afternoon & were so professional, so polite and educated me on other things I should be aware of. They left our house clean after fixing the issue & it was honestly the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I am so happy I found them. I wont be using any other plumping company. I cant thank them enough! Incredible!

Brent Sr. came within 24 hours to do the complete sewer scope. I had a sewer line backup over Labor Day weekend and called Warrior Plumbing in a panic. I was given options (calling Baltimore City for a clean out service or having a technician come out immediately) and decided I couldnt wait 24 hours for the DPW crew, so I requested a technician come out as soon as possible. Brent and his colleague arrived in less than hour and quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue. They also ran a camera and showed me the issue (tree root blockage). They gave me a run down of options, and Ill be using Warrior to create a permanent fix. The service was great in that the immediate problem was resolved, but more than that, the guys were amazing! They respected my home, cleaned up (with bleach) after snaking the line, and both were friendly, courteous and extremely professional! I know nothing about plumbing, but I do know stellar service, and this group is top notch! I cant recommend them highly enough-- do not hesitate to call them if you need plumbing services!Follow-up: Sewer line was replaced without incident. Less invasive/ destructive method used that didnt require huge trench dug in the yard. There was a small issue with the concrete repair made to the basement floor, but Brent was quick to come out and remedy that. I really appreciate that this company stands behind their work! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

My pipes busted this winter and almost flooded my basement. Nobody else would come handle this emergency in a timely manner. After about a half hour of calling other plumbers I came across warrior plumbing. I was just lucky enough to get a hold of one of the owners, Colin. I called around to all of the major plumbers in the area who advertise Same Day Service, but none of them were able to come and fix the shower that day (some werent even able to come the next day). I fully expected Brent to tell me theyd have to come back another day, but he and Frank stayed until the issue was resolved, replacing some remaining old galvanized pipe with PVC and adding a clean-out for easier access if this ever happens again. But this plumbing service literally did not do anything to my house, I never met them in person...but I would still recommend them.I contacted the number in the morning and the girl who answered was friendly and attentive. She told me that someone will contact me within the next two hours and I said great! Then my issue...turned into an emergency. Im talking water everywhere, unusable toilet in a house with 3 people and one bathroom. It was a disaster. I called her back, frantic that it was an emergency and to see if maybe they could get to me. I had another man call me (Brent I think his name was) and when I explained, he said he had no crew, could not come out the same day, and told me to call my homeowners insurance.I was sad, of course, so I contacted another plumbing service that does emergencies and 4 hours later my problem was fixed. But I am THANKFUL of Warriors professionalism, honesty, and good advice. I am often tired of the run around with services that want to promise more than they can deliver because clients are so demanding. I have been on the waiting end of services that never come out or when they do you feel like another rushed service. The man I talked to told me with straightforwardness and I even used his advice and filed my claim for my damages. I work with clients in my own line of work and I wish they could all have common sense and understand not everything can go their way. If my issue wasnt an emergency, I bet I wouldve recieved excellent plumbing work.

I had a gas leak on a Sunday & had called the people you would see on a commercial. I was bailed on by one towards the end of their time frame & the other just said they couldn’t help. So I was lucky enough to stumble upon these guys. The other people wanted me to spend anywhere from $50-$80 for them just to come out. Warrior immediately asked me to text pictures of the issue so they could try to give me a quote. They did within 20 min and it was on the low side of the national average (I checked home advisor & reviews of other companies’ pricing) They said they could come out on Sunday but it would be time and a half and they didn’t want to charge me that so we made the appointment for Monday. They were here early and my mother was here to let them in. I forgot to leave the key so with my mothers and my permission they literally crawled in the open window (thank you Mother Nature for open window weather and the dog apparently knocking the screen out. I don’t know if crawling through the dog door would have been easier?). Most other companies I’m sure would’ve turned around and said I’ll get to you another time. I was not here but my mother said that they were extremely friendly, she said my dog liked them so that tells you a lot. I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I needed any of the services they provided and I would definitely use them again.

They werent just trying to make money by taking it from me as some professionals tend to do, but actually wanted to help me fix the problem. They advised me that they could come out on a weekend but it sounded like it could wait until the next day (a Monday) which would save me an additional cost. They also helped me navigate getting the city to fix its issue helping my backup issues too. In the end, they advised me to call my insurance company because it was going to be a costly fix, although they could have done it and I wouldnt have known any better. I appreciate their honesty and help. Cant recommend them enough.

I have to say, I called a lot of places to get a quote for a leaky toilet and a clogged drain. I got the run around as if they did not want to come and fix just that. Then I called warrior and I spoke with Collin, he was friendly and professional and sent someone out immediately. The men that arrived were great they got the job done in no time for the price of we discussed and we were back to having 2 bathrooms, thank you warrior plumbing I will never search again for another.

I was able to text and send photos back in forth, then they came to assess in person, and then someone came out (on time) and did the installation.
