I was pleased with the whole process with Len the Plumber Heating and Air. Everyone I had contact with was extremely professional, informative and friendly. I had to have my whole HVAC and furnace replaced; my old unit had made it for 17 years; it made no sense to get it repaired; even though the price was enormous; I know it was needed and will be a great investment now and for the future. The turnaround time to schedule the installation was 2 days. Which was okay because the temperature had dropped to fall like weather. I would most definitely recommend this company. The Trane unit looks nice and I am pleased; new thermostat too; which I love.Thank you especially to Matt and Christian for the great install, courtesy and professionalism.

Called Len the Plumber Thursday morning for a water heater leak and Rohan was at my house in 45 minutes. He not only looked at my water heater but the rest of my piping and educated me on what was happening in my house. He gave me multiple options in terms of payment and completed the work that day. I had to get a replacement of not only the water heater but various other things. He worked diligently and was done by 4. They put in the permit with the county for me and got inspection scheduled. Thomas, our technician, was very helpful in our hot water heater installation! He came earlier than the estimated time and quoted us 1K less than Home Depot (for both the unit and labor). The entire installation took about 4 hours and everything was up and running. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about his profession. Would certainly recommend in an emergency water heater situation!

From Diagnosing the improperly installed furnace which caused early failure, to having a knowledgeable sales rep out the same day on a Sunday, the process was very smooth. We were presented a multitude of options and just decided to go with the top of the line furnace because at the end of the day it’ll be 10-15 years before we even consider replacing it. The turn around for installing it was 3 days and the technicians showed up on time and were friendly. They had a very professional demeanor and had our heat back on in 4 hours from removing to reinstalling the new furnace with proper ducting and venting. The end product from how the handyman had installed the old furnace to the new one was night and day. I will never not use a professional company for any of the major appliances and systems in my home again. The price did match the quality. They covered all of the work areas and left my home clean. I will definitely recommend Len the plumber and company to others for future work.

I called Len the Plumber last night and they were able to get me scheduled with a technician for first thing this morning. I had a leaky faucet and Shawn Miller, the technician, not only looked at that, but other possible issues that were going on. He was able to quote me for work on the spot, tell me which things were more urgent or options at the moment, and also found and repaired a dangerous condition that another contractor had created when installing my water heater a few years ago. I am so grateful for his knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. Obviously with the extra work being done and the expense being higher than originally planned, it was stressful. He understood that and was very gracious and made the whole situation much better. Not only did he do great work, but he also found a way to save a bit from the overall cost. Amazing service!

Will arrived in 30 minutes from our call and assessed the situation and promptly outlined a plan to correct it. I was very pleased with the whole process from the convenience of setting the appointment right online, to the follow up call to confirming the appointment. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. Our plumbing technician was Kavonn. He was very friendly yet professional as well as thorough when explaining potential scenarios. I was most pleased with the level of transparency and expectations for what might be the underlying issues and costs associated with the services. He went straight to work and was able to identify and resolve the clogged drain in the main line. I liked that he double, triple and quadruple checked to be sure everything was in working order before taking off. Also, the price was fairly reasonable. Matt The operator was awesome. Andrew, I want to say site manager was incredible. The other two gentlemen that were on site were also extremely professional and kind. All around 10 out of 10. Everybody involved made the check much easier to sign in the end. No one wants to spend money. As a general contractor, Im pretty knowledgeable in the field but I was also educated on the process which again make sign in the check a little easier. Mike C from Len the Plumber came out to my house on a Sunday and ended up spending the entire day there. My leak/plumbing situation ended up being WAY worse than any of us had anticipated and it kept growing as Mike continued to investigate the insanity that was inside my ceiling. I was beyond impressed with his skills in both finding and navigating the issue, his communication in what he was finding, and how he was addressing the issue.While he could have just fixed the leak and called it a day, with none of us being the wiser, he spent the time to identify the source of the leak and saved me thousands in future problems and leaks by identifying the root cause of the leak... Which actually affected several of the surrounding pipes as well. (Had my hot water tank bottomed out prior to Mikes work, I would have had 40+ gallons flooding into my kitchen ceiling, damaging all of my kitchen cabinets, and possibly causing issues for years into the future.) However, thanks to Mikes diligent efforts, I am confident and have peace of mind that the problem is actually fixed and not just band-aided.Mike was courteous, kind, and empathetic while navigating what was an extremely stressful day for me, and he was very patient while I tried to navigate HOA nonsense, Home Owners Insurance, etc.I couldnt recommend Mike from Len the Plumber enough and I will definitely use them again.

We had an issue with our boiler and werent sure who to call. I read the reviews and contacted Len the plumber. Dale was the technician assigned to our call, he diagnosed quickly and gave us a few options. His advice and knowledge helped us make a decision. Dale got the main job done, efficiently and professionally. While working on the issue, Dale couldnt get 2 of our radiators to work. One had a stripped screw and the other one was newly replaced by a different company yet they forgot to add a bleeder valve, a key component to the radiators working! Dale called the shop and they came up with a plan that saved money, time and headache. They sent Matt, (the Boiler Master) who came in and fixed the 2 that needed a master who can do the work fast and furious. Thanks again to Dale and Matt for their time, professional, courteous, respectful manner. Because of their work ethic, we are happy to give them our business.

We had just moved into our house recently and were having issues with a leaking circulation pump among other things with our gas boiler and radiator heating system. We didnt know who to call and took a chance on Len the Plumber based on some positive reviews.Matt was our service technician and he proved not only to be super knowledgeable about gas boiler heating systems but also was quite helpful and pleasant to work with. He was clear about describing the issue at hand, noted a couple of safety concerns with the system and gave us different options for making repairs over time that would help us save money. Based on Matts performance alone we decided to sign up for Len the Plumbers Service contract for a year.We have had a couple issues with other systems on our property since the first visit, and the service and interactions with Matt have been consistently outstanding. It is hard to find people truly knowledgeable about gas fired radiator systems and Matt is one of the best.

They gave us a three hour window from 8 to 11 and Mr. Beck was here promptly at 9 AM. He got set up and went right to work to fix the problem Although, from the beginning, they can’t guarantee that they’ll get it. He felt confident he would.. Half an hour into the project, he hit the club, broke it loose, but also confirmed my worst fear that we may have a crack in the pipe. Cleaned up and we immediately set up an appointment to have the line videoed so we would know for 100% sure what the problem is. Thank you, Mr Beck

A sales rep gave us an estimate for replacement of a 17-year old 3 ton AC unit on the afternoon of 8/27 and an installation team was onsite at 9AM on 8/28. Next day service. Installation was quick and progressed almost exactly as described. A 3 person crew (Mike, Alvin, Alex) worked straight through to completion of the work order at 3PM. It was hot and the air handler was in the attic. Not a complaint, not a gripe - great attitudes. Everything was cleaned up before departing our house. Highly recommend Len the Plumber.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from James Long. I called LEN the Plumber because my hot water heater was leaking. James Long came out the next morning and replaced it. While he was there I explained to him that I was hearing thud sounds coming from my pipes as my washing machine filled. He diagnosed the problem, went out and purchased the necessary parts and attached them to the washer inlet hoses. I washed a tub of clothes yesterday and there was absolutely no noise coming from my pipes. Mr. Long was very professional and explained exactly what needed to do and the reason why. He took care of both of my plumbing problems, relieving me of much stress.

John is extremely courteous, patient, and precise. The issue was that my radiators on the 3rd floor needed bleeding. Unfortunately, I could not get the air to expell. It required increasing the psi a bit which I did not want to do myself because our house is very old (1900s). I was worried that I might cause a leak. We suspect that the old boiler and circulating pump was showing its age. John had to up and down 4 flights of stairs around 16 times to repeatedly increase the psi and bleed the 4 radiators. Not a sign of complaint from John. The last 2 trips he made was to make sure that the psi was at a safe sweet spot. He also arranged for a Comfort Specialis to come by the same day to advise me on a boiler upgrade.So efficient. Len The Plumber is a top notch company because of all their employees like John. They have been my go to after trying other plumbing companies since we bought this house almost 4 years ago.

I realized I had a flooded water heater around 9 pm and immediately started calling around to see who could provide service as soon as possible. Len The Plumber was able to get a technician out the fastest and around 8:30 the next morning Thomas was at my door. He quickly and thoroughly explained the problem, made sure I understand the costs (Ouch!) and procedures and then he got to work. He was able to install a new water heater the same day. He took care of my property (laid down liners, wore shoe coverings etc) and left the HVAC closet cleaner than it was when he arrived. Great experience!

Purcell was the best plumber Ive ever seen. Extremely diligent, professional, knowledgeable hard working and considerate of his customers. I had over 50 year old stems, valves and seats that were not usable or serviceable but he was able to switch them out and get my shower working again better than it has in over 20 years. I could not stop thanking him and I couldnt thank him enough. Sadly I delt with another plumbing company a week before and was charged $125 so somthing that did not fix the problem. He was here working from 10am to 5pm to get the job done. After an initial review for a leaking heater valve, he found the main water shutoff was also bad, the reason water was still leaking in the kitchen and basement after the valve was shut off night before. Heater valve, piping and main valve shutoff squared away. As long as Joe is employed, any future issues I will request him specifically.

He patiently took several steps to get to the glogg and resolved our problem. What I expected to be an easy fix when I called Len the Plumber to replace the expansion tank on our water heater, which had developed a pinhole leak and bulging paint, ended up with replacement of the very old (18 years) water heater and expansion tank. Our technician, Will Brawner, did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done. We also saved $ on the job by signing up for the home service plan. This is a good deal for us as we have four bathrooms and a powder room. After doing an excellent job with the water heater install, Will went through the house inspecting all of our sinks and toilets as part of the home service plan. No issues were found, thankfully. Will was very easy to speak with and was willing to share his knowledge with us.

A master plumber came out and cleared my inside sewer line. He also replaced the cast iron flange that holds the toilet in place. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. There is a follow up in a day or so where a camera will check that line is clear and check the condition of the line. Cost was reasonable.

I woke up to a backed up main drain line, which has occurred a few times. After calling Len the Plumber, they dispatched Trey within a few hours. Trey was diligent and professional to make sure everything was resolved. He also worked to schedule another plumber to come out to use a camera to check to see why the main line keeps backing up. I was impressed by the service and thankful we found out what was going on which did not occur with the other plumbers that came out prior.

Once again, Len the Plumber has provided my household with exceptional service in a time of need. Furnance needed immediate repair during a cold snap (30 degree temperatures at night) and got a technician within 24hrs. Our tech, Muhammad Suhaib, was extremely courteous and professional. Mr Suhaib, arrived when expected, diagnosed the issue, recommended the repair option(s), and the best thing, had the items needed for repair on his truck. Overall repair time was about 1 hour. I called Len Plumbing today for emergency visit due to my hot water heater breaking. Within the hour, Len Plumbing was here. Our Tech, Aaron S. was the best service provider I have had since becoming a homeowner. There was no fluffing, no upcharging and was, for lack of a better term “this is what it is” with his explanations in regards to damage, repair and installation. I went from having a flooded washroom to a new water heater within 5 hours of calling. Additionally, they offered me a referral for the wood lining that may have been damaged. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable (again, no up-charging). They offered me a membership that also cut my new water heater price/ installation by 15% which saved me $615. When you call in, ask for Aaron S. Lastly, without a doubt, I will be using LEN Plumbing again in the future.
