I had an emergency plumbing issue. They were the third 24 hour company I called. They responded immediately, and came to my house within an hour. They were able to assess and start fixing the problem immediately. I wish I called them first. Len the Plumber claimed that they had someone to send to my house, but then called and said that they were too busy. Mike the Plumber just told me to pour Clorox down the drain and that they could come the next day. I am so happy that Millennium came when they did. Ron is so straight forward and honest which I appreciate and he has done great work so far. Thank you!

I called several big name plumbers and not one could make it out for this emergency. Millennium Plumbing was the only one that was reliable. They were there in less than two hours. Keith explained everything and was very professional in his work. I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I had to replace my kitchen plumbing. I called several plumbers and in the end chose Millennium. Of all the calls I made Millennium responded quickly. Ron checked and then explained the problem. Ron then gave me an Itemized estimate showing exactly what would be done and what the cost would be. The plumber John arrived when expected completing the job in a clean and professional manner. I would recommend Millennium to family and friends. The plumbing works great.

I woke up on a Sunday morning to a blocked main sewage line which backed up into my downstairs toilet flooding it and pouring into my basement. After calling a competitor who did not answer, I called millennium at 7am and we greeted by a friendly voice who promised to have someone out in a few hours. Shawn arrived right on time, was very courteous and clean. Talked me through what the problem probably was and promptly diagnosed it. He was able to clear the line on the spot and although the price was high, considering the emergency call and the quality of the service I was happy to pay it. Shawn talked me through all the steps he was taking and was happy to teach me about the plumbing system in my home. He also gave me advice on how to keep the line clean in the future. I would recommend Shawn and millennium to anyone in this area for their emergency plumbing needs.

I called This Plumber for a backed-up laundry sink. He charged me what I felt was a reasonable price for the job. He and the other gentleman with him were very professional. They came when they said they would, called me first, and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain to me what caused the backup and how they fixed it. I would definitely call them again.

Just had my plumbing problem taken care of by Shawn. He was very quick to respond, very polite, and did a first rate job in very quick time.The job itself was relatively complicated, and to make it worse, it was in a very restricted space, over-head. Shawn did an excellent job in very short order. The price was extremely reasonable, considering the work and that it was 5pm on a Sunday afternoon.I just want to add that the two most advertised Same-day plumbers, L the P and M & Son, both responded to my request for service with ...sorry, but we can fit you in tomorrow! So much for 24/7 emergency service.Thankfully Millennium was able to get to my home with 90 minutes and the problem was fixed shortly there after.I can say one thing for certain, if I have any future plumbing needs then Millennium will be the first company I call.Dave Baxter.Essex.

Had another Baltimore plumber scheduled who ended up canceling 2 hours into my scheduled 3-hour window. We had a clogged sink drain and a broken disposal. Needed to get the problem fixed asap and called Millenium, and they were able to have a technician out within an hour at 8pm.The technician was extremely helpful and informative, and made sure to fully explain the situation to me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made an effort to make the situation as painless as possible.I will definitely use Millenium in the future for any plumbing needs.

Ive used Millenium many times and theyre always great! The technicians are on time, courteous, and do the job right. The only issue Ive had was after several months had gone by the same issue came back. With one call they were out the next day to inspect the problem and after review determined it was under warranty from the last job and repaired the work immediately at no charge. Weve used Millenium for our few plumbing issues, and the experience has always been positive. Their service people have always shown up during the aloted time slot, and will call ahead when they are on their way (which helps when you have big dogs that need to be put away!). Honest, wont charge you for stuff you dont need, and friendly. Have recommended to others in the area and will happily keep using them.

I live in another city and am a landlord for a place in Federal Hill. My tenants had a party and somehow damaged both toilets beyond repair, although no damage was visible from the outside.After several failed attempts to reach my regular plumber on Memorial Day weekend, Millenium plumbing came out on short notice to perform the services.The plumber was able to identify that the toilets were broken because of recent activity and received an account from my tenants. He then immediately communicated it to me so I could act accordingly. Great to have a plumber you can trust.

We are very happy with the work done by Millennium. We bought an ancient house in downtown Baltimore and discovered that the bathroom pipes were all in terrible shape.Our plumber, Ricardo, came out and discussed our options with us and provided an estimate. We got competing bids from other companies, all higher.Not sure exactly how we wanted to do the bathroom, we asked Ricardo to come back a couple of times to discuss other options, which he did, patiently explaining the pros and cons of different types of shower, tub, pipes, etc., and he provided revised estimates each time.Ultimately he replaced all of the bathroom pipes and installed a new toilet, sink, bathtub and shower. The bathtub and shower were somewhat tricky, because we wanted to combine a claw-foot tub with a regular wall shower, instead of the usual type of shower specifically made for claw-foot tubs. Ricardo figured out a way to make it work.He also collaborated very well with our contractor. The entire installation had to be done in pieces: first our contractor tore down the old bathroom. Then Ricardo roughed in the pipes. Then our contractor installed the floor and walls. Then Ricardo came back and installed the fixtures.Ricardo was really flexible in terms of coordinating with our contractor. Hes a very friendly, personable guy and easy to work with. Six months later, everything he installed is working flawlessly.We are planning to add another bathroom and will use Millennium when the time comes.

Woke up with NO Heat on Saturday morning; Ground Hog Day, 2/2/13; I called Millenium. After a short discussion I have a unique furnace and Millenium recommended me to a local competitor that specializes in my equipment! How often does that happen? I think it says something special, passing up business to make sure I get someone who specializes in my furnace from a competitor who is further away. I wouldnt hesitate to and I will call Millenium if I have future plumbing or other needs. They have started out with me in a very trusting way.

We had a double emergency at 11:30 PM on Sunday night. Both the hotwater heater broke and was leaking and also the house main shut off valve was leaking. Millennium was the only company to answer the phone and give us a reliable time frame to tend to this emergency. Sean our tech arrived in 11/2 hours and shut water off to our home and diagnosed the issue and gave an estimate. they returned the next late afternoon and did all repairs.

My first experience was an emergency and they had Keith dispatched to my house within an hour(He was also kind enought to return the next day to adjust the water temps in the new shower, as they were too low). My second experience, while not an emergency Keith again was out within an hour. My experience has always been a pleasant one and I believe their pricig to be fair. Keith is always very courteous and professional. I would recommend Millennium Plumbing to my friends and relatives
