    Weve had Yonas as our assigned tech several times on our membership checkups, and hes been great every time. He always takes the time to make sure I know exactly what he is checking and why. He explains to me why each check is important, and how each component contributes to keeping my house comfortable. Ive been with Supreme for almost a decade, and cant imagine moving on to another provider - these guys are just the best!

    Our combo furnace and a/c unit stopped working. It’s a custom type system and Supreme Service Today was able to get us setup with a replacement system before the summer heat hits us.Our service representative Ryan K was extremely knowledgeable about the system, the financing and he found us a solution where other companies came up short.Ryan is friendly and personable and we look forward to many years of working with Supreme Service Today and their team.     My experience with Supreme Service Today was top notch. Lets start with the phone call to customer service regarding my issue no water pressure. The representative was kind courteous and professional. The following morning a service technician arrived.We got a new well pump and complete filtration and watersoftner system. They did come across several obstacles but our tech Brandon was patient professional and kind, even when I went on a rant with no water. He never gave up and always service with a smile.Now our water 💧 is on and working well.My technician and Alex the owner went above and beyond for us.     Our tech Darryl was incredible. Could not have been nicer or more informative. The full water heater replacement took 12 hours due to complications with the old broken water heater. Darryl didn’t waiver and stayed until 10:30 to get the job done and get our family hot water. 10/10 would recommend.

    Brandon did a fantastic job working on our water heater. He installed a new pressure expansion tank, installed a pressure reducing valve and replaced a corroded union on the water heater. He was very professional and kept the workspace clean. We were very happy with the results.

    I highly recommend Supreme Service Today. Called them for the first time when my heat suddenly shut down in dead of winter. Receptio ist, Mariah, was polite and courteous. Sean, the technician, was sent out the same day. Sean was an ideal example of professionailsm - he arrived timely, wore shoe coverings so as not to track mud into my house, diagnosed the problem accurately, answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, gave me repair options and costs for each option, performed work efficiently, made sure heating system was working properly before leaving, and sent me a thorough performance & safety assessment after departure. What could have been a disaster turned out to be a great day all because of Supreme Service Today. (They have cool new yellow and black trucks too). 😄

    Our A/C stopped working. Supreme was able to schedule a tech same day. Zack was knowledgeable and transparent. Our unit was frozen and had to thaw so new techs were scheduled for the following day. Keondre J and Roberto were very professional, kind, and patient. They walked us through each test, diagnosis, and stage of the repair and educated us so that we could make informed decisions about how to best resolve the problem without spending more money than necessary.

    Supreme Air installed several Daikin ductless HVAC units in my building as well as a Carrier furnace and outdoor AC unit. The Daikin ductless units are effective with keeping up with all weather seasons. They are also very efficient and glad Alex recommended them to me during the consultation. Supreme stands behind their work and will go above and beyond to make something right and make the customer happy. Customer service is professional and responsive. Will use them again.Take 2 - My AC unit broke in the middle of a heat wave around July 4th, 2018 and within a day or two Supreme was able to give me a quote on a new 2 ton 16 seer lifetime AC unit and coil and install it on my roof. The team was professional, on time and the cost was very reasonable. Hence, why I continue to use this company for my AC needs.

    HVAC adventures (2024): 4 stars because i have a service contract (which lets you know i trust the company), and with that is supposed to come seasonal checks of the AC and gas heat. It’s Aug 1. I was supposed to have a check last Nov bur four times it was canceled and each time it took five or more months to get another appointment. Finally it happened today! I was about to break up with them but I’m trying again. Today’s visit wound up being an ac visit. Donald was very nice and did a great job explaining everything he checked. The company had also installed my ac unit two years ago and did great.Plumbing adventures (2023?): 4.5 stars, really. I’m taking .5 off for the confusion in scheduling. The first appointment had to be rescheduled for some reason, so we moved it to the following week, Friday. Thursday, my technician called to say he was on his way. I could have said no, come back tomorrow but I thought wth, get it done, though I had just gotten home from being out of town. It worked out fine and the tech did a good job. Now I just have to figure out how to get the water saver out of my new faucet. It’s different than what I’m used to. Kicking myself for not asking my plumber while he was here!

    Supreme was the only business out of five that were willing to work within my work schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Youssef was thorough,knowledgeable, and very nice. Ryan was also very helpful and kind.

    Keondre did a fabulous job troubleshooting my heater issues. He was very courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing and went the extra mile to address the issue. At one point during the service call, someone else from Supreme Service tried to sell me some repairs that I did not want and was very pushy about it, but Keondre never treated me this way. There were also times with the right people at Supreme Service were not available to authorize Keondre to take action on my heater, but he handled this run-around with grace as well. A 10 out of 10 for sure for Deondre! I feel like Supreme Service as a company is slipping in the quality and professionalism Ive come to expect from them, however.

    Nathan was excellent. Came in to inspect the pump that had been leaking water, to ensure the previous tech diagnosed the situation thoroughly. Had the work completed in two hours and explained the whys for the issue that existed. Explained another issue and he instantly diagnosed the issue in a matter a minutes. I definitely recommend the company and the service of the techs involved. This was after having two other companies come out and each misdiagnosed the issue.

    I just had my first service appointment with Supreme HVAC service today and the reviews don’t lie! they are absolutely great! they are very nice very pleasant. Zack R was my Service and he came out explained everything to me and what did I need to do in the future and I signed up with their monthly payment plan for the peace of mind of knowing that anything that happens in the future I’m covered! I would definitely recommend Supreme services!!

    Called a couple Hvac companies about a free estimate. Garrett and Ryan showed up on time, were super friendly and offered my options (reasonably priced) without any pressure. Other companies wanted to charge just to come out and didnt seem to have the same friendliness and desire to earn my business. Supreme Service is dedicated to good customer service. In a world where that barely exists I sure appreciated the difference. Im gonna get the work done. They earned it!

    Youssef D is an excellent geothermal service tech and I will request him for future service. He has more than decade experience with this company and with geothermal systems. He came out to fix all the problems created by a previous Supreme tech, Zach, who was very inexperienced. That tech solved one problem but created more! Youssef fixed the settings on the control board that had not been properly set by Zach. Now the system is now running efficiently and the thermostat controls have all been restored.

The technician, Zach D., was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything that was done and helping me understand the status of the unit even for items just to keep an eye on.     Yonas did the most thorough (semi-)annual evaluation of heat pump system that Ive ever seen.Yonas checked many details, gave great answers to my questions, and pointed out some things to watch in coming months.Yonas laid out a few options we have for going forward and patiently each.Supreme Service Today emailed a full report that helped me see that all the detailed checks Yonas did were standard procedure for this fine company, though in my 42 years of owning homes Ive never seen such attention to details of my heating and air-conditioning services.Supreme Service Todays service is truly supreme - much better than all the rest !!I will be calling them First from now on! :)Update: another semi-annual check by Keondre was just as thorough and very satisfying as I reported above! :)

    Zach D. arrived to my fall service appointment and went straight to work checking all components of my heating and cooling system, including the ducts. He spent time with me at the end of the appointment to discuss everything he checked and we reviewed his findings. He was very professional and I would have him back for every appointment because of his competence and professionalism!

    Sean was amazing! We was very thorough. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Provided me pictures of the inside of my HVAC unit and provided his professional opinion. He wasn’t forceful or pushy about making a decision same day as I told him I would have to consider the repair options. I loved that I was provided 3 options, good, better, best, for repair. Sean also was very clean, and put things back the way he found them. I am scheduling the repair soon and will provide an update after it has been completed.

    The first plumber that was sent out was horrible. Needed an outdoor faucet/hose bib replaced. Relatively simple. I was charged over $400 and the guy did an incredibly sloppy job. I showed his work to other plumbers and they were shocked by the cost and by his horrendous work. I called Supreme Service Today right away and explained the situation to them. I was reassured that a different plumber would be sent out ASAP and would fix the issue at no cost. And that’s exactly what happened. A few days later, Justin came out and did an amazing job. He didn’t rush it like the previous plumber and made sure he had all the right parts, even if it meant having to run out to the store to get them. Not only that, it was about 90 degrees out, but he kept his cool. This company almost lost a long time customer over a sloppy job and an outrageous charge. Justin restored my faith in Supreme and I will be requesting him in the future.

    Justin was amazing! We had a stubborn clog in the upstairs shower, and he called when he was on his way, called once he had the estimate, completed the unclogging and even emailed a picture of the nasty hairball that was wedged in there. Super professional service from everyone!

    Sean reminded me why I keep going back to Supreme. We’ve been extremely unhappy with our system almost entirely due to the nest thermostat (which the salesperson actually recommended against at the time). This was our third issue in three years. Sean came for the third issue and promptly fixed the issues, explaining each one in detail. Importantly, he ensured we got the best value for the warranty on our system. Coincidentally, we are moving soon but because of todays experience we will be calling supreme to upgrade the next house’s systems!!!

    Working with Supreme Service Today has been a positive experience. From the initial consultation for the estimate to the end of installation, everyone that I interacted with behaved as true professionals of their trade. Sean did a great job of answering my many questions, exploring options for service, planning for the future and was a great communicator prior to the start of the job. Saber and Santos were both excellent in the installation process. They answered my many questions as I observed the whole process of the two of them removing my old units and installing brand new heating/cooling units and relocating my thermostat.     Very pleased with service call and follow-up. Sean diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. Part came within 24 hours and Supreme scheduled a 2nd visit the next day. Sean was dispatched again and was running late, but Supreme let us know. He didnt bail-out. Came to our home at around 7:30 P.M. He was pleasant as before and didnt rush to get it repaired. Supreme did the original install of the entire system about 3 years ago and their service support was as good as their initial work.. Definitely recommend.

Colin got to work right away and checked over three systems. He ran tests and explained much about the systems to me as he was inspecting them. Luckily all of my systems were in good working order.     I am a member of the plumbing bi-yearly evaluation with SupremeService. Paul came to my house he called because he was running a little late and told me when he was on his way. He was easy to speak with and answered many of my questions regarding hard water well water and what it can do to your pipes if left untreated. He made several recommendations and I decided what to have done first.He was very thorough evaluating the pipes and it was a very productive visit.

    We arrived home from vacation to find our water heater leaking. We made an appointment in Sunday for Wednesday but within an hour, we received a call saying that a technician would be on the way shortly that afternoon.     This company is GREAT! So they arrived within 1 hour of my call and I received a text and email of who my tech will be with a picture so I know who will be knocking at my door. The tech was very friendly and respectful of my home.He diagnosed the issue and it appeared we needed a new blower motor. Of course this happened the day before the coldest days ever. They located a new motor , went to get the part, and returned to install .Everyone I spoke with from the owner, tech, and office secretary were super friendly and helpful.     Yesterday 6/4/22, my service technician was Gyan. He arrived promptly and got right to work after first taking time to listen to my description of the problem and then performing a thorough test on the unit. I was impressed by his knowledge and confidence to correct several issues on the ac unit. The job was complicated and took quite a while to complete. Gyan tackled each problem head-on and now my home is comfortably cooler. He deserves an outstanding award for his superior service and professional demeanor.

    I continue to have a generally positive view of this business. Everyone on the phone and in person is courteous, respectful. A few bumps today, though. I am working from home on video conferences. I specifically ask for an afternoon appointment and was give an window of 2 to 6 pm. I scheduled my day around this but the technician arrived at 12:30! Also, as we scheduled some follow up work to be done on my system, I was asked if I wanted to pay today or the day of service. They already have a card on file should I cancel. I said on the day of service which is 2+ weeks away. My husband was in the room and he reiterated that. The technician then asked if the card on file was correct and proceeded to charge my card and asked us to sign. We told him we asked to pay the same day as the service. He told us he already charged us and it was too late to undo. That was not their normal way of operating. They did suggest several items to address, which is annoying for a courtesy maintenance appointment. But the technician did provide me at our request, with photos of the parts in question. That allowed me to make a judgment call about what condition the parts were in and if I truly needed all of the items mentioned. In the case of corroded items, that was easy to see as a problem. I just hope with other service recommendations we are not being taken advantage of where each free check up yields service that costs money.

    Had geothermal installed for my new house I was building in 2016. We worked with owner Denny throughout the whole process. Weve been very happy with how everything has turned out. The house temperature stays very consistent and our electric bill is cheaper than at our old house which was significantly smaller. We had no problems receiving all the tax credits and refunds. Their customer service is superb. Just had the spring Maintenance done and the tech was very professional. I would highly recommend Supreme Air to anyone who may be thinking of going green and installing geothermal in their home.

    I had a new tankless high-efficiency boiler installed by Supreme. The boiler has been working great. However, three weeks after I had it installed, my tenant informed that the radiators in her apartment werent working all the way. Thankfully, it wasnt too cold and my tenant was mostly out of town and not complaining. But Supreme made sure to come over really quickly and get the problem fixed. Obviously it was still under warranty, so there was no charge, but they sent me a nice thermos anyway, which I appreciated.

    I dont often write a review of a company, but I am very impressed with Supreme Air for their attention to detail and for their customer service. Alex, the owner, called me couple days ago as a courtesy to schedule with me a complimentary check on my 20+ yo furnace, since the older the furnace gets there is a higher chance for CO2 emissions and other combustion issues which could be harmful to the residents. Colin and Alex came by, did a thorough check on the furnace and re-assured me that everything is working fine. Explained to me all the readings they got, and now I know that I am good to go with my furnace for a few more years for sure.I would highly recommend using them as your heating and cooling technicians. They are professionals and they prove it!

    We had a power surge during a blizzard and my thermostat went bad. Supreme Service had a technician out the next day. Because of Covid and supply chain issues none of the normal suppliers had the thermostat I needed in stock and they did not know when they would get one. Our technician, Jona, went out of his way to find me an appropriate thermostat and it was delivered in two days. The next day Jona came out and installed it and now I have heat. This morning the temperature outside was 9 degrees F. They really did a great job taking care of me and my family.

    I had the best experience with Supreme Air. It all started when I Google searched free estimates for replacing my heat pump and air handler. I was contacted by Matt to set up me estimate. This was my 4th business I recieved a quote from, and I am very happy that I waited and had this appointment. My estimate was performed by Phil. Phil was very knowledgeable about the systems he was informing me of and came off very professional. I recieved a very competitive quote. We made the decision to go with Supreme Air and called Phil back to inform him of our decision. We were told that they were able to install the system that Thursday, 5 days later, which was fantastic since we are experiencing hot and humid Maryland weather. We were also told we could borrow some window units to get us through the heat until then. Right then I knew it was a great choice to go with this company. Phil came back that Monday and helped my wife install the units. Thursday came and the installers, Tevin and Jake (I hope I spelled Tevin correctly) arrived on time ready to go. The installers were very polite and courteous. I mostly left them to do their work only bothering them a few times to ask a question here or there. They treated me like a friend while talking to me, smiling and making great small talk while answering all my questions with a wealth of knowledge. When the work was completed the work area was clean as if no work had even been done. I was given an overview of the work performed and instructed on how to use the new thermostat installed. I know its only day 1 but I am already very happy with the service provided to meand I will definitely be telling those I know looking for HVAC work to go with Supreme Air.

    Couple of minor issues worth mentioning:1. Were not able to make the 8-11 AM scheduled time (but was able to work within my constraints--I had to leave by 1:30 PM )2. Technician was unaware that I had a Geo-thermal system. This was the second time that it surprised one of your people. Im concerned that perhaps the most appropriate people may not have been sent or perhaps the amount of time for the visit was not properly planned (or perhaps my visit could have been rushed). These may well not be justified concerns, but I feel like my system deserves the best attention.3. When the technician left, he inadvertently left my thermostat at a very low temperature (71 degrees). We didnt discover it for several hours and several of us felt cold....

    Simply the most phenomenal customer service I have ever had. Over the coldest and most bitter temps of January, the technician (Derrick) who arrived ...after dark set in....icy cold....snowing....to my mobile home exhausted every Avenue to find the answer to my problem of no water, and then no hot water, and then where the f@*k is the water tank..... what a fiasco. He was dedicated to solving all the issues crawling under the trailer, in and out of the trailer and into every space. Phenomenal job! And all of that at the end of the day after he has already spent the whole day on several other calls....and 31 straight days with no day off! (We got to chatting, thats how I know). Outstanding guy who did an outstanding job!!!!! Thank you so much for your commitment Derrick and get some much deserved time off!!

    Though the service call I required was not completed by Supreme Air, I had an excellent phone experience dealing with Randy, the Emergency on call tech. Randy phoned me back immediately following my call to Supreme Airs emergency line. His communication was on point - when I explained our HVAC issue, he provided an accurate initial assessment. He also laid out the fees and timeline expectations, providing alternatives and a realistic timeframe for my service (a Sunday emergency scenario for which his timeline of late in the day/next day wasnt feasible for us). When I asked him to leave me on his list while I searched for other options, he agreed without hesitation and simply asked for a return call if I was able to find a company to meet my timeline needs. In the end, I was able to get someone in sooner. Randys initial phone assessment of our HVAC issue was the exact problem. I phoned Randy to cancel his visit and to thank him for his understanding. He continued with his gracious, professional attitude. Again, though I didnt use the service of Supreme Air, if Randy is the type of technician they have on board, I wont hesitate to use them in the future.

Heat pump system replacement was competitive in price with other contractors we spoke with, but we were confident that Supreme Air was the best value.The new Carrier Infinity heat pump system is using about 1/2 the electricity as the old heat pump.

    Supreme Air was supremely helpful during a really bad episode: total breakdown of my HVAC system. Their wonderful service man, Youssef, had been telling me for the last 2 years that I will have to replace the system.Well, he was right. The heat broke overnight and the house was about 40 degrees. After Youssef got a new system picked out with me, he had the team bring me two space heaters. THANK YOU! We made it through the second night.The very next day, another team came and installed the new system. That was FAST!! About 40 hours later, we are warming up...Losing your heat when its 36 outside sucks. Having a surprise bill for $7 grand right before Christmas really sucks. But I have to say, Supreme Air made a bad situation much much easier with their financing option, fantastic customer care, super fast installation, and just general awesomeness.Thank you, guys!     Geothermal unit had a lo press fault light. Youssef and helper quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor capacitor which prevented the compressor from operating. Youssef was able to explain the fault and operation of a geothermal system in straightforward terms. They had the part on the truck and replaced it in a few minutes. Both service techs were professional, very polite, wore shoe covers while in the house, and checked out operation of the system after repair. Nice job!

    Contacted Supreme Air on behalf of my grandmother when she lost AC on an extremely hot day. Supreme Air promptly came by to evaluate the system and as a courtesy, left a portable AC unit behind to cool the house down while the replacement unit was ordered. The replacement of the older (circa 1985) unit was done thoroughly and professionally, not only leaving my grandmother with a nice cool house, but with an extremely efficient and competitively priced replacement AC unit.Good work, guys!

    Youssef is an excellent technician and a very nice person. He explains the system and works with the customer. He is very smart and knowledgeable about the Geothermal systems. When he doesnt know something he finds out the answer rather than ignoring the problem or making something up!
