Spiro provided amazing service beyond my expectations. I gave him a call on an issue that I had with my hot water tank and he came out the next day on time. Not only did he resolve the issues on my hot water tank but he kindly explained to me what the issue was and how he resolved it. He is an honest man and I respect his integrity and honesty with his work. The next time I have an issue with my plumbing or heating, I know that I have Spiro to rely on and would recommend to everyone I know.

Spiro did a phenomenal job with two plumbing projects for my house. He was able to come to the house within 48 hours and fix a sewer pipe and reconnect the dishwasher hose drain pipe. Would 100% use Spiro again! See the results!

My hot water tank started leaking and I searched on Google for plumbers and went down the list and called Empire Plumbing and Heating. Spiro is the person I spoke with he was very professional and came to my residence within 20 minutes. He explained everything to me with patience, very friendly, understanding and had a high level of plumbing experience. To speak with him you would think he has been in the business for over 50 years (he is not old just using 50 years as an example). He scheduled the water heater installation for the next day, he needed to order the water heater which came the next day. Spiro turned the water heater off so it would not continue to leak. Spiro arrived at my house at 11:00 am and he was a couple minutes early, which I highly appreciated. He installed the water heater and expansion tank, place the water heater in a professional aluminum pan (to elevate the heater so it would not be mounted on the basement floor) and put a sensor in the pan so it will beep if the heater starts leaking do to natural condition outside or other things that may happen. After he finished, Spiro explained the parts of of the water heater and expansion tank. Spiro also asked if I had any questions and he answered with patience and put my mind to ease. I highly recommend using this plumber and his prices are very reasonable, he was not trying to ripe me off or take advance of a woman. He used some of his personal experience as examples so I could understand the plumbing jargon. He also gave me some recommendations on replacing the pipes in my home. He did not put pressure on me but told me to save up and get it done when I could. You will truly be satisfied with his services, thank you again Spiro.

Spiro provided exceptional service and exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail and clear communication throughout the job were truly impressive. We hired Spiro to replace our garbage disposal and install a new faucet. During the installation process, he discovered that the faucet we had purchased from Amazon was used and defective. Without hesitation, he offered to return and install the replacement faucet at no additional cost! He came back 3 days later to install the replacement faucet and we couldnt be happier with the results. We highly recommend Spiro for any plumbing needs

Spiro came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it within minutes, then performed a test to ensure it was working properly. I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.
