It was one of those weekends when the unexpected happened. Our 50 gal water heater perished after over 11 years of service. I called Roto Rooter and Jerry was at my house 40 minutes later. Took him 10 minutes to assess the situation, less than an hour to get a new heater and parts, and shortly after that a new heater was professionally installed including soldering and running new copper pipes instead of the flexible brass lines that impact corrosion and heater lifetime. Jerry explained everything, hauled away the broken heater and the price was less than I expected for an emergency service. In fact, I asked him to return for another job in one of my bathrooms. When you get great people, take advantage. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.

David came out on a Sunday night at almost 11 PM. We had just returned from vacation and found our main drain line clogged. David was very professional and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem and had it unclogged in a timely manner. I have had the $99 companies before and was not satisfied with the work. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. I would recommend David. He does excellent work. He also pointed out what may e causing the problem, and gave me a quote to fix it.

Greg and Trevor came to the house on time and replace a bathroom water shut off valve but this one was no easy task. He had to go into the craw space to had a new water line to do so. Not comfortable quarters down there. Also they had to work at cleaning up an old cast iron toilet flange to install our new toilet. This all sounds simple enough but believe me it wasn’t. Great job guys!

A tale of two. We called roto rooter to have what we felt like were two simple projects completed. The first technician sent to us was horrible and managed to install a garbage disposal incorrectly. The second tech Greg was amazing. He was polite and respectful and worked to solve the issue from the first tech and provided a solution to the second issue. I hated that it took two trips for resolution and if Greg hadn’t gone the extra mile i would have given a One star review. But Greg redeemed this experience and turned it around. And i will say roto rooter took responsibility for the first techs error.

I was surprised because I thought we would have to wait until the next morning for an appointment time since it was not the most urgent situation, but the dispatcher sent a plumber out immediately. I called them on Christmas Day due to drain backing up. They came out as soon as they could. They gave me a quote in addition to the extra fee for holiday and I was ok with that quote.Upon arrival, the tech explain his plan and went right to work. The technician, Max was AWESOME and friendly. During his process, his equipment stopped working and he was not able to finish the job. Due to Rotor Rooter standing by their guarantee of being able to unclog, I was not charged the fee. I was also called by a company rep a few days later to follow-up on my experience.Those two gestures of not charging me AND following up made a world of a difference.I will consider them in the future.

I cannot even begin to express how incredible Miguel Campos is; I reached out to roto rooter thinking there would just be a simple clog that could be fixed and go on my way. Little did I know there was water damage beyond what I could see. Miguel walked me through everything and even helped me file the claim with my insurance company and really was an amazing support for someone like me who is a first time home owner and never experienced an issue of this size. He reassured me that everything would be okay and even still has been in contact almost a week later to check in with me and make sure I’m doing okay and everything he set up for me is being taken care of. I have recently noticed a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom that was leaking into my basement. I found Roto Rooter in a google search and decided to give them a try. I was looking for someone that could do plumbing, water mitigation, and repairs. I was very surprised by how quickly they were able to come out to look at everything and troubleshoot the cause of the leak. I worked with Miguel Campos, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time addressing each of my concerns and making sure I understood what to expect. In the past, I have had bad luck working with a different restoration company and Miguel was able to put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of. I would highly recommend working with this company because they’ve made a very stressful situation much easier.

I called because our tub was gurgling when the toilet flushed, then water backed up into the tub when the washing machine drained at the end of its cycle.Even though I called on a Saturday evening, a live customer support employee answered the phone empathetically and got me scheduled for a same day appointment. My service tech was Lelang, and he was great. He was laid back, but productive and willing to answer any question I had. He also scheduled us to have a camera line confirm the root cause of the issue.Not sure if I was Lelang’s first or last customer, and I think it’s great that he treated me that well. He’s great. He deserves recognition. So does the customer service rep on the phone. Sorry that I didn’t catch her name when I was so anxious, but she was great too. Both of these people helped me feel at ease in the midst of our problem.
