I was in need of a new garbage disposal unit immediately and Butt’s responded extremely quick. I called them at around 8:30am and Sam was over by 9:30. He quickly replaced my unit and was done. Unfortunately when he left I noticed a leak. I called Sam and he turned around and came right back. With living in a home built over 100 years ago some of the pipes were struggling. He suggested for my husband to attempt to fix it if possible to help it be more cost effective and my husband was capable of replacing a simple pipe. Well once my husband got in there he knew it was something bigger and we would prefer a professional to do the job. So I called the office and scheduled another appointment. When Sam returned he again quickly repaired the remaining issues. He was very professional and respectful. I’ve always kept my business to smaller local companies and this is exactly why. The cost was less than I expected and I was treated with respect and that my business mattered. I may not of had a really big job that made them lots of money but I felt I was important to them. I also know that if I’m ever in need of any plumbing repairs in the future my first on only call will be to Butt’s plumbing. And they need to make sure to take good care of Sam. He is hands down irreplaceable and I will be requesting him to come and handle my repairs every time. Local businesses are always the way to go and Butt’s plumbing is a prime example of why.

After the ceiling in our family room started leaking excessive amounts of water on to our new carpet, we called four different plumbing companies in a panic. No one was willing to come for 6 or more days-one even told us three weeks. A friend recommended Butts Plumbing, and we have had an amazing experience with them! Less than 24 hours after our call, Sam arrived right on time, and within an hour, was able to diagnose a hole in the water line to a bathroom sink, and successfully repaired it. He was professional and kind explaining the issue and showing us the damage. Being new to the area and having the work done on a Saturday we expected a $500+ charge. We were shocked by how reasonable the work was at only $175! 5/5 ⭐️ We will be Butts Plumbing customers from now on!!!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this company (Butts/now also connected with Meyer & Sons). From professionalism with showing up on time, neatness of the work performed and overall work ethic of the crew. We have several other companies we reached out to but Jason Cox, Joe and Tommy were by far the best choice! It’s never a fun way to spend money, especially when it is a main water line in the ground unseen, but they were very fair (as others were either unprofessional, too vague with their pricing, or blamed this larger leak on a small window unit air conditioner). I’m so happy we went with the company we did and have already recommended them to others. You don’t get a crew that’s playing on their cell phone, tossing cigarettes in your yard or unnecessarily tearing up your landscaping. They kept us updated immediately and worked with our city for final inspection same day. The City was also impressed with minimal yard damage from entry/exit point directional boring used. Our toilet was rocking and we needed a new flange to hold the toilet in place, in addition, to a new toilet. The concrete was not solid enough to hold the flange and Colin had to come back and pour concrete, wait 48 hours for the concrete to set and install the toilet. The water shut off to the toilet wasnt working properly and he also replaced that. He was polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after each job. We appreciate everything that Colin did for us, as we had company coming and were on a deadline. We highly recommend Colin and Butts Plumbing.

We installed a new sink and re-hooking up the plumbing and garbage disposal was a little out of our wheelhouse. Called them on a weekend (Saturday at 8pm) expecting to just leave a VM but an actual human picked up the phone and took down my info. My pilot light kept going out and causing hot water issues. Called in “Butts” plumbing to the rescue. The tech was honest, told me to request part from manufacturer to save money and once ordered came back and replaced the faulty part. They fixed my pain in the “butt” !
