We have been customers of Cornwell since March 2004 and have used them for our residence and rentals. Local Hendricks County family owned and operated, not some out-of-state corporate entity. Always solid, reliable service and quality workmanship. Since founder Chris retired in 2022, his sons continue to do the business the right way. Good diagnostic skill and problem resolution. Fair prices, good warranties. I will definitely use them in the future. -

I did not find Cornwell Plumbing through a search; I asked a small business owner: do you have any plumbing company that you trust? Trust; that was the key for me. He wrote the number on a piece of paper and said, this one, I can trust them. Well, I thanked him, but I wasn’t fully convinced until the technician showed up at my door.I had flooding in my basement and was really worried. But everything happened so fast that it looked magical. I got a new primary and backup sump pumps installed and they even helped to correct the discharge lines.The part that got me so impressed is the customer-centric approach to their services and the empathy demonstrated in relating with the problem. Hey! I got a convenient 3-month payment plan too! Prompt! Professional! Friendly! Honest! Excellent Technical Support! Thank you so much. -

Cornwell Plumbing is friendly and professional. Setting up the appointment was easy and Wendy truly cared about my plumbing issue. The plumber Tyler gave me great advice and was very patient explaining everything to me. After getting options and upfront pricing from the office. Tyler started on replacing my water filtration system and cleaned up after himself. Work was done same day. This is the best quality water I had since moving into my house. After getting estimates from other local plumbing company’s, Cornwell Plumbing has great pricing with high quality people in the company. I am going to have them come back in the summer to update my well pump system. Overall, it was a great experience and will be referring Cornwell to my friends and family. -

Cornwell Plumbing is a life saver once again. Called with no water to the entire home. Cornwell Plumbing installed a new well pump, pressure tank, and water softener. The gave me 3 options and upfront pricing. Other company were almost double the cost. Cornwell Plumbing on best Plumbing company and they know how to serve the customer. Wendy and Zach are both great in the office. Highly recommended. -

I cant say enough.Good things about this company, I had a water heater start leaking and it was creating a lot of damage.My wife called me in a panic, I looked online and found Cornwell plumbing. I really like their brand so I decided to give them a call from the moment they answered the phone until the time the job was done was nothing short of excellence from the CSR taking my phone call. The service manager which walks me through step-by-step. What was going on and the amazing technician that discovered that the tank was reparable. But also gave me options for replacing and upgrading.We decided to go with the upgrade!! This company is very honest trustworthy and I hands down.Recommend them to everyone!! -
