I cant recommend JDs plumbing enough! We had a clogged kitchen sink and their team was at our house within hours to fix it. Their team was professional and explained everything to us along the way. They even noticed a broken (but still functioning) faucet and told us it was under lifetime warranty! All we need to do is call the manufacturer, let them know its broken, and theyll send us a whole new setup for free! Once we get the replacement faucet well be calling JD to install it for us. Thanks again for all your help!

I had JDs plumbing come out to install a new pump for my basement after the flood we had last year in the fall that ruined my basement. LET ME TELL YOU!! these guys know there stuff (especially Jonny) and have made my basement dry and let me sleep at night knowing Im protected with the new pump.Jonny was excellent to work with and was very friendly, made it feel like I knew him and was very trust worthy. Tested and ran the pump before he left and even called back to see how everything has been. These guys have been great, and I highly recommend this company.

This was the 2nd time I called JD’s Plumbing with an emergency. My bsmt flooded during these freezing temps and they were at my home within an hour. The extra care and concern they show the client is simply the best. They cleared out the drain, sucked all the water out and even took the time to help clean up. How wonderful is that. You can’t find better than JD’s plumbing. They’re the BEST.

We had a pipe crack due to the freezing temps. I called JDs plumbing about an hour before they closed for the day. We had no water in the house and they couldnt get me in until the next day in the afternoon. I think she heard the panic in my voice and called me back to let me know she switched things around and they would be here first thing in the morning at 8am. Seriously top knotch customer service just for that alone. They were here the next day, got the job done very well and it was so affordable! I even questioned the amount thinking they forgot a zero 😂Hands down, will always call JDs for my plumbing needs!

We recently bought a home and within the first week we experienced water back up in the bathroom. The JD team showed up that same day an hour after I called and went above and beyond to fix the problem. As a first time home buyer I was so nervous about hiring help, especially afraid of being taken advantage of financially. JDs plumbing came through for me at a very difficult time when no other company would reply over the holiday weekend. I had a major gas leak at my house. The owner himself dropped everything to come help. They were very polite and professional. He walked me through everything that needed to be done so I fully understood everything. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. I have had issues with major companies in the past and I regret not finding this gem of a company sooner. I would highly recommend JDs plumbing to family and friends or anyone in northeast Ohio that wants a job done efficiently and not have the run around or marked up prices of most other plumbing companies. If you need work done expediently and correct these are your guys!!

These guys were awesome! Very flexible with scheduling and arrived on-time. We had a Flo by Moen smart water shut off installed as well as a bathroom leak looked at and repaired. They were very knowledgeable with what was done previously and provided information as to how to fix it. The work was completed efficiently and their work was clean and effective. In addition to their plumbing skills they had great people skills and were polite (wearing protective shoe coverings each time coming in and out of the house). My 3 year old son wanted to help the plumbers and they were so nice to him, even gave him a fitting to look at so that he felt important. Weve found our plumber for the future!

All I can say is call JDs. I was out of town and they not only fixed my issues, but Jessica from the office called me numerous times throughout the day to keep me posted on what was going on and potential cost of services. Jeff came out after hours to ensure it was all handled and fixed. Everything from beginning to end was dealt with in a professional and skilled manner, which I havent seen from another company in decades! Highly recommend. Our sewer was backed up and flooding in our basement (GROSS) We called JD Plumbing early on Monday and by the afternoon JD was out repairing the sewer line. Jeff was really professional, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after he was done. His price was comptetive with other suggested estimates. He even pointed out another potential problem we have coming down the pike, which will utlimately save us money. I am so grateful that we will be able to use our sinks and flush our toilets today. Cant put a price tag on that luxury. And that the smell is gone. I will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

I went through contractor hell for the third and last time in my life. A complete gutting and renovation of over 3200 SF.a Kitchen and 4 baths JDs Plumbing was a welcomed oasis. Unlike everyone else, they showed up when they said they would. Worked non-stop until all the work they could do was done., were flexible on the fly when I changed my mind and didnt let anything go questionable. They were here to work with the inspector. Conducted themselves professionally and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. even nearly a year later. They show up on a dripping sillcox repair it and refused to let me pay for it. Seriously high end work, for high end homes for people who want it done right and on time by professional real businessmen. I cant say enough.
