    Matt Jones was assigned to assist me with a problem with our hot water heater. He arrived early, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me several options on how to proceed with the repair. He ultimately replaced the hot water heater on the same day. He was very professional and efficient. He cleaned the workspace and it was evident he took pride in his work. This is the second time we have utilized Wayne Turner Plumbing in the last few years. I can highly recommend their services for all your plumbing needs. Excellent job.     Matt Jones was the bomb! I came back from vacation to a leaking toilet :(he was referred from a friend whose plumbing he had worked on, and she highly recommended him. I do too! Professional, polite, kind, so helpful. He was so respectful and answered all of my many questions patiently and explained every single thing he was doing.     Water Heater went kaput. Via Duke Engery Turner Plumbing contacted me in less than 2 hours after claim opened. Next day as scheduled time Matt Jones Master Plumber arrived and within 2 hours had old unit out and new unit in and working great. Matt explained the unit installed, that he updated everything to code and all necessary information needed. Kudos to Matt Jones and Wayne Turner Plumbing.

    Wayne Turner Plumbing I have never in my life ever had such a great experience With any kind of home repair, especially plumbing, but I’ve got to tell you this was truly a great experience having Matt Jones as the gentlemen to fix my water heater, he had it fixed and filled with hot water in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend This plumbing company and Matt Jones as the man to fix your plumbing needs!! I bought the Duke Energy hot water heater insurance and it has already paid for itself Not one penny out of my pocket thank you Duke Energy!

    Wayne Turner Plumbing was fantastic from beginning to end. First, making an appointment with Terri couldnt have been easier or nicer. She made an apartment for me the very next day.When it came time for installation of my new hot water heater Matt Mallory couldnt have been more professional.     First let me say that your employee ERIC was an angel sent to us. It was late Friday September 13th and one of our pipes behind the shower burst, flooding my bathroom, closet, and bedroom. Eric came within 20 minutes and was able to fix our problem. He was kind, informative, and patient, even at such a late time. I dont know what we would have done without him.THANK YOU ERIC!     Matt Jones, the master plumber came out and assessed the damage of my pipe burst in the bathroom. He was extremely knowledgeable and caring. He informed me of what was needed and the cost involved. The next day he and Mark were able to go under my home and replace the needed hose for repair. They were done in about 20 minutes. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PLUMBERS WERE AWESOME!! Friendly and efficient 👍👍👍👍👍

    Turner Plumbing was recommended to me by the Avon Park Chamber of Commerce. I called and spoke to Matt about a few leaks I had around the house. He was very friendly and referred me to the office for an appointment and they were kind to accommodate my schedule. Matt showed up on the early end of the time window, was very polite and professional. He kindly examined the areas in question, patiently listened to my concerns and went about fixing EVERYTHING quickly, efficiently and for a very reasonable price!     I had a very serious plumbing problem that caused a lot of loss of property. This company came out several times until the problem was found and solved. I very much liked the camera inspection that Matt Jones did that let me know we had everything fixed. I will be calling this company for any plumbing needs in the future. I felt their prices were very fair.

    I had a water heater problem that surfaced at 5 PM yesterday. Duke Energy put me in touch with Wayne Turner Plumbing LLC and had a plumber ( Matt Mallard) calling me within 30 minutes. Since the issue was not a crisis the plumber and I agreed to an early morning visit today. I sent in a couple of photos and Mr. Mallard told me OK thats all I need; see you in the morning. He arrived promptly at ten after nine with a new water heater. It was installed the garage area cleaned up by 1115. Mr. Mallard did a super job and should be commended for his effort.

    Matt Mallard and his working partner showed up at my home on time and as a matter of fact 15 minutes early. This was clearly a warning sign as many contractors come late or not at all so, I knew I might be in store for a professional experience. He was pleasant, even cheerful and explained to me exactly what he was here to do, why he was doing it and how he was going to do it. This of course put me right at ease as I knew here was a professional who not only knew what he was doing but, knew how to connect with a customer in a positive manner. Matt and his associate got right to work and removed and replaced my broken water heater in less then 3 hours. I was clearly surprised with the speed, accuracy, and complete job that they did. Matt clearly explained the difference between my old water heater and the new heater he just installed, how to ignite the pilot light, adjust the water temperature, and what to do in case of a power outage, water leak, and if I go on vacation how to set the vacation mode. I can only say with a straight and truthful way that if Matt shows up at your house to repair, replace, or inspect you are indeed fortunate or I might say it is like winning the lottery as it is indeed your lucky day. We all know those sloppy, late arriving, angry, dishonest, loud talking, evil, give me your money, pain in the butt contractors. Thank you Matt you have restored my faith, so until me meet again thank you thank you thank you.

    Eric & Matt make an awesome team. They replumbed our home along with other repairs and additional installs. Work was completed professionally at warp speed.     I’ve had two separate plumbing emergencies. First one was last year when a water filter line burst under my sink and the bathroom sink was clogged. This time was for the turn off valve on the toilet that started as a slow leak and turned into a gushing flow. We were able to get the flow to a manageable leak and Wayne Turner Plumbing was able to shift their schedule to fit us in both times and to get the problems fixed quickly and affordably. Matt was the best as he was quick and efficient. Thank you for help!

    We called Wayne Turner Plumbing when our water heater stopped working. Matt came out to see whether the problem could be repaired or replaced. Once he determined that our water heater was ancient & unrepairable, he took measurements, ordered a new heater & scheduled our install. On the day of installation, Matt called to confirm his arrival in a certain timeframe & he arrived during that timeframe. After the install, he cleaned up area & gave us pointers to look for if we had any other issues. Turner Plumbing made an unwanted experience much easier to go through.

    This company came quickly the day after my call that my hot water heater was leaking. Matt Mallard and Alvin arrived in the time frame that Terri gave me. They worked quickly and professionally to remove the old one and install my new hot water heater. Both of these plumbers were so polite and careful when moving My washer out to have access to their work area. Matt and Alvin worked well together as a team . While waiting for the glue to season before the water could be turned back on, Alvin helped me get my wet area rug out on my driveway to dry. Being a 76 year old senior, I don’t see good customer service like in years past. However, Wayne Turner Plumbing was like a breath of fresh air from Terri in their office taking my information and setting my schedule for repair to them showing up on time and two super nice professional plumbers getting the job done.This was my first time doing business with Wayne Turner Plumbing but it won’t be my last.

    I cant say enough good things about this business! I had new kitchen counters and a sink installed on Thursday. The call came for the installation on Wednesday (short notice). I knew if I didnt find a plumber who could hook up the faucet and dish washer on Friday, I wouldnt be able to use my kitchen sink until sometime after the 4th of July holiday, 5 days later. Not only did they come out and hook me up on Friday, but they worked my appointment around some others, to make sure Id have a working sink that day. The plumbers were awesome! They were professional, friendly, and worked fast. They cleaned up when they were done, and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend Wayne Turner Plumbing to anyone I know who needs a plumber.
