I cannot stress enough how professional, efficient and friendly everyone was at Avon Plumbing and Heating. They were courteous, conscientious, efficient, hard working, and cleaned up each day while they were working. Thank you to Stacy and James for putting this together. James, aka Jimmy, and Brendan were so hardworking, understanding, and experts at their job. Thank you also to the rest of the team including the subcontractors. We love our new shower and highly recommend this company!

Would highly recommend anyone to Avon Plumbing and Heating!! The showroom staff were very patient and kind when helping me pick patterns for a bathroom project. I had lots of questions and everyone was ready to answer them all. Their ideas were so creative and unique with a twist that really pulled everything together. The staff truly took the time to see my vision and help bring it to life. Five stars five times over, thank you again!

It’s pretty rare these days to do a home project without hiccups or headaches which is why I feel so compelled to write this review. From my first contact with Stacy at Avon Plumbing I knew I was in good hands. My quest to replace my odd-shaped kitchen sink without recutting the granite countertop turned out to be no easy feat. Stacy and the rest of the team worked so hard to find a replacement sink that would fit. I am thrilled with my new sink after hating the previous one for the past 6 years. The plumber and installers showed up exactly when they said they would (when does that happen?!) and they were all extremely nice and respectful. Stacy, the project manager, is an absolute joy to work with and communicated so well every step of the way. I would never hesitate to recommend Avon Plumbing & Heating, and will absolutely use them for any future projects.

We just had our main bathroom completely renovated by Avon Plumbing and we could not be happier with the result. They did the entire job for us, starting with the design and selection of fixtures all the way through demolition to the studs and rebuilding from the floor up. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and very competent, not only the people from Avon plumbing, but all the contractors that they used for the various stages of the project. Just as important, they showed respect for us and for our property by being careful not to damage anything during all the demolition and construction. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Sheree for the design help, Stacy for keeping things on schedule, and to James for seeing that everything was done to our satisfaction. We really appreciate you all!6/29/2024 - I wanted to add that we were very pleased with the help that Avon Plumbing gave us with the plumbing issue that we had last week. It was not a big job, but we had to coordinate with the water company to turn the water off before the plumber could help us. Camma did a great job of scheduling things so that we were not without water for very long. Thank you again!

I cannot say enough good things about all the staff at Avon Plumbing. I am a second generation customer.As my water heater was approaching 10 years, I went to them with questions. Instead of warning me about the 10 year life span, they taught me how to look for signs the heater would need to be replaced.Stacy Moore and her staff have worked within my budget to create several projects in my home and bath. QUALITY is what Avon Plumbing is all about. The attention to detail in EVERY aspect of a project - thats why I keep coming back.

Avon Plumbing and the plumber did a terrific job in helping us quickly select and replace our very old toilet that had suddenly failed this morning. Within an hour of my calling, the plumber arrived, saw the extent of damage and helped us pick out a new toilet. Avon Plumbing sent a new toilet and it was installed quickly.

Avon Plumbing & Heating made our bathroom amazing! They kept our original 1930’s bathroom style and charm, fixed the leaking tiles, and sold us a BEAUTIFUL Kohler console sink and California faucet that just completed the space. They took care of our older home and gave us the few updates we needed and wanted to make it ours. Patty and Stacy have such a great sense of design while staying within your budget. So happy we used Avon Plumbing & Heating!

Stopped by here attempting to find a replacement for an obscure faucet part with no brand or model number on it. The two guys at the parts counter went absolutely above and beyond to help us find a suitable substitute, which ended up working fantastic! Incredibly grateful to both of them for taking the time and effort to help us

I have dealt with Avon Plumbing for a number of years now. I have had them repair everything from a leaky toilet to replacing two well pumps. They are FANTASTIC! I have found their pricing to be quite fair. Their service is exemplary (shout out to Tom who does their well pumps). I have been so impressed that they are now doing all of the plumbing work for my company in Farmington.

So, this review is way overdue, to say the least! I came across Barry and his team when my heat recovery tank (hot water) began to fail. After learning through some detailed research that the tank was eligible for warranty replacement, my saga began. Because of Covid, the company that installed it (and continues to service my furnace and supply my oil) wasn’t taking on any field work. I went on a long search for a contractor who could work with the appropriate dealer network, but no luck. Then, my oil guys suggested Barry. With no idea who he was, and no prior working relationship, I called. Barry responded promptly, and though this was a bit out of his lane, he jumped right in, found the right dealers, and made it happen. It was a tedious process, but Barry kept at it, made the calls, and got everything worked out. He was always responsive when I had questions, and when we finally were able to get the tank replaced, he and Ted did fantastic work! Their plumbing was outstanding, and they even left the job site looking completely clean and ready for use. And, because of some financial weirdness from the factory, Barry hung with me as we got that worked out (after he’d gotten paid!). In the end, everything came together just like he said it would, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. One benefit to such long delay in posting this is that I can say that things are still working just as well as they did when he completed the install back in March! Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!!

I originally chose Avon Plumbing because of their proximity to my home. After working with them I would highly recommend them. I worked with multiple people from the company and they were all kind, understanding, and easy to work with. The work was professional and done efficiently. I will definitely work with them again
