    Dennis from Avon Lake Plumbing came out and disconnected a gas fireplace for us. They were right on time. He was very professional and courteous. Great service and great rates. The only local company recommended by Columbia Gas. We will definitely use Avon Lake Plumbing for any future projects.

    All of a sudden, our water heater stopped working. I called Avon Lake Plumbing and was immediately impressed by the friendly, efficient, and responsive service over the phone. The technician arrived within 30 minutes and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and provided a very reasonable solution/service. I’m truly appreciative of their exemplary business practice and highly recommend them!

    I would highly recommend Avon Lake Plumbing! We had a leaking water heater late in the evening and Dennis, per a phone conversation, walked us through the process of turning off the water at the tank as well as how to use our garden hose to drain the water out of the tank! He was friendly, professional, and patient with us! By ten the next morning, he was at our home with the replacement water heater. Dennis and his assistant were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We highly recommend their service!!

    Avon Lake plumbing is amazing! They came out to inspect and repair my French drains and basement/foundation needs. I had two other companies come out. The first two companies stated I needed 25,000-30,000 worth of work completed. Denis at Avon Lake Plumbing was the only one who stated that the work was completed but just simply needed a few extra things.He was upfront, honest, and kind. Denis, Paul, and Kristen have been great to work with and I will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs!

    Our hot water tank took a poop, and I called Avon Lake Plumbing on a Saturday! Right away, Dennis took care in understanding the problem, what kind of tank I had and needed. He assured me he could help, which he did. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and solved my hot water issue. The install happened right away; as you can imagine, I was relieved knowing I would be able to shower with HOT water! All around a great experience and cost. I highly recommend Avon Lake Plumbing.

    Had a clog in my main sewer line that was causing a very slow drain. Dennis was able to unclog it in a timely manner. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Only took him 1/2 hour despite having to use the water jet as well as the mechanical cutter and having to go in through a couple access points. I couldnt be happier - will definitely use for all of my plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommend.

    Paul found and repaired a gas leak where a gas line for the outdoor gas grill was hooked into at the meter. After disconnecting that line he tested all the lines in the house and had everything working safely. Very knowledgeable, courteous and all at a very good price. Will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs.

    Called about a leaky faucets in our shower. Dennis came out and determined he needed to order parts. When the parts came in, he called and repaired them efficiently. While he was here he repaired two outside faucets for us.When he was going to be an hour late, he actually called to tell us! I have never had that happen before. In my experience, plumbers either dont call if they are going to be late, or dont show up at all. Thank you Dennis.I would definitely recommend Denny s and Avon Lake Plumbing.

    I had a back up in my septic line and some plumbing that needed to be rerouted. Dennis came out on time and very professional. He found the problems right away and gave different options very reasonable quote to fix the issues. I will be having them do the work for me.UPDATE: The work has been done and couldn’t be happier.     SUPERIOR Service. I called a couple of in-town plumbers for convenience and supporting the local economy. Well both were a HUGE FAIL. I reached out to Avon Lake Plumbing and Paul did an INCREDIBLE job diagnosing the problem and resolving our issue. Learn from my mistakes, only call ALP whenever you need a plumber. Hands down the BEST!!!!!!!!

    Dennis with Avon Lake Plumbing came out to check out a leak from my kitchen ceiling. He was able to determine the problem and fix it. He also noticed the facet in my bathroom (above the kitchen) was leaking and offered to fix that as well. He is friendly, great customer service, and knowledgeable with the plumbing problem. I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

Not only that, but they were in and out of my house within an hour and a half and were very clean. Even took our old toilets with them and the boxes the new ones came in.     I had a clogged kitchen sink. I was getting a 2nd opinion, after being told the pipes under the house needed replaced! They came out and problem solved.
