It is never a good feeling waking up to a cold house on a Saturday morning. Called Isaac office and technician Jason R was at the house within a couple hours. He was friendly and efficient. He was able to get the furnace running quickly by replacing a part he had stocked in his van. So thankful for such good service from Jason and our gold plan from Isaac.

I called with some questions and Jarred the Project Manager met with us at our home and gave us options around our budget so we were comfortable with the price and quality. The Technicians let us know an hour before they arrived. went straight to the job of replacing furnace. did a very professional complete install in my home that was built in 1887 so lots of challenges were involved. They cleaned up entire work space and removed the old unit. They showed us how the new thermostat worked and that the furnace and AC unit s were both working as designed. My experience with Isaac heating was impressive from start to finish. I placed a call and immediately they dispatched a tech to our home to discuss our situation.The tech was knowledgeable and explained the work that was required as well as a breakdown of the cost involved. He also mentioned that financing was available as an option.We provided the required down payment on Friday and immediately received the text confirming our appointment for the repair on the following Tuesday. We were told we would receive a text from the tech before arrival and ETA was between 8-9 am.Here we are today the day of repair, Tuesday ( as promised ) and 7:50 am the tech called to notify he was en route yo our home.The tech showed up and was extremely pleasant. He performed the job in a timely manner and promptly cleaned up his work area. He explained in detail what the job involved and provided contact info in the event we have questions or concerns.Thank you for the professionalism Isaac. We plan to return in the future.

Technician was fantastic! No complaints about his work at all!Scheduling with the home office was a challenge. We were trying to get furnace repair for a 98 year old widow in her own home, but we repeatedly had to wait several days AFTER a part had been delivered to Isaac for an appointment to have the part installed. That was extremely frustrating. The home office doing the scheduling should be able to prioritize appointments to allow an elderly person to have their heat back on in a more timely manner.

Had a leak on outside propane line mounted to back of house, feeding a basement furnace. Isaac dispatched Jacob the same day to check it out and redo a fitting. Jacob was super professional and no nonsense, he knows his stuff. He had to redo some bracket woodworking in the area with leaky fitting before going after the leak , all resolved in about 90 min. He also double checked all other fittings from propane tank back to the furnace, making sure there were no other leaks. Jacob’s an excellent service tech - super pleased with his work and with Isaac’s responsiveness..

The night before Thanksgiving this year, I came home late after watching my grandchildren while the parents were out. When I walked in the door, my furnace was making a very strange noise and it was not working properly. On Thanksgiving morning I called Isaac and was given a time slot for a technician to take a look at it. It was only two days away on Saturday, thankfully. I supplemented my furnace by using small space heater. Late in the day on Saturday, Technician,Timothy Kuehne 2040 arrived. He stayed almost four hours to repair my furnace and restore effective heating without the strange noise. Technician Kuehne worked quickly and professionally to solve the problem and I am very grateful for his knowledge and skill. Thank you Isaac and especially thank you to Technician Kuehne.

They managed to get a crew of 4 together to install a new furnace and hot water heater two days later on the Friday before Christmas. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in 5 hours. Later that day the furnace was making a noise and didnt seem to be heating properly. I called and a technician came within an hour and resolved the issue. All technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Tech Zach R.Return Visit to clients home-- Determine if diagnostics or repairs are covered by Isaac Warranty , return to install part(s), perform quoted repair, provide additional diagnostic or repair.Repair was done on the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 21st, 2022, and as if 11:30 AM on Monday, Oct, 24th, the warranty-covered repair appears to have been successful. The tankless hot water heater and the natural gas furnace share a vent pipe for condensate; this vent pipe had been leaking since the connection of the hot water heater to this vent pipe had been made on Oct. 11th. Attached photo shows hose used as drain from hot water heater before connection to vent pipe, (in lower tight portion of photo).

Isaac has been handling our HVAC needs for 30’ish years, both @ home & my office. On very short notice for a residential furnace installation project, everyone came together as a team & got the job done in less than a day. We have been Gold Seal customers for 30’ish years & were without heat for 6 days over the Thanksgiving holiday due to the fact Isaac could not get the necessary parts from a 3rd party vendor. Ultimately, we opted to have the furnace replaced & it was done very professionally in less than a day. Many thanks to Don, Travis & Jarrod for putting everything together in a very short period of time. Also want to thank the 2 installers for an excellent job & leaving the job site neat & clean. Everyone at Issac was respectful and professional, from when we got our furnace inspected, to the quotes of new equipment to installation. Our initial cleaning fee was accidentally forgotten to be deducted from the final cost but we have been promised a refund. This is the second furnace and a/c installation we have had in 2 years in 2 houses. Isaac did a wonderful job both times.

Good visit to service my boiler Jake was polite and informative nice to see young people in the trades i did question why the face plate was not taken off to expose and clean the heat exchanger coils . i asked Jake and he explained that taking off the face plate may cause damage and it may not reseal causing co2 leak prior service person took it off and cleaned the coils and build up of stuff i like Jake and i am sure he is doing what he was taughtplease answer me on whether the face plate should come off and the heat exchanger wire brushedagain i am happy with the service just need to know

Andrew called me to let me know he was available earlier than my scheduled appointment. He asked if it was okay to perform service earlier than scheduled. He arrived at the time he quoted. He introduced himself and stated the service he was going to perform. I had some questions about having my air conditioning unit inspected and Andrew explained the process and recommended I schedule now for next spring. He covered his shoes and followed me to our furnace in the basement. He retrieved his equipment and proceeded with inspecting our furnace. Andrew also answered questions I had about our water heater and I continued to ask about our air conditioning unit. Andrew was very pleasant, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. When he finished inspecting our furnace he also checked our gas line. He found a small gas leak and patched it. Finally, Andrew explained everything he did, what he found and what he recommends for our HVAC systems and more. I would definitely welcome Andrew back to inspect/repair/service/install any equipment we have that he is trained to install or maintain. I recommend Andrew to anyone who appreciates a knowledgeable, talented and helpful technician who respects you and your home.
