I had an electrical issue. Mr.Wise promptly diagnosed my issue and told me how to safely fix it over the phone at no charge. It was a blown fuse. I was so thrilled with this level of professional service that I had some more electrical work done as a thank you. The prices were fair and the estimate for the work was free. I contacted at least 10 other companies and they mostly all wanted fees just to come to the house. They sent another company out and they upheld Mr.Wise standard of service.
