I wish I could give 6 stars! I had scheduled a ceiling fan replacement but realized I needed a lot more than that. David and Elias installed the new fan on our 11 foot ceiling and even modified it to work with the slope. I asked if they could remove some tv mounts and the electricity and move two mounts to different rooms. Everything was done cheerfully and expertly. Hire these guys!

He correctly diagnosed the problem and since it was a relatively easy fix, he saved us a service call and solved our problem by explaining what to do. We were very grateful for his knowledgeable response and kind help.

Not to mention this was all last minute on a weekend. The personal/neighborly touch he provides makes a world of difference.

David is terrific. Following a storm we were able to find him, get ahold of him AND he was able to come to the house to answer questions and provide an estimate as a part of our claims process. He was fair, honest and very communicative and accessible. While we are still working through the process on the outcome of our issues, I am really glad to know that electricians like David exist in Atlanta and hope to be able to work with him again. Hes top-notch.

I am a small business owner and DW Electric does all our electrical work. I have a 77,000 square foot manufacturing shop. They do everything from minor repairs like switches and lights to major wiring for things like new machinery, new panels and working with GA Power. Ive always relied on them to get stuff done and they have always operated in my best interests. Its always been pretty clear they care about the quality of their work and thats a huge deal to me as a small business owner. I recommend them to all my friends and clients. Great Company!

If I could give David 10 stars I would!Its hard to find a good contractor without doing days and days of research and DW has saved the day on a few occasions! First time, I DIYd my bathroom remodeling and once I was switching out my light fixtures I mistakenly let the hot wires cross. Snap, crackel pop! The light immediate went off and no longer worked. I lucked into calling DW Electric while trying to find a contractor and he was able to come out expeditiously. David was able to troubleshoot and restore the power in my bathroom, as well as install the new fixtures. Ive had other electrical needs in my home and DW is my go to!

Our experience was very much like what the other reviewers have described. We woke up one morning to a very serious electrical issue, called David who came within 30 minutes and the next day he was back and fixed the problem. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and took time to explain it to us. And, like icing on the cake, he reduced the quote he gave us by $40 in the end. Other electricians were too busy to come look at the problem, if they even answered at all.

This is the second time I have used DW electric and the second experience was just as great as the first. I had a breaker tripping on me and he came out and fixed it quick and again for a very fair price. I hopefully won’t have any more problems but I’m glad to know who to call if something does happen.

The best electricians in the area, hands down. With lightning speed they can tackle complicated projects to emergency repairs. I spent days waiting for quotes from other electricians only to be frustrated. Conversely one call with David resulted in a very reasonable quote and a crew of his guys tackling my project that afternoon! Stellar service easily makes them the best electricians of East Atlanta.
