    During delivery of a new washer & dryer, the installer determined the dryer was not heating up and suggested there might be an issue with the outlet or circuit. I immediately contacted The Electrician regarding this matter, and they inspected and resolved the issue within 2 hours of my call. The service technicians were very professional and courteous, and their explanations regarding what they found and what needed to be done were very clear and easily understood. This company continues to provide extremely reliable and professional level services, and the real intangible is the peace of mind they instill with the caring response and level of service they provide.

    This old house was beginning to have some problems with electrical outlets not working. After a phone discussion with David, I decided replace all the outlets in the house, and the price quote was VERY reasonable, compared to others I spoke with. Kyle and Carlos arrived on time....friendly, courteous, and FAST, neat workers. One problem that arose that they thought they may have to troubleshoot and could involve extra time and labor, Kyle found the problem first try and no extra charge! I will be using them again for sure. Thanks, guys! Terrific job!

    We had a ceiling fan installed in an 18 foot ceiling and a stairway chandelier installed as well. Not easy jobs, but the two technicians did a fantastic job. They were polite and professional and asked us questions before making decisions about placement and height. I highly recommend them!

The first time I used them was for a major home remodel, I got several quotes. Their price seemed reasonable. Better than some, and not too good to be true. I am confident that some of the folks who quoted lower prices would have either failed to pass inspection by cutting corners or would have drastically increased their prices because they would have later identified critical items left out of their quote. Warren was spot on with the quote and presented me with clear options. Any price changes that occurred were due to my opting to add or remove something from the scope of work. I have a few more projects in mind and plan to work with The Electrician in the future.Highly recommend these guys for major or minor projects as theyve successfully delivered both for me.

    The Electrician team is the tip of the spear. Ive worked closely with David and Warren and they will be my first and only phone call for all things electrical. From the very start, their communication, punctuality, professionalism, and clarity set the standard. A detailed estimate, thorough explanation of the scope of work, and agreed upon gameplan made me feel comfortable every step of the way.During an extensive renovation of my 1960s rancher, it became clear very quickly that there was a hornets nest of old and improperly installed wiring, out of date connections, and confusing wiring routes. Only a true professional could make sense of the mess and get it all to code and working properly. Warren came in like a surgeon and got all of my switches, lights, breakers, and wiring working perfectly and sensibly. In addition to fixing old wiring, Warren completed a significant amount of new electrical work as well. The Electrican team is the only option. I look forward to working with them again and will refer them as often as I can

    We have lived in Atlanta for 13 years and the Electrician company is the only electricians we ever use for service. They have done everything in our house from fixing an outlet, installing several fixtures plus changing bulbs in an outdoor fixture that was difficult to change.     This is my second experience with The Electrician. Andy was the tech on this job and did FABULOUS work. I had a kitchen fan/light installed and he said the job may require 3 holes (a new line was being run) . He did so well only 1 hole was made, real effort and skill. I especially appreciated it because for patching purposes, I have a textured ceiling. I also want to say that communication with the company (family) regarding any issues is what you would hope for from a good company. Their work and service is the best. This is an excellent company and Im glad to have found them.

    We loved our experience with The Electrician. After getting a quote that seemed unreasonably high from our regular electician, we called The Electrician. They came out, didnt charge us for the initial visit and told us we didnt have to replace our entire panel for many thousands of dollars as the previous company said. Instead, they fixed what needed to be fixed for a reasonable price. They were really great to work with and we wont use anyone else.

    I am very pleased with The Electrician. We just used them to replace our entire electrical box and run wiring for a new whole house air conditioning system. Howard (the owner) was always very prompt at getting back to me and everyone was always very professional and arrived on schedule. The quote was less than several other companies and he even brought down his initial quote after I had agreed to it when he found out new information from the A/C company (which he didnt have to do since I had already agreed to the higher price). They made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction and I would use them again in the future.

    Howard (owner) was extremely responsive to our phone call and able to give us an accurate quote on the phone for our work. We had 4 ceiling box fans/lights installed in the bedrooms (with easy access via attic), 10 GFCI outlets replaced, 1 floor outlet cover installed (in kitchen), and a couple of outlets replaced. 2 workers (Warren and another electrician) came to our house at 7 AM to begin the attic/bedroom box installations and hanging the fan/lights for the rooms we had them for and then went about changing the outlets and such. Howard came by around mid morning and everything was completed by 2 PM. Howard and his team did outstanding work and we are extremely pleased with their prices, small family-run business, and excellent service. We had a couple of minor issues (e.g., shorted wire in one of the fans; it had worked prior to them leaving but had some movement that occurred as electrical things are prone to do) that we called Howard about and he came out the same day/next day to fix everything and there was no added cost or fees. Prompt, exceptional service. We will use Howard and his team for any of our future electrical work!     Our mother had just been transferred home from the hospital. She is in a hospital bed on oxygen in a Hospice program in her home. Every time we needed to raise or lower the hospital bed, the circuit would trip and electricity would be lost to the room, cutting off her oxygen machine causing us to have to move from the oxygen machine to the back-up oxygen tank every 2 hours when we needed to operate the bed. Needless to say this was very distressing -- especially going through everything else. I was fairly certain it was a low load breaker that was overloaded by the oxygen machine and bed. The condo has a 200amp breaker box. I called The Electrician and Howard called me back timely. After describing the problem, he said he was unable to come out today, but suggested an alternative to help us keep the machine running until he could come out. He asked me to send pictures of the electrical panel and the breaker that kept tripping, which I did. After he received the picture, he called back and said he believed he knew what the problem was and asked if he could come then as he felt he could replace the breaker quickly. Of course, I was so grateful. Howard arrived less than 1/2 hour later. Since the circuit tripped on occasion before when using a vacuum cleaner in the bedroom when the ceiling fan and several lights were on - it seemed to a load problem versus a wiring problem, or issue with the bed/oxygen machine. He did a thorough check, explained what he believed the problem was (to include the possibility of an electrical problem with the bed and/or a wiring problem). We determined that the best course of action would be to replace the breaker with a higher amp load (which the breaker panel could accommodate). I also asked him to look at an outlet that the day before was not working. He checked it out and (of course) it was working - but he tightened wires to ensure they were not touching. Howard is extremely kind, professional, and sensitive to our situation with our mother. He worked quietly, quickly and thoroughly. His charge was exceptionally fair. I would not HESITATE to call him again for any electrical work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
