Carlos and Brandyn did an amazing job installing my new HVAC system. They showed up on time and got started right away. Everything went smoothly. I was so pleased. It took them about 4-5 hours to complete the job. They even installed a specific digital thermostat I wanted to use. I totally recommend Estes as a company from what Ive seen so far and cant say enough about how professional and efficient Carlos and Brandyn were.

We used to have our HVAC serviced by two different companies. Estes did such a good job that we eventually switched to only Estes doing it. We have added other services now. we recently had a need for some electrical and plumbing work and Jennifer was very helpful in arranging both for the same day.

We had our yearly service inspection, and it was definitely time for a new furnace. Sam Rhone was here to give a quote within a couple of ours, and the furnace was installed the next week. Trevor and Geo were here on time for the installation, and took care of everything quickly and did well. All the staff we dealt with were courteous and easy to deal with. Hopefully the new furnace will last another 15 years like the last one.

We recently replaced our 20-year-old HVAC system. Justin the sales rep did a great job assisting us with choosing the new system. Marcus and Jeff provided excellent installation service. They were on time, courteous and very efficient. When done, they went over how to operate the new thermostat and answered all our questions about the new system. We are enjoying our new Carrier system.

Our heat has been out for several days. We had a quote from another company and wanted a second opinion. Lee, our Estes tech confirmed the problem with the system, it had a leak in the refrigerant. We were not sure if we could detect a leak in the cold weather but as he investigated he found the leak in a small copper bend. He was able to repair the leak and charge the system. He was very polite, professional, and respectful of our home and pets. Best of all he was knowledgeable about the system and communicated everything clearly. He had the experience, skills and equipment to repair and recharge it. He even explained the pricing up front which helped make the decision easier. He didn’t even let the black widow spider he killed give him any pause!! Great job Lee (and Estes), we will keep your number for sure!!

Had appointment schedule for Friday 1/10 for Hvac/furnace inspection/maintenance. I was notified by Estes of expected inclement weather on that said date and if possible we should move svc sooner.I opt for today after 2pm.Service Tech David Taylor arrived on time eager to tackle the task at hand. This young man was very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft not the mention very patient explaining everything in plan detail. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

So not to bore you with little details long story short we needed a new HVAC unit and furnace in 27-year-old home and call several companies to get estimates. Out of three companies Estes had the best presentation and Chris McBride our Comfort Analyst broke it all down to me and later that evening he answered a few questions that my wife had. Decided to go with Estes and glad we did, Marus and Jeff the Estes installation crew that showed up at our home a few days later were short of nothing but excellent and total professional in every way, from contacting me to say they were on their way, to pre-work and getting ready, from uninstalling of old unit, to installing new upgraded duct work, to keeping their work area clean and tidy, and finally complete installation of new unit. Thanks again guys and when the other older unit fails, Ill will just call Estes and request this superb team again.

Jennifer was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She assisted me in scheduling my appointment and confirmed my next maintenance appointment for the following year so I would know precisely when to schedule it. In addition, she informed me of the discounts available if I were to bundle my service. There was no pressure to bundle a service at this time, but whenever I was ready and had the budget for it. I used Estes over a decade ago for my first home and after making a few minor recommended changes to my system, I never had any issues with my system. Fast forward many years later and after having numerous issues with a brand new system installed by another company on new construction, I went back to Estes even though my units are likely covered under warranty. After one call with Jennifer in customer service, it was clear I made the right choice because the customer service was exceptional! 10/10 highly recommend!

I been using them since I moved to Atlanta. (I was referred by my realtor!) Overall, I love the fact that they are family owned. I would like to believe they actually care for their customer and not trying to upsell everything. My experience has been for the most part pretty good, my advice is that when you get a technician that you like, always request the same one. I can’t thank Nick and Miguel enough for all their help and advise, the sad part is that they have moved on within the company to other departments. And is people like Nick and Miguel, I keep coming back to them!! Highly recommend Estes! Wonderful experience with this company. Evan was our electrician and he provided exceptional service while being both professional and personable. He made sure to explain our options and provided recommendations along the way on how to update our electrical system in our home. Evan and Thomas worked together to finish a long list of electrical projects in a day and a half which was quite impressive. Evan communicated with us to let us know when he was arriving, gave us updates and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We know we can trust Estes with any of our future electrical needs. Thank you Estes, Evan and Thomas!We also had to have our AC units replaced and Evan expedited that process for us while he was doing our electrical repairs. We also want to recognize Justin for inspecting our HVAC and discussing our options with us and the installation crews that replaced 2 furnaces, 2 coils and 2 blowers a day after our electrical issues were resolved. I highly recommend Estes Electrical Services. I’ve been using them for several years. All of the electricians are professional, friendly, personable, respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable. Recently, they replaced my main breaker, which entailed obtaining a permit from the city. The electrician, Evan, took care of the permit and replaced the main breaker. The city inspector told me that Evan did a great job, so the inspector had an easy job approving the work. I want to give special thanks to Evan for his great work and patience with all my questions and concerns. I also want to thank Britt who has been doing my annual inspections for several years. I trust them completely with my electrical needs.

What a great install team. Starting off with Darryl Watson. He was truly wonderful. He checked everything out and even schooled me on what was going on so I would have a little knowledge as to what needed to be done and why. He was very professional, thorough, very knowledgeable and very patient while I was asking questions about the process. He gave me options, not trying to pressure me one way or the other. He was friendly, polite and just an overall good person. Then Justin came out. He, too, went over everything. He explained everything to me again (basically what Darryl had explained) and he made sure I was clear on everything and if it appeared I was not then he used examples to make sure that I understood how things worked. Justin was very professional, friendly and thorough. If I had a question after Justin had left, he told me to give him a call, which I did on two occasions and I was able to reach him immediately to answer the questions without hesitation. Then came the two early shift install guys. I didnt get their names, but they were great, so early in the morning. They were prompt, professional, friendly, efficient, proficient and thorough. They got here at the time they indicated (a little before the time). They immediately looked at everything and began working. They did not stop until they had completed the job. The time they said it would take was the time they finished. They did the job and cleaned up. They even turned off the lights and locked the doors. Everything was left in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Everything looked good. This entire team needs to be recognized on a job well done. From service to sales to install - this is the team to have!! I rate them A+ for promptness, friendliness, professionalism, communication, efficiency, proficiency and thoroughness - an overall great team!!

I had a brand new HVAC system installed today by Estes. Jared and Byron Did the installation. They were amazing. On time, helpful, and did a great job. All work was finished and a little less than four hours. I was expecting it to take an entire day. Getting a brand new AC system is not the most fun thing in the world, but Estes, Jared and Byron made it worry free for me.

When I needed a new HVAC unit, I called Estes. They came out the next day and Jacob the sales rep was super easy to deal with. He asked the right questions and we settled on a unit which fit my needs. The first year twice a year maintenance which they schedule was included. We set an installation date and in between there was good communication with the office. On installation day they called 30 mins prior to arrival and arrived within the 2 hour window. Geovani, Tobias, Carlos and Brandyn did the install. The first thing they did was cover their shoes and then protect my stairway runner. They got the old unit out and the new unit installed in about 3.5 hours. They took time to explain the functionality of the Heating and Cooling aspects. They made sure it was functioning properly. The group functioned well together and were very friendly and courteous. They hauled away all the mess and cleaned up after themselves they just didn’t sweep up they had a battery powered vacuum. Each of them took the time to thank me for my business and shook my hand before they were on their way to their next job. Very pleased with the whole experience. Jan 25 Follow up - it has been a little over a month and I’m very pleased with this company. Once you get a technician Estes try’s to keep the same one. In addition I needed to get a copy of my invoice which i misplaced for tax purposes and called customer service and spoke with Susan who was so professional and had it in my email promptly. I’ll check in again when my bi annual service is due.

Estes is my go to for HVAC and plumbing. We had our air ducts cleaned by another vendor and they tried to sale us on an $1100 device, noting that it was necessary. I called Estes and got a technician, Lee, the same day within an hour of the call. Lee assessed the HVAC system and kept it straight with us. We didn’t need the $1100 device the other vendor said we needed. He told us our options and advised regarding when we should have it reviewed again. I will definitely ask for Lee for my future needs.

Estes Services was completely professional from the beginning to end. We used them in 2021 during an emergency when our air conditioner stopped working. They were able to repair it temporarily to get us through the rest of the year. We did have Chris McBride come out and give us a few quotes but at the time, we just couldnt swing replacing the unit.Fast forward to this year, I reached out to Chris M. again who came by my house the next day to draw up a new estimate. Chris was easy to work with and knowledgeable of what was needing to be done.This quote was on a Tuesday and the whole team was at my house on Friday for AC replacement and new duct work for returns in the attic. They worked fast, efficient, and were in and out within 1/2 a day. Geovani, Carlos, and Brandyn were perfect.On Monday (today at the time of writing 5/16/2022) Howard and Patrick showed up to build an encasement for the return that was exposed. They were quick and were in and out in no time. The work looks great as if the wall existed the whole time. They even did the base molding which is something I didnt even think about.Ive currently talked to them about doing insulation as well just because this whole process from start to finish has been great.10/10 would recommend.

Our HVAC system was outdated and extremely inefficient. We knew it would be a big project, so we had two companies give us offers. There was no question for us that Estes was the way to go. Sam was knowledgeable, professional and had excellent communication from start to finish. He quickly found a solution for our 1960s home that the competitor did not catch. The solution was cost-equivalent and would be done faster than what the competitor had suggested. Sams team, including Jered, Trevor, Giovani, Tobias, Patrick and Britt, were all exceptional. They were polite, thoughtful, transparent, and well prepared. It was a 4 day job, and we both work from home, so we had the opportunity see and hear how they handled everything; I was so impressed with how professional they were with each other - supportive and courteous even in tight spaces and extreme heat. I cannot say enough good things. Ive already recommended them to 2 other friends of ours with HVAC issues.While we are still waiting for the full billing cycle, it looks like our energy bill will be 40% less than it was before, thanks to the system that Estes installed. We needed a new AC Unit (Evaporator Cooling Coils + Condenser) after the current unit failed and we decided on Estes based mainly on their professionalism, honesty, equipment options and competitive pricing. We had multiple companies provide quotes and Trey Walls, with Estes, was the first to suggest we could consider not replacing all components of our overall HVAC system; did not necessarily need to replace Blower + Furnace. Other companies did not provide that same guidance and option prior to Estes bringing that forward. The install team of Geovani and Tobias were on time, worked quickly and did a great job overall with a clean and well-integrated installation into the existing HVAC system. That company sent out two unlicensed plumbers, repeatedly told me that the work did not require a permit (which was a lie), and then did awful work (work violated plumbing code in multiple ways - the most egregious being that the new water line was not even below the frost line). Kent T. came out to redo the work. He has his own license in his own name (doesnt rely on the companys own license meaning that his own license is on the line for the work that he does). He took care of all of the permitting and made sure to keep me apprised of the work at every stage. He was also very happy to allow me to inspect the work at all stages and to answer any questions that I had. He didnt mind explaining all of the work and talking through various code requirements for different areas of the work to make sure I understood it. Cant recommend Kent T. enough.

We finally got the message our old AC unit was sending us (loss of R-22, i.e. Freon) over a weekend. Called our old friends at Estes Monday morning (July 1) and they sent Leverne Jackson out that afternoon. He gave us quotes for 4 levels of performance as well as for a new mini-split for our sun room. He also made some adjustments to the old unit to help us limp through the hot weather till installation.We opted for the Carrier 19 SEER unit and the Mitsubishi mini-split (16 SEER). We were offered Friday installation, but opted for Saturday because we had a Friday conflict.Fray and Ruben installed the large unit and finished in about 6 hours, working above the existing lay-in ceiling to install the furnace-to-outdoor-unit connections. They made a few changes for code compliance in replacing the 18 year old existing unit. We also got a new Carrier communicating thermostat to replace the Nest which I had intended to replace anyway (it usually kept us outside the selected comfort range and user interface was not to my liking.)Carlos and Toby installed the Mitsubishi system, which included wall mounting the indoor unit and creating wall penetrations for the connections and running them to the new outdoor section below. Its thermostat is a hand-held (or wall-mounted) device that can be placed for best performance. They finished in about 6-1/2 hours.Evan was the Estes electrician. He had to run a new circuit for the mini-split and new disconnects for the outdoor units. He was done first, and left everything ready to run when the installers were complete.Our relationship with Estes goes back over 30 years, when they added central air for us with 2 units in a 60 year-old house where they diagnosed a problem that involved outside air intrusion into the basement. About 8-10 years ago they installed 2 higher efficiency units in a different house.We moved to our present location 3-1/2 years ago for single level living, knowing the AC had some age on it.The failure came, of course, at peak summer heat, and Estes came through again.I wouldnt call anyone else.This is the first time we have bought the very top end Carrier unit, but it includes a 10-year warranty and 2 years of maintenance. The added cost over the low end is significant, but I believe the savings from the high efficiency including multistage compressor and furnace will give us maximum comfort and minimum operation cost.Kudos to all at Estes.

Every time that you come to my house, Im reminded of why I choose you to do business with. The tech, Brandon Grant, went over and above today. He was dispatched to do the routine check/maintenance on our furnace. He made sure to ask if there was anything else that we had noticed wrong with the system. I mentioned to him that it seems to be shaking a bit more than it had in years past which was causing some doors to rattle in the house. He spent the next hour going through everything in that system until he found the culprit. Some insulation has been sucked up into the blower which was causing it to run like crazy. Cleaned it all out, taped it up nicely so that it wouldnt happen again, and the problem was solved without me having to spend another dollar.

I am so happy with Estes. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. We had a gas leak so the gas co turned our gas off. Estes was very responsive. I was able to set up an appointment at 7 pm one evening for the next day. They arrived on time the following morning to see what exactly needed to be done, and replaced all of the piping under our house the day after that. Tech was friendly and communicative throughout. All around good experience. Highly recommend.

A checkup was soon scheduled and Jarius gave the all-clear to the upstairs system but showed me gently and clearly why the ancient downstairs system had to go (20+ years old, still running but large areas rusted through.)Sam came out to price a new system, with clear and honest options and then worked with me to get to the exact specifications I wanted at the best cost.And as soon as I was ready, Jared and Byron were there to remove the old HVAC and install the new. Update: Its been 9 years and our furnace is still working great. No problems. We recently had Estes install a new Central air conditioner unit and again the service was great and the installation went very smoothly. We had three installers, Jared, Byron and Gio. They called half an hour before they arrived to let us know they were on the way and arrived right on time. It took them about 2 hours to finish the installation and they hauled off all their trash and left everything looking nice and clean.When the salesman Justin spoke to us about replacing the air conditioner, I felt like he was honest and gave us good options. I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive unit. We actually ended up getting the least expensive one. The whole experience was a positive one, like it always has been with Estes.-------------------Weve used Estes since we purchased our home in 1995. Our home did not have central air when we purchased it, and it was installed by Estes. Weve always gone back to them when it was time for new equipment and weve had a service contract on our system for 20 years. Weve always received great service.We just replaced our 20-year-old furnace. The installers were Jason & Marcus. They did a great job. They showed up right on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I would have hardly known they were here if my dog hadnt been barking at them a lot of the time.

When your thermostat sends you an email to let you know your house failed to heat despite your heater running- you know something is not working efficiently. We replaced an AC unit using Estes during the height of summer and they were fantastic so we knew who to call. Once Estes evaluated the situation, we realized this was no quick fix. Alas, the old girl had given her last and was in need of retirement. Jacob was exceedingly kind when he delivered the bad news. Luckily we were experiencing a mild November and shut the system down. Justin came out the next day and showed us some options with a wide variety of pricing. As with the AC unit, he did did not pressure us to make a purchase - quite frankly, it was a rather pleasant exchange. Realizing the AC would eventually need to be replaced as well as the furnace, we decided to replace the entire system - something about new and old electronics not playing well with one another. Financing through Estes is super easy :) and that is the route we took. THE VERY NEXT DAY the dream team of Jared, Byron, Jered Moore, and Trevor showed up at my home to install the new system. They were on-time, courteous, professional, personable, and efficient. I am super happy with Estes and feel I have finally found a company of integrity. I will continue to do business with them and use their services - I suggest you do the same.
