Gary was awesome! I had 3 separate plumbers come out to figure out why my smart toilet wasnt flushing... after multiple people, buying multiple replacement toilets, multiple hours and multiple payments I had given up. Gary came in and listened to all the details I gave him about the other troubleshooting things the others had done and literally started from the beginning of the instruction manual and figured it out within 5-7 minutes! Found the issue (that others had skipped) and fixed it instantly! I couldnt be happier with this company and especially Gary and his brother! Forever my go to plumbers from now on.PS. They even left me a nice flower design on my toilet paper roll lol ☺️

Jerald (Elec Tech) was prompt and very courteous. He checked out the areas of our issues and found that all is okay. He offered to install a smoke detector that I had purchased days earlier. He installed it with no additional charge. I will definitely use RS Andrews in the future should the need arise.

Neil Johnson was absolutely fantastic. We had run into a few issues of diagnosing the root problem. He was the second person to come out and was able to identify and fix the problem in an hour - walking us through it step by step so we understood what was going on. Great Service!RS Andrews sent an excellent service technician to my home today because my heating and cooling system wasn’t working. I found them in the five star rated Dekalb County Georgia Homeowner referral guidebook because I didn’t know who to call. I called on a Friday afternoon and they fit me in the next day. Xavier Harris was the technician that they sent and he was meticulous and very thorough with troubleshooting and correcting the problem. He kept me informed at each step, was courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. I decided to sign up for the twice a year maintenance agreement since he did such a great job. I’m so glad I found RS Andrews and will continue to use them to maintain my system and hopefully prevent further problems!

RS Andrews has made the process of moving into a new, OLD house so much easier. Out house was built in the 1960s, so we needed to update our insulation, get our HVAC system serviced and the ducts cleaned. RS Andrews made getting all the estimates and work done easy and fast!Patrick was a great technician and covered the services offered and suggested the most appropriate services. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He really made the process painless and gave me peace of mind that RS Andrews was capable of doing the job and making it easy to manage.Marshall, Terry and Joell did an amazing and efficient job at insulating my home. They used blow in fiberglass insulation in the attic, batten insulation around the attic fan and in the basement and subfloor. The three member crew worked in tandem and completed all the work within 5 hours. They were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They really made the whole process easy. My house is an RS Andrews house now!

Mr. James is my certified plumber for RS Andrews. I just love Mr. James! He is completely knowledgeable, honest and dont try to overcharge me for services. He always gives me options when possible, allowing me to choose which route to go based off my budget at the time and estimated life of repair if not replacing an item. If something is repairable he will offer to repair, not just inform replacement is necessary causing a larger bill to pay. He is also very friendly and kind. RS Andrews is most professional, has great customer service and customer care. I have used them now for plumbing many years and I have always been satisfied with my service and cost, knowing I have paid for quality work at an affordable cost.

We discovered that we had a leak under the sink in a bathroom after a puddle formed in the cabinet and on the floor overnight. I called RS Andrews at around 9:30 AM and they had someone who was in the area and available to stop by to look at the problem by 11 AM. Kyle Brock-Smith did a fantastic job in quickly finding a pinhole leak and replacing the section of pipe and valve with the problem. It took less than 20 minutes and the repair was perfect. In addition, Kyle has a great sense of humor and showed me the details of the problem and how it was repaired after he was done. I could not have asked for a better service technician! I could not have asked for a better and fast outcome after we saw the water puddles in the morning. Well done!

My superb experience tonight with Mohamed Bousfel on a Saturday afterhours is another reason why RS Andrews is the first place I call for plumbing. A God send, Robert is a very knowledgeable professional who remained calm and reassuring even when I was an emotional wreck. The technician arrived at the estimated time (within an hour after I reported the toilet problem) and was very cordial and professional. The toilet gasket was replaced which restored the toilet to normal operation. Upon completion he and I did a walkthrough inspection of the other plumbing components in the guest bathroom, kitchen and a tankless water heater in the garage and pointed out the components that I should keep an eye on (original equipment in my 25 year-old house).I don’t recall his name but he did mention he moved here from Canton, OH.I’ve called on R. S. Andrews for earlier service and have always been fully satisfied.

They were able to troubleshoot a complex issue involving dirt that had gotten in the outside pipe and had affected all the inside water outlets. Had a service call for an old unit (18 years) that was not producing cold air. Ivan was the technician that visited our home and was so wonderful to deal with. He explained everything that was going on with the unit. We were already aware of the potential of it shutting down after years of service calls. Ivan has serviced our units many times and is always professional and extremely helpful. He explained many different options without pushing us to buy anything in particular. He patiently answered all of our questions thoroughly (we had a lot of questions). A really nice guy and is always a pleasure to deal with!!!

Michael, the technician and his trainee arrived in a timely manner and immediately went to work on checking our AC unit, which stopped cooling our home 6 days ago. They were professional and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Michael was very detailed in his explanation of what was going on and what my charges would be. He found a leak, fixed it, made some recommendations, and told us to give the system 12 hours to cool our house due to the extremely hot temperature outside and how hot our home had gotten on the inside. Just like he said, 12 hours later, our home was back to normal. I was happy!! However, about 12-14 hours later ( into the next day) the home stopped cooling again. We thought that because it wasn’t that hot outside, maybe that’s why it wasn’t blowing cold air- however, the temperature inside our home slowly started increasing again (we have a Nest Thermostat that alerts us). By night, we cut the system off as to not cause more problems with our system.So, my initial review was 5 stars; but now I’m not quite sure what I think. I still believe Michael and his trainee were professional and communicated well. I plan to call RS Andrews the next business morning to see how we can remedy this. I will post an updated review then.Update: RS Andrews made everything right. No hassle, no fuss. I will definitely use them again, if needed!

He was professional and explained what was found and solutions ... Chris along with assistant Aidan completed the install job on the same day. He listened to my needs and provided several good solutions. In the process, he identified a potentially serious electrical issue that should be addressed. (I researched and confirmed. I didnt doubt him, just needed to understand).Then, David Gray III (Electrical Tech) came out and provided a quote to resolve the electrical panel issue and install a Tesla EV charger which I approved and he completed all within a few hours.I am very satisfied with RS Andrews. They have excellent communication and perform the work well. After the HVAC unit replacement is completed, I will update this review.

The plumbing team was here at the house 45 minutes after I called ; this was particularly helpful as the drains from all bathrooms were clogged and backed up into the bathtubs and showers with bad stuff . It was a mess . I showed the team the situation and showed them the outside sewage line clean out connection point . The team got a plumbing snake and removed the blockage within 10 minutes of their arrival , & all the bad stuff rapidly drained out of the bathtubs and the shower . Their work was excellent and they were very polite and professional , They were only here at the house for about 45 minutes and everything was fixed . The only negative was the price ; even with my military service discount , the bill was still over $900.00

Jason Jones did an EXCELLENT job of replacing an outdoor faucet at my house! He brought for me a choice of three faucets and I chose one. He had to cut open the wall inside of the garage to install the faucet. He measured and neatly cut open the wall. He vacuumed up the cuttings and installed an access door. He even caulked two previously cut areas on the outside siding. He then took the time to help me identify and label my water shutoffs. Jason is an engaging young man with an admirable work ethic.I would hesitate to recommend a movie, but I HIGHLY recommend Jason Jones, specifically and RS Andrews for hiring a quality workman.
