    Oh my gosh!!! Nate literally saved my life on Thanksgiving day. My gas oven went out on Thanksgiving and I was completely distraught. He arrived within ONE hour of me calling and the service was very affordable!!

    Patrick was my technician, he was great. He came in on an emergency call during late at night. It was the holidays, so I really needed my oven. He was in and out, pleasant to be around. I would definitely go to him again

    Once again, Nate saved a holiday. We had a new gas range delivered on Christmas Eve and after the delivery crew found every reason to not complete the install, I called several other companies with no luck. I finally contacted Jaguar Installation and despite it being the afternoon on Christmas Eve, Nate gave a quote and said that he would be here before the evening. He was able to get the range installed and make a couple of other quick repairs just in time for us to host a dinner party that evening.

    I called Jaguar after the Costco installer said he couldnt put in my dishwasher because the floor under my dishwasher was lower than my wood flooring. The installer from Costco told me they would have to cut out part of my wood cabinetry to make it fit. This couldnt be further from the truth. There are ways to lower the dishwasher unit legs to give it enough room so it can come out. My guess is that the installer didnt want to do it because it takes some time, maybe 30 minutes extra to get it to fit. The guy from Jaguar did it no problem. It did take him a while, maybe 2 hrs, but Ive had it working now since he installed in January. Also, I will say that Costco made it right and reimbursed me for the installation and haul away that Jaguar charged me for after I complained. Thankful for both companies!
