    Quote process was great. Fair analysis of issue with recommendations for optional services. Prices were competitive, in fact this was the best offer that other quotes tried to match. Quote was provided on time and within budget. Day of service was additionally efficient and professional. Scott estimated about 3 hours for job and wrapped up about an hour early, with great results. Really appreciate Scott and the Bray team, big thumbs up and would recommend to friends and family.

    Bray quickly came out quickly (within 30 minutes) for an electrical outlet issue that caused concern because of burning and crackling in the wall. Mike was the technician, and he was efficient, polite, and answered all of our questions. He cleaned up his work space and even entertained our inquisitive son for a few minutes!     It was a really lucky day for me. AC wasn’t working because of a breaker malfunction. Called up bray electrical and was able to get Mike Adams to come out within the next 20 minutes! ( there was a couple cancellations and he just happened to be near by)He assessed and fixed the breaker issue and provided some additional recommendations to my electrical box. We got that fixed too. Very good service
