    Christian was very professional and knowledgeable from the very start. He explained the issue in simple terms to where they were easily understood. He installed the water heater and made it look like a masterpiece. We would definitely recommend him and Spartan to our neighbors and friends.     I had an emergency plumbing leak and issue, I called spartan Plumbing on a Saturday and Steph spoke with me and immediately arrange for a plumber to come over as soon as possible. Randy was great to work with, he explained everything and answered all my questions. Also he helped me make a decisions as there is many issues I had to think about. Overall, Randy was great to work with. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing.

    I hired Spartan to remove and install 2, new toilets. They sent Christian and I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was knowledgeable, personable and great communicator. One of the toilets I had purchased from a store was broke when he started to take it out of the box and he was quick to offer a solution so I could still get the work done today. I will definitely use Spartan again for future plumbing projects. Thank you Christian and Spartan!

    Spartan plumbing helped fix the main water line coming into my home. We found the leak late Saturday afternoon and I was able to get ahold of only a couple plumbers that night. One of the owners (Sam) called me back that Saturday night and answered all of my questions and even game me a rough price while walking around Elitch Gardens during the Fright Fest. One of the craziest negotiation/discussions that I have ever had, but Sam was very professional even though crazy clowns were coming up and trying to scare him.Ultimately, I went with them because their pricing was reasonable and several of the other great reviews. They arrived on the day they planned and executed the repair without any major landscaping damage despite having to trench nearly half of my front lawn. Brian was the Spartan representative in charge of the install and was easy to communicate with and made sure I was in the loop every step of the way. Very happy with how the work was done and we have water back on in our house!

    Sammy and Vaughn came out in traffic to look at the work that needed to be done (replaced 20’ of clay pipe from the plastic pipe coming out my house to the sewer main), scoped the pipe and gave me an estimate right there. Already had three estimates on the job and Sammy beat them all by an amount enough to take the family out to dinner a few times!!!The work was done in one day as promised. The crew came back within a week to patch the road and stopped back for a follow up in a timely manner.I’d definitely recommend Sammy, Vaughn and Spartan Plumbing if you’re looking for a job well done and at an affordable price!

    The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He evaluated our situation and told me why trying to fix the hole in my bathtub would not be a good idea in the long run and explained the process of replacing the tub. Although Spartan Plumbing doesnt do this kind of work they didnt charge me for the visit and I appreciate he professional option of what is needed.

    Christian was very thorough, trying to track down an intermittent leak in our utility room. He let me tag along to see what the process was. He ruled out a pressurized leak and narrowed it down to a HVAC duct that could have some water intrusion. Charged a service fee, but not the diagnostic. A pleasure to work with, and we will definitely keep Spartan on the call list.

    The tech from Spartan plumbing did an excellent job of replacing my tankless water heater. He came out shortly after I called him; gave me an estimate for the work, which is what he charged.     If I could give Spartan Plumbing, specifically Brandon at 10 star review, I would. Not only did they quote me a literal 1/3 of the price of anyone else, but the service was impeccable. Brandon went above and beyond in many ways and always with the kindest and most positive attitude. He came back to check on my water heater a week later out of kindness and good will. He then proceeded to help with my finicky ice maker and changed my furnaces filter. All around, one of the most stand-up humans that Ive ever hired.     Im very impressed with Spartan Plumbing! I have now used them several times, both at home and at work. They have done a toilet replacement and 3 water heater replacements (separate locations) for me and also have some significant repiping where needed in an old home. Each time the plumber who has come out has been different and each one had outstanding integrity and skill! I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything and feel like they are totally straight shooters and fairly priced. Most recently Vaughn is who did the water heater install at my house and was wonderful! Such a friendly guy and took his time and did a thorough, great job! I have recommend Spartan Plumbing to several friends who are also all happy with them. I’m very happy to have found my go-to plumbing company that is honest and stands by their work.

    I called Spartan when i broke a glass in my sink. A technician came out and check the u pipe did not find anything however we did hear a crunching sound. Ordered new disposal and it was installed the same day. I mentioned getting a new kitchen sink and discussed some options.. I received an estimate twice that when opened showed 0.00 for the sink on the 8/2/23, I replied with a screenshot of what i received asked for a new estimate. I emailed again on 8/10/23 and 8/13/23 then i called and confirmed my email and again did not receive a response. I called on 8/16 and spoke to John confirmed my email and was told he would email an estimate.I was very pleased with the service however I should not have to call numerous times to hire a plumber to install a sink. I am very disappointed and will have to look into another company. It is not acceptable to tell a customer you will contact them with information and then not follow through.I received a call today and Wednesday. We discussed getting a new sink installed. John apologized and he will email a picture of the sink . It will be installed after labor day weekend.

    Spartan installed a clean out on my main line. I got several quotes and Jeremiah was the most straight forward and gave a reasonable price. Work was done expeditiously and clean. They give you a 2 year warranty also.

    We have had plumbers from Spartan come out to our older condo several times to fix or diagnose various issues. Both Randy and TJ have been extremely professional. They have gone above and beyond; in one case even checking with a neighbor to find the source. They have been more than fair with pricing. We would certainly hire them again. (And our dog likes them.)Recently they sent K.C. and Sam out; our sink drain was clogged and it was backing up into our dishwasher. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly.

    Weve used Spartan for every plumbing problem weve had in our home and they are always knowledgeable, professional, on time, and have the best prices.Recently we had two problems that Spartan fixed very quickly for a very reasonable price. Our water heater broke (gas valve) and then we found a cracked pipe going through the concrete floor in our utility room.Jeremiah gave us clear options for ways to fix the water heater (replace the part or the whole water heater with prices and good advice for why we could pick either option) and information on how much the jackhammering into the floor and replacing the pipe and concrete would cost. Those estimates did not change when they completed the work.For the cracked pipe they completed the jackhammering/digging out and replacing the concrete once the pipe was fixed themselves which saved us having another person doing it. And they did not remove drywall as another plumber said they would have to do, so they saved us the hassle of finding someone to fix the concrete and replacing parts of a wall.I truly cannot speak highly enough of Spartan for the quality or pricing of their work and I thank them for keeping our utility room from flooding and giving us back our hot water.

    I truly appreciate Spartan plumbing. Randy showed up and did a free estimate on repair of a gas pipe and new installation of a water heater. The day of install Randy was unable to make it however the company did get me a new technician Jeff and he did an amazing job! He even showed up the next day to do some small minor adjustments at our request. This company actually stuck to the quote and there were no big surprises at the end which we are thankful for!     I truly cannot recommend Spartan Plumbing enough. Specifically Jeff, who went above and beyond to deliver great work at a fair price when we found ourselves in a tough spot. I’ll explain:While in the process of selling our house, we were alerted to a few gas leaks, and out of an abundance of caution the gas was turned off until a repair was made. We received quotes exceeding $5000/a complete overhaul of the gas line (with limited explanation why) which just wasn’t an option for us. Then Jeff came along. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was going on. He provided a better option that didn’t require a new system. His quote was significantly lower, and the quality of work was top of the line. Plus, he was able to come out and complete the job faster than anyone else. Jeff is the plumber we’ve always needed but could never find- professional, honest and efficient. I just wish we had found Spartan sooner!

    I called and Sammy came out and diagnosed my water heater with a faulty, I am going to call it a control box. My water heater is under warranty still, so he started the process to have it fixed. Vaughn and Nick came out 3 days later. The got the part on Friday came on Monday. To repair the water heater. All the employees that I have been in contact with at Spartan are amazing.

    My experience with Spartan Plumbing was stellar!!! After many years of being taken advantage of by contractors, this company is honest. I worked mostly with Vaughn. I had a clog on 5/26/2021 and it was cleared, then two days later the drain in the kitchen overflowed. It was more than just a clog. Vaughn came out, re-augured the pipes and ran the camera through the 72-year-old cast iron pipes. There was an obstruction somewhere. I decided to go ahead and replace all the 72-year-old plumbing with PVC. First, though, the overflow had to be dried out and sanitized. Vaughn called DeepWater Restoration who came out the same evening and set up industrial fans and filters to dry out the area. After the dry-out, Vaughn and team removed and replaced the old copper and cast iron plumbing. When the cast iron was removed, it was found that big roots had grown through the cast iron. Vaughn also advised me about contacting my homeowner’s insurance company to see if some of the repairs were covered (they were). If you need plumbing of any kind, I recommend Spartan!

    Sam and Gabe @ Spartan came out today to give me an estimate on getting rid of a saddle valve that feeds water to my fridge. There was almost no water pressure, so i would be at the fridge for 2 minutes or longer for a glass of water.Sam and Gabe checked the valve, the water lines, etc. They reviewed a couple of options for the valve replacement, explained how each worked and the benefits, and provided prices for both options. Now i have a low maintenance quarter-turn ball valve instead of the slow-flow saddle valve.After the work was done, we tested the water flow from the fridge - Everything worked perfectly, and I couldnt be happier with the work Sam and Gabe did. Will definitely call Spartan again for future plumbing work.
