    We had an urgent matter where a cleaning and scope services was needed. Needed meaning, within 24 hours to meet a deadline. With a call at 1:00pm, Elite was at the property within minutes completing the work. Not only did they get the work done, the scope videos and full report we completed before 5:00pm. All in the same afternoon!!!! This business communicated all along the way and ensured we were taken care of. I cannot recommend this business enough! Thank you!

    Thank you for the service to check my sewer pipe. Both the service techs were informative, polite and professional. I’ve regularly had the pipe checked…every 2-3 years and call Elite Plumbing which I have found to be trustworthy and customer oriented.

    Jim and Frank were wonderful to work with. We had a slow draining toilet over the weekend, and they were quick to get out to us. Jim very clearly explained all of the possible issues and what each would entail to fix. He started with the most likely and easiest to address and worked down the diagnostic chain until getting to the root of the problem. Frank came back the next day and got it fixed. As some one who has been ripped off my plumbers before I always appreciate when they take the time to diagnose the right issue, and not upsell just because they can. These men explained exactly what had happened and how to prevent it in the future, the team was incredibly responsive, and they’ll be my first call next time I need a great plumber!

    Frank with Elite plumbing came to my home and excavated my old sewer, then installed new sewer pipe along with the proper bedding for the pipe. Also installed outside clean outs outside my home for future sewer cleaning and maintenance as needed. They were prompt, professional, and fair. They have also done several plumbing repairs for me, and I referred them to a lot of my friends and family. The responses that I get from people who I’ve referred this company to are all positive.

    The inspection report on our home showed that our lines had sludge and a few other concerns. Jim came and walked me through viewing the entire line to assure I saw what he saw (since many companies don’t involve the homeowner and then claim that numerous repairs need completing 🙄 💰)Turns out the line was perfectly clean and had no need to do what the inspector presumed.He was very kind and considerate and educational. He involved us in the process so we felt confident in his integrity and the integrity of the company. Highly recommend! Positive experience from Jake who took my call to Jim who showed up.     As a landlord in Arvada I have had to use Elite multiple times and They have always provided great service so I decided to use them for a larger project, main sewer line replacement.Lets just say there was an issue and they stepped up to the plate and accepted responsibility, never questioning or pointing blame anywhere else but themselves.     We have used Elite twice now. The first time was when another company had failed to do a repair job in a weeks time leaving us without being able to use the toilet and wanting to charge us a fortune. I called Elite and in 1.5 hours they had fixed the problem and it was not expensive at all. The second time was just a check up making sure things are still good. Thank you very much Elite!

    On time service. Explained everything. Jim is incredibly friendly and professional. Alot of drain services out there I would only use elite. This is the 4 time I have used them (including a company they merged with) and every time the work is top notch and reasonable. They never try to up sell you. They just do what service needs to be done.

    This is the second time we’ve used them on our 100 year old building, they are fast, easy to work with... and they get it done. The first time, my father in law was in the office, he happens to be a Master Plumber and was impressed by their effort and results. That told me a lot he doesn’t give out a ton of praise.     I called Elite last night when my sink would not drain after attempting to repair myself. I scheduled the appointment between 2 and 3 PM. Frank arrived at 1:55 and had my problem resolved in 35 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!

    We saw a recommendation for this company ELITE DRAIN SOLUTIONS on our neighborhood web site and decided to try them.We were above pleased with their professionalism and quality of work.JOE our repair tech was outstanding. He first decided to make sure our drain problem wasnt due to a tree root problem or a broken pipe in our yard and found after roto rooting out to the street, we were ok. Next in checking out three different areas he found our problem and in no time had it fixed and explained to us what it was. He cleaned up and was done.Thank you, Joe! We are very happy customers. We also have had rotor rooter and another plumbing company out here in the past and have to say this company (Joe) surpassed them in every way. They are now our go to plumbing and drain Company.     I will definitely call Elite Drains again if having another plumbing problem. Yaw showed up, put on a mask and booties, and fixed it before I was even done explaining the problem. I called others that would have been days or weeks delay before fixing, but this place said they could arrive first thing in the morning. And I only got charged $25 service charge. I mean, cmon...who does that? Even my wife is happy!

    Once they showed up, the service was quick. But I was quoted a time frame for a day and that time frame came and went and no one showed up. I had to call them to find out what was going on. The technician had been delayed at another location - which is totally FINE, but why didnt they call me to let me know they would be later? It was annoying that I had to call them. They could be a little better about communication.

    I had a sewer line videoed and sent to Elite Drains based on a referral from a plumber that was working on another project. They looked at the line and gave recommendations. They did not give me the line needs to be completely replaced and and the huge up sell. If I do have a sewer line issue or know of someone that does Elite will be the first to contact! Thank you Elite Drains!
