We had a fantastic experience working with Pipecraft when replacing the water heater in our home, and we highly recommend their services. Every staff member we interacted with throughout the process was incredibly kind and professional. Both Jacob and Trevor are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different options available for our specific situation. We received quotes from several plumbing companies and Pipecrafts was the best. It snowed on the morning of our install, and I was incredibly impressed when the install team shoveled our walkway for us so that they wouldnt track any snow into the house. They laid down floor protectors throughout our house and were incredibly professional and courteous. Thank you Pipecraft!

We had Jake replace a bathroom sink faucet set. One day later we had a leaking drain .Jake was able to fit us in on short notice and come the same day we called. The drain was in a difficult place to access but he managed to make a repair without requiring any extensive renovation. Charges were very reasonable and clearly explained. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jacob and his team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. We received several price quotes from various companies for Poly B pipe replacement and Pipecraft was the only one to offer a fair price and seem genuine about their work. They spent about 2.5 days working on our plumbing and were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. The team was efficient, clean (yay for no messes to pick up after!), and completed the service smoother than we personally expected. We will absolutely give these guys a call for any other plumbing needs!

Weve called Pipecraft on multiple occasions, and ever time theyve come out theyve done amazing work. Quick, efficient, and reasonable rates.The experience that comes to mind was when we initially called High 5 Plumbing for our water heater replacement, they quoted us anywhere from $6k-$8k for the replacement with labor, with what felt like a high pressure situation as they were booked out and we werent on their subscription service.We called Pipecraft the next day, they came out and quoted the same type of water heater for 1/4 of High 5s top end price, came out within the week, were clean, courteous, and considerate when working in our home, and did great work. We have used them for every plumbing job since. We recommend them to everyone we know!

Had a gas leak from the kitchen stove. Trevor came out to check it 1st time, unfortunately we couldn’t pull out the stove to get to the problem. I had to reschedule after getting the stove out, the owner very kindly moved things around their schedule so Trevor could come back sooner. Trevor did an excellent job, he knew exactly what needed to be repaired, explained the process, completed the project and brought things back to code (original installers failed to). Trevor was punctual and very respectful coming in and out of the house without leaving any mess. Very professional and reasonable company. Would highly recommend!

One of my only Google reviews, amazing experience with Pipecraft. We had a blockage in our washer drain pipe from a metal chisel (house is new to us, no idea how it got in there). Other plumbers suggested tearing up the wall and quoted us for a full pipe replacement. Jake from Pipecraft was able to find the blockage and they worked on a simpler fix that avoided unnecessary demolition. Very fair pricing and great service. I absolutely recommend them!

I recently had my 23-year old gas hot water heater replaced by the folks at Pipecraft. I found them very responsive and highly professional. They quickly responded to my request for an estimate and they gave me a detailed breakdown of the work needed and a fair price. Heath did the work and he installed a 50 gal Bradford-White up to code. Jacob stopped by to check over the work and make sure everything was going well. I was impressed with the quality of work and their willingness to answer all of my questions. The city inspector immediately approved their work when he came a few days later. This was a good experience for me. I plan to contact Pipecraft again if I need any plumbing repairs.

Jake from Pipecraft came out to replace my vacuum breaker for my sprinkler system. They came out for a free quote the very next day and after giving the quote was able to complete the service on the spot.We didn’t get to test the equipment because it was snowing at the time, but when I turned my system on after a few days there was some leaking around other parts of the system. The owner, Jacob came out the very next morning and made things right on the spot. I’m very happy with their service and workmanship and they will be my go to for general plumbing and pipe work in the future.

Couldn’t be happier or more appreciative! We discovered a leak 3 days before Christmas, dripping from under the kitchen sink down into our basement! And we discovered the leak at almost 9pm! Jacob at Pipecraft Plumbing came highly recommended by a work friend of my husband’s. So I submitted a request on their website, and to our surprise Jacob got back in touch with us via email within about 30 minutes (I didn’t expect to hear from anyone until the next morning). He was able to work us in for early the next morning and took care of everything in less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgable, took the time to discuss everything with us beforehand, and let us ask lots of questions. Literally the best experience we have ever had with any type of plumbing service. We were looking to replace our old water heater with a tankless and had lots of questions. Whereas other companies could have taken advantage and suggested extensive work or replacement, Pipecraft was able to address and solve the issue with minimal work and cost. Pipecraft was the greatest during a week of very unprofessional service from a big box “H” store who has not yet completed their installation (3weeks and counting). The big box didn’t like my plumbing (#3 dishwasher) and I called on Pipecraft. Pipecraft (Jake) was extremely professional (and limber under the sink) replacing all shutoff valves and installing a new DELTA kitchen faucet. Our toilet (the connection to the floor and pluming) was in much worse shape than we had realized and so was our kitchen sink plumbing! Previous homeowners clearly did not know what they were doing but Heath worked his magic and gave us a great deal on everything - I think he truly felt bad about the condition everything was in but unfortunately its not the worst hes seen! I have used Pipecraft Plumbing in the past and when a leak was discovered on Sunday evening coming from my second floor bathroom shower into the garage below, I didnt hesitate in calling Jacob at Pipecraft. I left a message and he returned my call that same night. Jacob is professional, and really seems to care about your plumbing issues. Jacob was ready to come out right away if it was an emergency. Since the leak stopped when the shower was stopped we agreed on an appointment time a few days later. Jacob arrived on time and immediately proceeded to analyze the cause of the leak and where it was located. After some testing within 10 minutes Jacob found the cause and went to work. I trusted him to the point I didnt even ask for an estimate until he was into the fix. As I expected, his quote was not only reasonable but less than expected. He was able to come through my closet wall and not cut the tile and fix the leaking pipe. He finished the job within the hour and left everything cleaner than he found it. I have had hit or miss plumbers in the past but I must say Jacob is a keeper. He is honest and trustworthy. I will definitely hire Pipecraft for any and all of my families plumbing needs.

Jacob and Heith came out Friday to do some work for us. They installed new shower piping, fixed some old botched piping up to code, installed new toilet piping, installed our shower valve and water inlets, and installed our rain shower head plumbing in the ceiling. All the work was done in one day and Jacob had the best pricing from several quotes we were given. Everything turned out great. I am ecstatic with the work they did!I appreciate they put our well being first. They wore masks all day and were really clean with all the work they had to do. They wore bootie socks every time they walked into the house and covered the place in tarps to collect all the debris. Super clean and neat.Jacob, also, was nice enough to give me pointers on the rest of the DIY work I am doing for the shower install and gave me a shower drain for free since the one I bought was the complete wrong kind. He really made sure that I am set for the rest of the project, even though that was info he could have kept to himself and possibly benefited from when I inevitably screwed it up. He walked me through all the process of installing the toilet, shower pan and the shower drain.I will use Pipecraft for all future plumbing needs. I first used Pipecraft for a major job, a repiping of the supply lines, I was sold by the professionalism and what seemed like a fair quote. Had Jacob and crew install a shower pan and move controls for a diy bathroom project. They were reasonably price and did high quality clean work. On top of that a week before my appointment I cut a water line getting crazy with the saws all. Pipecraft was out the next morning to bail me out. It wasn’t money I was expecting to spending but they were very reasonable for a Sunday morning rescue. I’ve paid more to have my sewer line cleaned out. Can’t wait till someone askes me if I know a plumber.

I called Pipecraft Plumbing for a new hot water heater. Ours was over 16 years old and started to leak from the pressure relief valve. Jacob got us a great deal on a larger hot water heater and scheduled to install very promptly. A couple of days later I noticed this hot water heater was also leaking from the pressure release valve. I gave Jacob a call and he came out immediately that day, which was the day after the large April blizzard, to troubleshoot. He was able to determine that the pressure reducing valve was slowly failing and the house pressure was slowly rising causing the hot water leaks.Jacob was very prompt, professional, affordable and extremely knowledgeable. He will be our new plumber and I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I saw some very good reviews about Pipecraft Plumbing and gave them a try. Heath the technician went out of his way to adjust a couple of other issues that I was having. They did great work and I feel the price was in line with the repairs that they made. I will call them again as I am slowly replacing all of the shut off valves in my 50 year old house. As well as other plumbing needs around the house. They seem to be a friendly family run business.

What a nice experience. We had a hose bib freeze during the last cold snap. Pipecraft came out and took care of the problem quickly and professionally and even managed to do the work without tearing out the ceiling. Weve had two really incredible experiences with Pipecraft, and I truly cant recommend them enough. Weve got a brick ranch house from 1960 that is starting to crumble and we had a drain pipe start leaking - with water coming into the basement. Pipecraft came out same day, checked out several spots, identified that the problem was behind the wall behind the dishwasher. He got in there, replaced the disintegrating pipe and even replaced a piece under the sink for us without me even asking. He was kind, efficient, and the cost felt super reasonable (something like $550) for what was needed. A couple weeks later we had a frozen hose attached to the house and Jacob came out and fixed that situation free of charge. Truly just stand up humans.In a world full of folks trying to rip you off, Pipecraft is 10/10. Not going anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend!

I have had the worst luck with plumbers this year (one person who came out to tell me my washer was broken for the low low price of $97....gee thanks) Then I found Pipecraft. Honest, personable, did I mention honest! So so reasonably priced for the quality of work. Healths work is without a doubt the best I have seen in a while and Mona made scheduling a breeze. We called Pipecraft Plumbing, Inc. having found them on Nextdoor Neighbor. We needed to replace our water heater and have a pipe fixed. The communication with this company was excellent. Jacob called us back right away with the estimate we had requested and then set up a date for the work. They came to our house on the day they said they would and were on time. They answered all our questions and then started working. They completed all work within approximately 3-1/2 hours, even with some extras that had to be done with the water heater.Jacob and his crew are excellent plumbers. They were also extremely professional, courteous, and the communication with the whole crew was excellent. They wore foot covers the whole time and masks. They cleaned up after they were finished. The companys pricing for the installation of the water heater was extremely reasonable. We are actually going to have them come back and install a new dishwasher and replace some turn off valves.I would recommend Pipecraft Plumbing, Inc. without reservation. By the way happy belated birthday to the boss owner of Pipecraft plumbing. We needed our old heavy cast iron sink removed since it was falling apart... And we needed a new sink to replace it. After about a year and around four other possibilities of repairing fixing our situation... The right pipe crafty plumbing pros or found and came and conquered. Jake and Justin were an awesome team! Well Im pretty sure they are an awesome team still to this day since our install happened within the last week. I want to sincerely think pipecraft plumbing and Jake and Justin for doing a top-notch professional job! These two dudes had great personalities, And of course mad pipecraft plumbing skills! If they ran into a hiccup they solved the problem so I can also think of these guyss total problem solvers. It took out our big old beast of a falling apart sink and replaced it with our new beauty. The plumbing mathematical maze of issues that others have told us about that have come in and seen what they were going to get themselves into dimming it as difficult or tricky because of how our piping was going from a to drainer with our disposal on the right moving it to the middle seem to be too hard of a job for others or they wanted to gouge us some prices still questioning if they can even do it correctly. From the beginning to the end pipecraft plumbing ...after seeing pictures said they would do it ...came over and actually got the job done and nothing stood in their way! I highly highly highly recommend is an artist as a father as a husband as someone that knows how important it is to get the job done for the right amount of money... Just got a new-to-me home in the Campbell Elementary neighborhood and needed to have a gas line extended from the basement to provide fuel for a new stove in the main floor kitchen (yay-- no more cooking on electric!). Also needed to replace aged 50gal water heater. Contracted with Jacob Kerns, owner/operator of Pipecraft Plumbing, and couldnt be more satisfied with the service he provided: first a very thorough on-site job assessment was done by appointment at no charge, then I was sent a fully detailed estimate by email with several options offered depending on my needs (and no obligation- just complete information), and then I determined what I wanted done and made an appointment. Jacob and his assistant arrived promptly, did all the work I had requested efficiently and cleaned up completely after the work was done. Jacob also gave me very valuable advice when I asked several questions about aspects of this home that were not part of the job at hand. The price charged was very reasonable for the work involved, and Jacob could not have been more congenial and cooperative.
