Corey came and replaced our broken toilet today, and we had a great experience! He was friendly and professional. We had a specific issue come up with a bidet installation, and he made sure to fully explain our options and confirm that I still wanted to move forward with the entire service in light of the bidet issue. We went forward, and Corey installed our new toilet very quickly, and 100% correctly. His knowledge and foresight about the bidet saved us time and let me make the best decision for my budget and my schedule. Plumbline is a little on the expensive side based on the research I did, but the service was excellent throughout the entire experience. We had to reschedule our initial appointment and they were able to get us another slot within two days. All of the customer service workers I spoke with were very polite, informative, and efficient. Communication was consistently good throughout, from making the appointment to being notified when my technician was on the way, to confirming my agreement to service, and every other step of the process. Replacing this broken toilet could have been a huge headache, but Corey and the other folks at Plumbline make it very easy. Id definitely recommend it, but do note that the excellent service does come with a higher price tag, and I did have to wait about two weeks for my initial appointment. I think it was well worth it. Ill be calling Plumbline again for any other plumbing needs!

Chris came out for plumbing work, and he was both very efficient and extremely personable. He explained things concisely and confirmed every step of the way that my issue was being resolved.Justin has come out twice to work on my AC/furnace, and working with him has been equally enjoyable. When I had an AC emergency he promptly evaluated the problem, explained in detail why a new system was recommended based on the age of my unit and the cost to repair the problem, and even left behind some of his own tools to keep the AC running while I awaited a replacement. Cannot recommend him, and Plumbline in general, highly enough.

Very impressed with their service! Lots of frequent, clear communication. Corey was respectful, answered all my questions, and explained everything along the way. I had visits from two other plumbers at different companies before this and Plumbline were the only ones to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it rather than just trying to upsell me on something else.

Had a pipe crack and need replacing. Plumbline was responsive and worked within my busy schedule to get a time scheduled for the fix.Corey, the plumber, was friendly and explained the fix to me really well. He worked up multiple options based on my budget which I appreciated!We had about 8 feet of pipe replaced, and Corey’s work was high quality and he made sure to check everything was working multiple times. It was quick too! Only took about 2 hours overall.Great service!

Really impressed with the installation that was completed today. I got a call about twenty minutes before the crew arrived and they were onsite and ready to work at 7:45 am. When they arrived, we walked through the contract again and they explained everything that they would be working on. They expected to take eight or nine hours for the complete install, but ended up finishing hours early. They cleaned up after themselves and before leaving, went through everything they did and made sure I was comfortable with the work and all my questions were answered. This isnt the cheapest company but they are quality and stand by their work. So happy with my decision to go with Plumbline Services, I really feel taken care of and super secure with my new HVAC system. Thank you!

Im so glad I selected Plumbline Services for my furnace and AC replacement. I started with Justin Allen clearly and patiently explaining what I needed and the options available. He clearly went over the cost of the project I chose and set a start date the next day. I was skeptical about completing the work in one day but Justin assured me it would happen. As promised at 8:00am the first crew arrived and immediately went to work placing carpet protection in place and made sure the area was prepared for the main crew arriving in about fifteen minutes. They had the plan and worked proficiently and professionally and closed out carefully explaining what they had done and explaining in detail about the equipment operation, City Inspection Requestthey had intiated, warranties, and my responsibilities going forward. As promised in 6 hours +/- they had completely installed the new furnace and AC unit, loaded the old units in the truck, cleaned the area. All the crew had names on jacket and shirts and were all extremely courteous and patiently answered all my questions. Couldnt ask for any better service...in fact it far exceeded my expectation. It was flawless and best of all the new furnace is running and the house is warm today. Thanks for a GREAT JOB well done !!.A very nice postscript to this earlier comment. Today December 11, I receive a FEDEX box of cookies from PA thanking me for selecting and doing business with Plumbline. I didnt get this nice a gift when I closed on the house. Hi everyone, our pipes seemed to be clogged, i called Plumbline and they had Chase out early the next day! He was friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing and explained every step. He sent the snake down and unclogged our main to the street in a matter of minutes.Chase also gave some helpful preventive suggestions like getting a camera down there to see if our main pipe was sinking. Scheduled on line, gave me 8am-5pm. Jordan called at 11:30, said he would be there in a half an hour he showed up in a half an hour he looked at my job went out and got his equipment after assessing whether it was the line that I needed cleaned or my main line about 20 minutes later my drain was running free. He gave me a little bit more knowledge than I already had known. He was very personable he was very professional I would have him back into my house anytime to clear clogged drain for me. I called Plumbline to get a quote for a ac unit. It was easy to set up. I was able to schedule quickly. Greg came over and was very informative about all the products and services and explained everything on how the process would go. We walked through my home and outlined where the unit and other parts may need to be placed and we discussed a few options. I purchased an ac unit/furnace and also put in a new water heater. The work was scheduled and a whole team of installers and electricians came and performed the work. It was great experience and they completed the work in very timely manner. The whole team was informative and they definitely knew what they were doing!

Plumbline has been great! They call and text us in advance of arrival. We have two HVACs they have serviced. One we requested replacement of a unit that was over 22 years old. We felt like Jay treated us honestly and worked hard to meet our needs at a reasonable price. The installers worked tirelessly to rip out and install- and didn’t leave us with any messes. I loved they even threw down flooring protectors down our stairs to the basement. Jay even followed up with us after. Awesome!Shortly after, our other one quit during the middle of summer. I was impressed how quickly we got an appointment this time of year. I uploaded videos and pictures of our issue. Unfortunately he did not see those. So they thought they were here to service our new unit, sending a warranty repair rep. But fortunately he was still able to get our old one going again! Had the part right with him!Not one single complaint with these guys! They deserve your business! We might be able to replace some things ourselves, but it would take us much more time (and in effect money away from employment) to get it diagnosed and fixed. So we don’t hesitate to give Plumbline our business. Good guys!

The guys that came to our house to replace our furnace and install our AC were very nice and polite and professional. I was never concerned about anything and they did an amazing job. They explained thing to grandma who was at the house while they installed it all. Did a final walk through with my husband and I when we both got home. Showed us how to use the brand new thermostat, and it has all worked amazing. No one tried to up sell us on anything but we did add a whole house purification system. We are still trying to figure out if it’s working or we like the way we work but they gave us a deal on it and is perfect because we are attached to two other town houses. Over all everything is great and works amazing.

We called Plumb line services for a blocked sink drain. They responded very Timely and thoroughly investigated the problem. The fix included digging up some of the basement floor and installing new pipe which had corroded to the point it could not be fixed. Our service providers, Alex Sanchez and his co-worker, were very professional and efficient. They worked hard and did a great job in a timely manner. Alexs supervisor was very helpful as well in advising us. We will definitely call Plumbline again with any problems that they can deal with.

Today’s visit was far more than Colton expected. We asked him to set up a new waterline for our refrigerator as our old one had died. And when he arrived, we also asked him to flush our hot water heater, take out our old water softener and redirect the lines. Not only did he not even flinch at the extra work, but he took it on gladly. So thankful for this kind of work ethic in our modern climate. He was always so professional as he came and went and aware of our needs with constant communication. We have used Plumbline in the past to yeah that was mainline sewer last year and this was a very big deal. Again. They were lovely and so professional.

November 2023: Our hot water heater stopped working and was leaking water. The Plumbline plumbers came out the next morning. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They had the water heater replaced quickly and efficiently. There was a lot of extra work involved to get the water heater and main shut off up to code. We were really happy with the results and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.January 2022: Our furnace stopped working and we needed someone to get it fixed asap. The technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional. He got the furnace going.May 2023- We had a short in our kitchen ceiling fan. Aaron came out the same day and fixed it and also did an electrical inspection of our house. He was able to fix other issues. Some we knew about and some we didn’t. He did a great job! I would definitely recommend Plumbline.

Even though it was late in the afternoon Eric found a solution. He travelled an hour away to a dealer that had a up to date replacement for my outdated system. The technician installed a new garbage disposal. The one I had bought at Home Depot was not going to work. Fortunately he had a brand new one in his vehicle and was able to install it for me. He will come back tomorrow afternoon to repair a problem with the drain on the other side of my kitchen sink. He is very efficient.

Vince Papworth is a very professional, honest, caring technician. He did a great job inspecting our 45 year old gas furnace. He was thorough and explained everything to me. The thing I appreciate the most about him is he did not try to sell us a whole new system just because our furnace is 45 years old. He inspected everything and concluded that yes it is old and should be replaced with a more efficient, safer modern system as soon as we are able to, but it is working fine. Luis and his trainee arrived at said time. Very professional, cleaned up as they went through each step. They told me about each step they were taking, showed me things they found and kept asking what I wanted to do when it came to choices in resolving the problem. At no point did I feel pressured to buy an upgraded service or that the problem wasnt going to be resolved. I had 2 other times someone came out and the problem did not get resolved. Our main drain backed up. After trying to rooter ourselves (we ran a 100ft rooter as far as it could reach) we called Plumbline. They were able to be onsite within a couple hours. Our technician Shawn was on time, professional, and went above and beyond for us. After seeing our rooter and listening to what we had already done, he ran extra rooter line down the drain before making us pay extra for a camera to come out. He cleared the clog at 130 ft. When he was done, he even reinstalled our toilet for us (we had removed it ourselves so we could fit the large rooter down the drain). He was under no obligation to do that. I would definitely recommend Plumbline and I would definitely ask for Shawn to come out again. Thank you Shawn!
