We have an old house with two sewer lines that were 100 years old. The main line was problematic and the other line was getting there. I proposed a plan to crossover from one side of the house to the other with all new lines and that is what Apex did. The interior work consisted of some concrete demolition and updated plumbing and the exterior was trenching around lots of obstacles.The work took five days from beginning to end, including a partial shutdown of Quebec, and the work is excellent. The impact to our yard was minimal and the guy that ran the backhoe was awesome while working around our young trees.

UPDATE: Apex Plumbing was contracted by the City of Denver for the Lead Reduction Program. The contractors came to my house on 8/18 to replace our main water line. When they left, we immediately noticed issues with our water heater and later that night, it died. We let them know about the issue and they have gone above and beyond to resolve it. Fransisco called me personally and assured me that it would be taken care of. As of 8/23, they have replaced our water heater with a brand new one. Accidents happen on massive city projects like these. I highly respect Apex Plumbing for doing the right thing to make it better. As far as the quality of the installation goes - theyre pros. I recommend them.

We had water filling and overflowing our meter case at the edge of our yard. Water main leak.... costly! We called a few companies to get estimates, and Apex answered their phones instead of making us leave a message. And, they sent a tech quickly.By all appearances it was a leak on our side. Our tech, Rawel, was incredibly thorough and spent a good amount of time investigating during a FREE assessment callout.Rawel was perplexed by what he was seeing, but not due to a lack of knowledge, but because he was so knowledgeable and it just didnt seem like a main line leak to him.He suggested we call the city (again, as they were dismissive when we first called).The city finally sent a tech, and that tech discovered that they had installed a new meter (we were not informed) incorrectly. The city tech replaced the meter and the problem was solved.We were preparing for the worst (cost, inconvenience, landscape repair, etc.), and because Rawel was so thorough he saved us.We cannot thank Apex enough and highly HIGHLY recommend their services.

Apex Plumbing came through when I needed them the most. Three days before my daughters wedding at my house I had a major sewer line break and could not use any bathrooms. I was not going to be able to host the wedding without it being fixed. Apex Plumbing did the emergency fix in two days! Amazing!

Apex Plumbing is an extremely honest and professional company. I would HIGHTLY recommend using them to repair your sewer lines. I have lived in the same house for 20+ years and every other year I have had my sewer lines scoped and the roots cleaned out. Several times these plumbing companies have given me estimates to replace my sewer lines for a minimum cost of $12,000. Finally, this year I decided to have my sewer lines fixed. I called Apex Plumbing because of their high rating with the BBB. It cost $150.00 to scope my line and their proposal included fixing only a 5-foot portion of my sewer line at a cost of $2770.00. They did find another circular crack in the area where my line ties in with the city line, which could be fixed at a cost of $4,500.00 (the estimate was much higher because of the permits required because of the integration with the city’s sewer line). However, they said it was not something I needed to fix right away.In addition to Apex Plumbing proposing to fix only what was needed, their employees were professional and accommodating to our requests to limit the scope of the demolition of our basement floor to minimize the number of floor tiles to replace. Furthermore, they were amazingly patient and tolerant with the city inspectors whose demeaning behavior was completely unacceptable as witnessed by myself and my husband. Great company, great service, great price!!!!

My sewer line collapsed so I called a few plumbers to get estimates. The companies I called gave me outrageous estimates and tried to oversell their services based on fear. I called Apex Plumbing and they had the most affordable quote. I was impressed with their prompt service and honesty, non fear based. (Doesn’t needing a new sewer line sell itself?) They arrived on time and completed the project in a timely fashion. The quality of their work was excellent and they were very informative throughout the process. I appreciated their professionalism and the fact that they were able to provide such great service at an affordable price. I recently contracted with Apex Plumbing to replace a lateral sewer line serving my townhouse unit that had failed. Obviously a situation like I was dealing with requires putting together a team that knows what they are doing and also understands the urgency of the situation. Apex Plumbing excelled at both. They were able to explain the process of replacing the line to me and were available to get the job done within a reasonable time. In addition, its charges for the services were very competitive. If I could give this company 6 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. They were professional and went above and beyond what I have see other sewer line replacement companies do. I am a construction superintendent with 25 years of experience. Over the years I’ve worked with dozens of plumbing companies, but I don’t think I’ve ever been as satisfied as I am with apex plumbing. First off, I thought they were creative in their solution to my problem which in my professional opinion was not an easy job. They were fast, efficient, clean and most importantly safe. They also gave me the exact date I requested, roughly two weeks from the time I contacted them. I even thought that their price was good, considering what the job involved. I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely use them again.

A different company previously told me they would have to trench the entire 60 foot line, 10 feet deep which would have destroyed my landscaping. These guys are great! When I bought my home, they came highly recommended from my realtor and now I know why. These guys were on it! Jack, who did our estimate and was my contact throughout the process, was responsive and thorough and very pleasant to work with! When the guys had to dig a little into our garden, they literally replaced every single plant and stone back where it was so you couldn’t even tell they were there!! Not to mention that I got another estimate that was $9,000 more than Apex!! For the same job! These guys are awesome.

Wanted to take a moment to thank and sing the praises of the Apex Plumbing team. My wife and I bought a home last year that had previously experienced a severe sewer line backup into the basement (caused by a snag in the city lines) before we bought the home. This backup effected four of our neighbors homes as well. Apex worked with us on an affordable and preventative solution to this ever happening again. I had to replace my main water supply line from the main to the house and got 3 bids. Apex wasnt the lowest or highest but even in the bid phase these guys outperformed the rest in timeliness and professionalism. I hired Apex for the work and they replaced the line (with a larger one that I requested), repaired the concrete and the street that had to be removed and did it all in a timely manner. All repair work was spot on and looks great. We passed the city inspection and now enjoy a home with no lead and way better water flow. I would recommend Apex as they tackled this large project better than I could have expected.

Wonderful company to work with! We had to replace a missing chunk of our main line (yes, you read that correctly) which our home inspector “missed” when we purchased a year and a half ago. (HUGE shame on Sewer Optics, do not recommend them whatsoever!) Not only was an entire 4’ of pipe entirely rotted away (which all vendors we vetted out for this job noted that does not happen in 18 mos, it takes years and years) — but to boot, whomever had “installed” the portion of pipe to join with it within our home also never put a fitting/tie on it to connect it with the existing pipe (again, very BAD form by Sewer Optics and their “inspection”).Charlotte w Apex was so patient and accommodating from the very first frantic phone call, as was Jack who came out to provide a quote. Transparent about what may need to be done, and offered the most honest pricing out of the 6 bids I got. I felt all along the way we would be in very capable, trustworthy hands. This was especially important for such an expensive fix (which is never fun).The day-of, the crew was on time (early even!). Took wonderful care of the yard to preserve surrounding space. Their crew lead explained everything to me along the way, both inside the home and out (as this missing pipe was right at our foundation!). All were so polite. They lined all parts of the house with plastic to prevent messes in traffic areas; laid boards on the grass to protect from the mini-Ex. Very friendly, efficient and fast.No one wants to have to encounter a repair like this. I hope we do not need to again soon; bit should the need arise, we will be calling Apex ASAP without hesitation!

We were out of town when a big snow/freeze hit Colorado. Although we had heat in the house, the line from the street to the house froze, broke, and we had water in the basement. Apex was recommended to us, so we contacted them by phone. They were incredibly responsive and got someone out to give us an estimate very quickly, even though we were not on the premises. They are great with their communication and kept in constant touch throughout the entire process. The job, from start to finish, was done in a timely manner and with great skill. They kept the house clean by laying down floor coverings throughout. Their price was reasonable, and we are very happy to recommend them.

Ulissa was great to work with. We had 6 companies come out to give us a quote for a sewer line repair. We found the issue during an inspection while selling our house. Out of the 6 companies onky two showed up when they said they would apex and tipping hat. Apex was not the least expensive quote but by far we felt like they were the most honest with us. They were also half the price of several other companies for the work we needed done. It was crazy how far apart the quotes were and apex was at the lower end for price. They worked with a tight schedule so we did not need to move our closing date. They had the sewer line replaced in a day and did a great job cleaning the site up. They were always so nice to talk with on the phone. I did end up speaking with at least three different people and the experience was the same with all of them. I would recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing jobs I have.

It involved hand-digging a 50 foot or so trench and working with the city to get a variance to pipe burst the last 20 feet to save two large, old trees. They did everything, they were responsive and meticulous, and they were 1/3 the cost of the first estimate. HIGHLY recommend APEX.

Im not sure whats with the negative reviews. I do fix and flips and had Apex repair our sewer after getting rave reviews from multiple Realtors and other flippers. We needed the repair done quickly and cost was a big concern because this was unexpected expense. Apex had the best estimate and offered services the other companies didnt offer. The work was completed quickly and passed the citys inspection with flying colors. Apex restores the landscape as well, which wasnt offered by the other companies we contacted. Best of all the work came with a 5 year transferrable warranty.I couldnt be happier.

Apex Plumbing went above and beyond all expectations. In the midst of selling my 40 year old home came the bad news that the entire sewer line needed to be replaced. This meant going straight through a stand of big, beautiful 12 year old aspen trees. The Apex crew brought a smaller than usual bulldozer, specifically to do as little damage to the trees as possible. They only had to cut a couple limbs, and despite having to dig quite close to one tree, it does appear that all the trees have survived. The work was meticulous in general, the cost much lower than another bid I got. My neighbors were so impressed that several asked for the name of the company. I very highly recommend Apex Plumbing!

We had to have a wooden fence removed in order to bring in equipment and after they left everything was back in place. It almost looked like they were never even there. A frost plug blew off our main water line into the house. I contacted Apex plumbing, an estimator showed up within an hour. He said they would have the proposal to repair by quitting time which they did. Gave them approval next morning to do the work. They were two weeks out with work, they immediately cut that time in half to do our water line repair. A three man crew showed up, only wasted time was waiting on the back hoe to be delivered and the delivery of dry ice to freeze the water to install a curb valve in addition of replacing the water meter cradle the frost plug was on. They crew worked thru their lunch break and finished the job mid-afternoon. They replaced everything back where they found it in the yard and swept up the street. Mark Kuepper, crew superintendent, was very knowledgeable and couteous and his crew was very efficient. They also took care of contacting the Littleton Plumbing Inspector for sign off approval. It was raining so I said Please do not waste my time if they arent going to come......We will call you 45 minutes before. Well at 130pm that day I called them and said what the heck. Wont wait forever. They said yes we will be there before noon the next day Wednesday. At 1pm I c......yes hes on his way and he finally arrived at 330pm. Well.......REALLY NICE GUY who apologized and said sorry for the issues. He got right to work and BAM we had a resolve EXCEPT that he didnt finish and said hed be back the next day. That day came and went. HE arrived at 2pm the following day, a day I couldnt afford to take off due to money lost and after I HAD TO FILL IN THE WHOLES THE DUG he came back and half fixed something he said he would help with. (although this wasnt something they broke) but he said he would do it and he basically left it worse that before. So now I have to dig that hole up and continue the work he left behind. Again NICE GUY.....very helpful at word but not in deed. I wouldnt use them nor would I recco them to anyone because of how this was handled. Terrible service and although nice enough people sadly that isnt enough to get the job done. DONT USE APEX. Not worth the hassle even though they try and have decent intentions.

While blowing out our sprinkler system we discovered that our underground sprinkler shut off valve was leaking. I called a number of sprinkler companies and plumbers that claimed to work on sprinkler systems. Most never even returned my call, or told me sorry, our crews are only doing blowouts right now and not taking on repair work. Meanwhile, our valve is leaking inches away from our foundation. Apex however, was super responsive and courteous. We did have to schedule the work about 2 weeks out, but that seemed more than reasonable. They knew that I wanted this done ASAP, and they actually slotted me in a day earlier than what we scheduled when a slot opened up on their end. Their crew was here on time, and had the job done and cleaned up before noon. This job required a MASSIVE hole to be dug, and they left the area looking perfect when it was all said and done. The office and crew had great communication throughout and every one of them followed covid mask protocols. Apex is awesome. This sort of plumbing repair is always a hard one to swallow. Its not something one can ignore, and it isnt a cheap fix. So it takes a great experience with a great company to come out the other side of it satisfied, and Apex provided that. Thanks!

Once work started, they found the damage went much further than anticipated because of cracks in the clay pipe underneath our foundation (that was missed by both companies during sewer scoping). Pepito and his crew had to jackhammer out our foundation to do proper repairs, but they did everything they possibly could to minimize the cost/ damage/ mess, even though it made the job more difficult for them. Despite the unfortunate situation, I would highly recommend Apex plumbing and I will consider them for any future work.
