In regard to scheduling, we were able to get on the calendar within one business day. We waited no time at all during the call time window - in fact, Jim was even a little early! We will look no further when finding a local plumber and will certainly recommend Plumb Pros to any friends or neighbors.

Plumb Pros replaced my plumbing. Alfredo and crew started on a Saturday but also worked on a Sunday to finish the job. This allowed my family and I to be able to check out of the hotel and go back home. They went above and beyond and provided great service.I also had to have my furnace replaced a few weeks later. I called the Plumb Pros again. This time Fonz came out to assess the situation which he found that I needed to replace the furnace. Again they provided great customer service and worked long hours to ensure my family and I had heat, especially as it was getting colder. Thank you for the great service. If you need any work done, I would highly recommend this company.

My hot water heater was leaking bad and they sent Andres out within an hour after my call and after determining it was not reparable, replaced it the same day!! Andres was the nicest person to work with!! He explained the whole process of taking the old out and the new one in. Due to the tight space and furnace piping, he had to go above and beyond to find the right vent fittings to fit properly. I highly recommend Plum Pros and Andres!

I needed to have my furnace fixed as it would not turn on. As we were going to have a freeze the next night I was worried I would not have any heat.I got an appointment the same day!Rolly came and completed the job efficiently and I felt very confident in his work. These guys are down the street from us, are family owned and do a great job- we signed up for their Proactive Maintenance program after they really helped us out with a little plumbing emergency. They will likely be our plumbing, water heater, and HVAC go-to for as long as we own our house here in Arvada.On Sunday when our basement started to flood, Zachary came out immediately to snake the drain and found the problem fast: a root intrusion in the front yard. He and Carlos and Antonio were back the next morning along with the owner to assess and fix it. They quickly got city approval to dig into the sidewalk and street to fix cracks they found at the city sewer line. Now we don’t have to worry about it for another 20+ years, which is a big relief.

Miranda and Ryan came in the afternoon to assess the issues and provided upfront pricing, plus a detailed explanation of all the work to be completed. Due to an issue outside of their control, they needed to come back the next day to finish some of the work. Miranda was friendly and able to answer any of the questions I had. Everyone from the office to any of the technicians that came out to my house was friendly and helpful.

These guys are great and they communicate well! The work was done and I was well pleased! They all worked great as a team. I had major work done as both of my toilets were backed up and was flooding downstairs and found out the sewer line broke so they had to work by building a trench from the house to the street so it was really a lot of work but they were here every day and stayed till 8 o’clock at night, sometimes just to get a lot of the work done. Had a great experience with Plumb Pros…we woke up to a kitchen sink full of water and no cold water after the weather dropped below -11, called several places including the bigger corporate plumbers, but because of the sudden deep freeze we had trouble getting a hold of anyone. Plum pros was prompt in answering, and had a technician en route within an hour (the large corporate alternative couldn’t get anyone to our place until 4 days later!). Zachary was a kind, respectful and professional plumber who helped us understand what the issue was and did his best to solve the problem. Happy to report we’ve got all the water back to normal as of this afternoon! Will definitely call them again the future for any plumbing needs.

Just had Phil and Zach come for a non-operating furnace. These experts fixed it in five minutes. Then they did a quick inspection of my basement and found a small water leak and repaired that in no time. Spotted a noncompliance code violation on a drain pipe that I can fix easily. Terrific work. Very professional and trustworthy. I signed on for a three year inspection and cleaning because of how these guys work. I recommend them highly at anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work.

After a really poor experience with another company trying to take me for a ride, I had Garrett arrive to review my drain issue. I thought it would be a simple drain issue, and was able to talk through things comfortably and logically with him. As we proceeded there were significant difficulties trying to assess my problem. I wanted to get through as efficiently and reasonably as possible with the owner even coming on site to evaluate. while some troubleshooting didnt go so well, we got the problem resolved and Im looking to the future for this company to be my go to for problems. For a comfortable process, you would do well to see if Garrett can show up for your issue and go from there.

This is the second time weve used Plumb Pros and we are very satisfied with them. We needed our hot water heater to be either repaired or replaced. I have used Plumb Pros a few times before and was never disappointed. This time my water heater and pressure valve went out. Called them about 5am and someone answered the phone. I was put on the list for a late afternoon appointment. But luckily something opened up early and they got out to my house immediately. After arriving at the house and inspecting what happened my water heater of 18 years finally crapped out as well as my pressure valve. They gave me a number of options I could do for a replacement. Luckily the price was right to get a larger water heater tank installed so we had them move forward with the work. Unfortunately, a number of accidents on the highways caused traffic to be absolutely horrible for them going to pick up the replacement parts and getting back to the house. Even though they lost a lot of time on the drive they stayed late into the evening to make sure that everything was properly repaired. I cant say enough positive things about how professional and courtesy they both were. They never got frustrated with all my questions and took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable with everything. These are just a few reasons I keep coming back to them.

I would like to commend Dakota and Gage for a job well done. They were very professional about their work and very knowledgeable. They replaced my drainpipe from my washer to the main sewer line and actually went a little further and sold me some of their Bio Clean and put some in my vent pipe for the bathroom. It plugged up and had to call them back out to unplug the vent pipe after the Bio Clean created a plug at the bottom. Now the drain in the bathroom works better than it ever has. They didnt charge me any extra and I appreciate that. Great job guys and thanks Plumb Pros. The whole job was quoted as an all-day job, but they were done in about 4 hours.

Great customer service from Dominic! He was very professional and explained everything step-by-step that he did. I had water in my furnace room (during the summer), but it only seemed to be there when the back outside faucet was used. I told Dominic I wanted the back outside faucet replaced. Anyway, long story short, Dominic thoroughly checked everything out and was not satisfied that it was the outside faucet leaking. The issue was the drain from the AC was clogged. After looking at a few sections of the drain where it was not clogged, Dominic then found where the drain was clogged and showed it to me. Very trustworthy and did not do work that was not needed! Dominic went above and beyond to explain to me what he was thinking and answered all of my questions honestly! This is what, Genuine, Good Ol Fashioned Sevice is! I would 100% use this company for repairs in the future, and will be purchasing their very reasonable Home Service Maintenance Plan.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he took pride in his work. The work that he did today was to fix a broken pipe in my shower and replace the shower head. Gene has come to my rescue on several occasions. He installed a water heater last year, replaced the yard faucet, and was out today to unclog my kitchen sink. He is always professional and efficient. I will always call and ask for him for future plumbing issues!

Two years ago we had a sewer backup that caused extensive damage to our house. Luis from Plumb Pros came out, cleaned out the pipes, and repaired our bathroom fixtures. He suggested we have the cleaning done as a routine every two years to prevent this from happening again. We just had him back last week to do this. He removed the toilet and cleaned the pipes. He said everything looked good and in replacing the toilet, put in new bolts and re-caulked it at no extra cost. The work was done promptly and professionally. For any additional plumbing work we may need as well as our maintenance we will certainly call Plumb Pros (and request Luis).Thanks for the great service.Dave and Debbe Dilworth

Jean and Ryan just came through for me big time. The new normal means my job is done from home now. A shower faucet issue needed to get fixed ASAP and they were on site and had it fixed in short order.That would be enough, then my neighbor noticed their truck and came over as they finished up. A plumber had just left their house unable to fix their totally separate plumbing issue. Jean and Ryan are over there handling that issue for them as I write this. Who knew?!?!
