I also had another visit from a plumber to fix two leaks on copper pipes in my living room ceiling, which was an unrelated job. I had a gas leak issue under my home, and the gas crew was unable to locate it, which led to my gas being shut off. I reached out to several firms, but they all either cancelled or claimed they lacked the necessary equipment to pressure test my gas lines, among other excuses. However, brayden from Corey & Sons Plumbers took the time to thoroughly examine the lines and communicate with his colleagues to devise a plan of action. Despite being a big guy, brayden didnt hesitate to crawl under my house not once, but three times! His efforts were truly above and beyond what I expected. If he hadnt dedicated this time, he might not have discovered the third leak, which could have resulted in a potential explosion or fire once the gas was restored. He even made a trip to the store to purchase new fittings for the gas line attached to the furnace. When he showed me the updated gas line, I was so moved I shed tears. The Corey & Sons team was so supportive that they even waived my deductible, which was a huge relief because I was unsure how I would manage the payment! Their assistance was a true blessing, and I cant express my gratitude enough. Thank you once again!

Brayden from Corey & Sons Plumbers swiftly got back to me with a job estimate. Other companies either failed to respond or took a long time to do so. Brayden was incredibly flexible when I wanted to switch the tank model as I was interested in an energy star model. The installation process was smooth and the team of two was both professional and efficient. A few weeks later, I needed a Memo Meter installed and again I sought the services of Corey & Sons Plumbers. Brayden supplied an estimate and the final bill was actually less than anticipated. I was extremely pleased with this and appreciated Braydens efforts to help me save money. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Corey & Sons Plumbers to anyone who requires their services. Im also considering using them for a future bathroom remodel. Ive included a few images of the water heater installation. As the building code had been altered, they had to set up an expansion tank and substitute the pvc vent pipe. The replacement water heater was a bit taller, so they had to adjust the copper pipes. I believe the finished job looks excellent.

Brayden from a certain plumbing company had been to my place a few times over the past year to sort out various plumbing problems. In the midst of this, I also got a bathroom renovation done by a different contractor. I forgot that Brayden had visited after the renovation to work on my toilet. Sometime later, I noticed a leak and assumed it was the other contractor who had last worked on the toilet. I asked Brayden to come and check it out. During our conversation, I was blaming the other contractor when Brayden clarified that according to his records, he was the last one who had worked on the toilet. He then fixed the leak without any charges, as it was covered under the warranty. Brayden could have stayed quiet and I would have willingly paid him to fix the problem (which has been fine ever since). I think its quite unique to find such honesty in the service industry today. Thats one of the reasons why Ill continue to call this plumbing company for all my future plumbing service needs.
