There’s a remaining portion of the job for Kevin to complete. He inspected, but did not work on, a bathtub faucet. He said that a part had to be ordered, and that couldn’t be expected until after Christmas.The kitchen faucet work is very good. Kevin fixed both plumbing under the sink and the main line where the stoppage had occurred.

John from Mile High Plumbing did several services for us. All fast and with exceptional quality. Most were covered by AHS home warranty, while for last big modification job we had to pay out of pocket. Although it was not cheap, it was worth every penny. If you are looking for a cheap plumber to do a sloppy job, then search elsewhere. But if you want outstanding results and ready to pay for what you get, then Mile High plumbing is the way to go.

Despite a couple of hiccups, Mile High Plumbing & Air was thorough, communicative, and a great advocate for us when dealing with our home warranty company. We would work with them again -- especially HVAC technician AJ -- in the future.We were paired with Mile High through First American Home Warranty to correct previous shoddy work done on our AC by another company. They definitely went to bat for us when submitting information to our warranty, and were very thorough. The actual repair (a new line set) went poorly (technician was very late, job was left incomplete, worksite messy) but owner Becca heard my feedback and helped correct things swiftly. AJ got everything ship-shape and we are pleased with the outcome. Although things werent completed correctly the first time around, it speaks volumes about a company who hears/incorporates feedback and makes sure to see the job through. Thanks!

They have been very helpful so far during the process of filing my claim and also helped me to upgrade my hot water heater. Lincoln came and installed for us on a Saturday - and one of the parts was damaged upon his arrival. He immediately said he did not feel right about forcing that part to work and instead went and got a whole new part because he knew it was the right thing to do. They also did all of this while we were out of town, as my hot water heater decided to break while my house sitter was staying at my home. Thank you!!

Our evaporative cooler/swamp cooler was not putting out cold air. The office was amazing and AJ came out the same day we called. Amazing diagnostician. Two days later, Donny came and installed a new motor. Unfortunately, he did not hang around long enough to see if it was working even though I said hot air was still pouring out. He returned two days later and had to replace motor again. Problem solved BUT the third visit was unnecessary. A little more care to be sure problem is solved would be great and this took him away from another job two days later. Recommend this company. Will be using them again.

The Scenario: On a Friday morning at 5AM, my water heater tank ruptured and flooded my downstairs basement. The root cause was a failed water pressure reducing valve (PRV) that caused higher than usual pressure through my system, damaging my water heater and causing some off behavior in my water pipes. We had to shut down all water to the property.The Pros: The friendliness of the staff at Mile High was excellent. Everyone (both technicians and managers) was very helpful and kind to me, especially during this period of high stress. They answered my questions and were extremely polite and courteous when talking with me. They were also pivotal in working with my third party warranty company throughout the whole process, which I am aware slowed some of the steps down and gave us many challenges. They responded to my calls over the weekend which was awesome! Another highlight: I was also able to get an assessment of my property and a plumbers report the same day the rupture occurred. This was on a Friday.I want to give a special shout out to Becca, who was not only so understanding of my situation, but also was above and beyond helpful in coordinating with my warranty company, and calling them out when they errored. I could not have understood this situation nor been able to get the help I deserved if it wasnt for her advocating for me. She was absolutely critical to keeping me sane during this stressful period.The Areas of Improvement: Due to so many clients and overwhelming amount of business, reaching their staff was tricky at times. And the date of my first service appointment was several hours late. My understanding is they are down a few staff members and the summer months are some of the busiest. Perhaps there is nothing to be done about this, but I did feel like all the staff were stretched way too thin.TL:DR, Mile High helped me during a very high stress period, and they were kind through the whole situation and advocated for me as a client. I would 100% recommend them.

Kevin came by for service and was deliberate in troubleshooting our drainage issue. This ultimately led us to discover that a toy rhinoceros had gotten stuck in the drain causing water to pool whenever we used the bathtub! With the right amount of patience and persistence, Kevin was able to fish the toy out from the drain and ensured there were no leaks or further damage as he completed the job. I’m extremely impressed with Kevin and the Mile High team. We have a newborn and our garbage disposal stopped working. Not ideal. We filed our claim with First American warranty. The Mile High team called me within hours and was able to schedule same day. They were communicative — texted me when Kevin was on his way. Kevin wore shoe covers and a mask which I appreciated but with having a newborn less than a week old at home. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable. Our warranty covered replacing the garbage disposal and Kevin also was able to fix faulty DIY plumbing under our sink. He also looked at our master shower while he was here since it’s backed up a few times and walked us through what to do if it happens again. Kevin gets 6 out of 5 stars from us!! Extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done! Highly recommend.

He accurately diagnosed our issue as main line root intrusion provided a scope to the house & sewer & set us up with Pipe Lining to fix our issue without excavation.
