A cat named Nick came over from Olde Towne Plumbing when I called to have some shut-off valves replaced as part of the laundry tub / washing machine (original to the house). He realized that the main shutoff valve (to the house) would have to be replaced (because the old rotary valves, original to the house (circa 1955) are prone to failure after so many years). I wanted to have the main shutoff valves replaced (with new 1/4-turn types) as well as the laundry shutoff valves and faucet for the utility tub. In case you arent aware, the old-style rotary shutoff valves have a nasty habit of failing, and if the MAIN shutoff valve to your house fails, brother...have you got problems (major water damage because only the city can turn off the water coming into a house). If your main shutoff valves are old, Id think seriously about replacing them ASAP. Anyway, none of the work could be done unless the water was first turned off at the street (City of A2 function). The people at Olde Towne were super helpful, handling the scheduling with the City as well as the permit required. Today all of the work that I had requested on the initial call was expertly done (Im familiar with plumbing as I grew up in a construction / real estate family) and in a reasonable amount of time. Nicks work was exceptional - a totally professional cat who made it all look easy. Long story short no less than seven things were addressed. Whats also cool is that I had a few other things that I had been meaning to tackle myself, but I called the office to see if they could be added (the administrative assistant assured me that they could to the additional work); since they were going to be here anyway I asked them to be taken care of. As far as rating...9.5 / 10 (only because I never give a 10/10 rating) in terms of communication, price, honesty, quality of work. Absolutely delighted to have skilled tradespeople such as Nick dealing with such issues. A+. I now have peace of mind.

Excellent service and communication. My 89 year old Aunt had a pipe leak and a shutoff valve dripping. The first available appointment was 4-5 days away but they put me on their call list in case of a cancellation or open time. I received a call that same day and the polite, courteous plumber came out, fixed everything perfectly, and the fee was very fair.

We are selling our house and had to have some repairs. Our Realtor, Nancy Bishop, also the best suggested this company. We had Gerry who was fast, efficient, and very professional. He knows his plumbing and did a great job for us fixing toilets and installing a new faucet and stuff that went with it. We couldnt be more pleased. Gerry was such a personable young man. Generally quiet yet friendly and helpful.

Olde Towne Plumbing have us a very reasonable quote to fix a plumbing stack issue, and they came back out to fix it in a reasonable amount of time as well. The fellow who have us the quote, the lady who ran the office and scheduling, and the plumbers who did the job were all friendly and professional, which goes a *long* way in my book. If we ever run into plumbing issues again well definitely give them a call, and wed recommend them as well.

We have used them for multiple projects around the house - installing a whole house filter, installing a sump pump backup system and they have always been super professional, helpful, kind, courteous and when an issue has presented itself that they arent familiar with, they immediately go into problem-solving mode and figure it out! Couldnt recommend them enough.

Not only that, they even brought extra support to ensure our problem was fixed. Dan, the owner, came out himself to the house to make sure the job was done. Extremely impressed and will only be using Olde Towne in the future!

Was hoping to have them fix it but was told that they only do residential and not commercial yet their service page says residential and light commercial. I would recommend that if you are no longer doing light commercial, to please update your website to reflect the services you are currently providing.

He was knowledgeable, resourceful, and very helpful.He diagnosed problems and gave actionable information. He wasnt pushy at all. Instead, he laid the information out there. I called in to Olde Towne just after the new year and was told that, in spite of being well booked up for the day, I could expect a call soon from their technician. As predicted, within the hour, Dan called to say he was on the way. Within a few minutes, my frozen toilet line was running. In addition, Dan proposed a simple, inexpensive fix to prevent further freezing. All told, the problem was fixed at a reasonable price (certainly considering the cost of flooding due to a burst water line) in no more than an hour of my call. I heartily recommend Olde Towne for your plumbing needs.
