Edd did a great job showing us the benefits of Kinetico, again, as our original water softener system was Kinetico when we first purchased the house. We also bought the reverse osmosis system this time too and are enjoying the fresh clean water from that. Edd stopped by again after installation just to make all went well and tested the water again. They provide excellent customer service, and a top quality water system, which is why we went with them again.

Weve had great experiences with Kinetico. They first came out to try to fix our old softener which was dead/not worth fixing. Then they came to install a new softener and dechlorinator. Both guys were great - super friendly and informative.

Im pleased with the installation of my new water softener. Mark and Sam were professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. After the installation was complete, they reviewed the work they had done with me and explained how to add salt, use the bypass, and other details I needed to know as a first-time owner of a water softener.

This was towards the first couple of months of this year but I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit is due. We bought a house and needed a iron filter so our contractor recommended us Kinetico on Jackson rd, so we decided to give it a try. Since we started the process we had nothing but a great experience ! There were a few hiccups on our side and they were very understanding and super helpful. We received amazing customer service from Travis, Mark and Brian who all went above and beyond. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

(guessing at the spelling of he name)Luke the installer was also knowledgeable and easy to work with as well as very courteous. His installation improved the ease of use of my plumbing in the entire house. His explanation of how the system works was easy to understand and thorough.

Excellent professional installation. Pricing similar to culligan but with better rated equipment. Got a softener, iron filter and reverse osmosis system installed. We had tech 465, Ryan and our salesman was Rene--both exceptional.

Had a water softener and iron system installed by Kinetico. Rene our salesman and Tom our installer were very professional and patiently answered all our questions. Minor water leak from a pre-filter O-ring was taken care of immediately. Our water has never tasted or smelled better!

To Kinetico,I am very impressed with all the service for this new installation called The Well package.1. Mark Keller was here to inspect my Kinetico system last week and he showed me why my 20 year old system was worn out and needed replacement.2. Today Ryan Maher arrived at the scheduled time and installed the whole system including a Reverse Osmosis System under the kitchen sink. He was thorough in explaining the various parts of the installation including the iron water filter at the start of the Kinetico system.3. I recommend your whole team particularly Ryan for his friendliness and thoroughness of getting the job done right and explaining everything.4. Ryan and Brandon are the best!From start to finish they were professional and courteous.Brandon came in to analyze our water issues and came up with a solution. Although a bit of a sticker shock, he offered a 12 months same as cash program which we took.We also had concerns about our drinking water. He mentioned the RO system. I was a bit skeptical as we read that the pH of the RO system can go down to as low as 5.5 to 6.5. We prefer water that is pH neutral about 7.4 -7.5. Hence he suggested to me the mineral cartridge. I was once again a bit apprehensive about this as the product is quite expensive but he reassured me that there is a 90 day guarantee. That if I’m not satisfied with the taste of the wate, I may return the product.Ryan came to my house on time and was very professional.He introduced himself and showed me his name tag. He installed our water softener and the RO system. I did ask a lot of questions, which he was able to answer, and in the end asked him to check the pH after installation. The installation pH was 7.4. Perfect!.Ryan was thorough and efficient. He did his job with pride.I would definitely recommend Brandon and Ryan, they help make Kinetico CGC Water stellar.

His in-home diagnosis of ones water quality is informative, his style is low key, not a high pressure sales pitch and Kinetico is a reliable, low maintenance product.

I have had the Clearwater Systems Kinetico Softener System for 15 years now and 3 or 4 years ago, I added the deluxe Filtration system which was fantastic but had a few problems. In 2013 Clearwater installed a different Reservoir which totally eliminated the minor problems of the system. We are totally sold on the Kinetico System and Clearwaters services.

We recently had CGC Water Treatment install a Kinetico whole-house dechlorination system. We are very happy with the results from this system and the transition to dechlorinated softened water was seamless. No more chlorine smell in our water and no more dry itchy skin from the shower. The CGC installers, Geof and Ryan, were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. As they explained how the system works, they answered all of our questions and encouraged us to contact CGC at any time if we had further questions. We would definitely recommend CGC and this Kinetico system!
