After calling them, they had someone out within a very short time to help me with a leaking toilet. Alex quickly identified the issue, was very helpful, and professional. We set up a follow-up appointment today with Braden to install a new toilet. Braden was also very helpful and professional and did an excellent job with the installation. We had a leak in one of our bathrooms into basement below. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing based off location and positive reviews. They scheduled me within a couple days which was fantastic since it was the holiday week. Adam the plumber was awesome!! Inspected plumbing, diagnosed the issue with minimal disruption to the bathroom and had it fixed in no time! Definitely recommend these guys!!! Fantastic!!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is my new go-to plumber. The owner of this new A2 franchise answered the phone and was wonderful to speak with. He was able to schedule me the next day for new sump pump installation when everyone else was booking a week out.They use the sump pump brand I wanted, top of the line Zolar, and were able to install a backup battery for me when a couple of other companies could not.Adam, the technician, was also wonderful. He was extremely pleasant, well presented, and courteous. I felt completely safe leaving him there working while I dashed to the store.I like the membership option a lot. $120/yr saves you the dispatch charge for any visits after the first in the year and takes 15% off your total. And you get an annual whole house plumbing inspection, which includes draining your water tank.I absolutely highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Ann Arbor.

We scheduled an appointment for the following week due to the Memorial Day holiday .. sadly upon returning, the pump actually gave out 3 days before scheduled replacement. They came out first thing next morning and Alex replaced the pump and installed a battery backup system before any further damage happened to our basement. Both Adam & Alex were prompt and very professional, and communicated clearly and made me understand what they were doing.Their competitors didn’t show up for the initial appointment and I’m very glad they didn’t. I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and have had many many tech specialists and laborers come for quotes and installs over the course of three homes. (I have had a janky hot water heater since I moved in this house three years ago. Another company had come to “fix” it and that fix lasted less than two years). This company is easily in the top 3. From the timely scheduling - they came in less than 48 hours - to the friendly and sales-free assessment of the problem and the incredibly professional and thorough install, both done by Adam, this was the best experience. I liked them so much they are coming back to fix a shoddy job done by another company, lol.I highly recommend just doing it right the first time with these guys. Impressive to say the least.
