    The handyman named Dennis Long is truly amazing!! Dennis is detail-oriented, trustable and timely! He closed our first floor study with the French door installation, repaired drywall, and finished floor trim for us. Dennis gave attention to details as if he is installing this for his own home! And we absolutely are IN LOVE how our study turned out!!!     My basement refinish was a large task, and Jeston Evans was my contractor. The job included demo work. Then Foundation Systems, a plumber and electrician. Jeston kept his patients, when I had none. Thanks to Magen Evans for her ideas for tiling the bathroom . Jeston installed framing, insulation, drywall, trim and createdtwo closets, he rebuilt my 5x7 bathroom, installing tile, sink, shower, toilet, lighting and created recessed shelving for wall, and shower. It looks BEAUTIFUL, and better than I had emagined. Five stars,. I would use them again, and highly recommend. Thank you Jeston.

I’d use Dennis and Handyman Connection again in a heartbeat

He was friendly and did extra as things were discovered to be a bit more challenging than first assumed. Ill plan to call them again for future work.

    I had a bit of an atypical project and I had never tried the Handyman Connection of Ann Arbor before. After calling several places who said they could not do the job, not only did handyman do the job. The guy they sent, Chris Crandall did some of the best work I have ever gotten from a handyman. He thought through the project, explained his rationale for his approach, gave me a fair quote and even though the project took a little longer than he anticipated stayed within a few dollars of the initial quote. I would recommend them again!

    I’ve had positive experiences with Handyman Connection. It was easy to make an appointment online, great communication regarding the appointment date and time, and free estimate with an appropriate cost. When possible, purchase the equipment yourself (such as paint, bathroom fan, etc) to save on costs. On the date of the service, the areas remained clean and the services were performed expertly. Sam did a great job. He even went to Lowes to pick up an adapter when he realized that we were missing the piece. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient. I’d recommend anyone to Handyman who needs home repairs that their husbands’ can’t figure out how to do!

    Receptionist took basic information about request and said she would have someone call. A while later when I was wondering if I should check with another possible group, she contacted me, had looked up the item I wanted installed, asked very pertinent questions about the item. The handyman was on time, pleasant and honest about his experience with this product. He used the accompanying booklet to install it correctly. I had a plumber for a different problem a week later and he commented without my asking that whoever installed it for me did a very good job.

He also repaired the drywall that was removed/damaged as part of the tub and surround replacement.All work was well done in a professional and efficient manner.     We had a few jobs on our to do list. I contacted Handyman Connections and got an immediate response and a prompt time for someone to come to the house, look at the work and provide an estimate for the repairs. Tom cane out, did a through review, went back and we received a quote the same day. They do flat fee quotes not hourly so you know what you will be paying. The quote was reasonable so we agreed to it and called to see when the work could be done. We were told Tom could return the next day which he did. One of the jobs was to replace a bathroom fan but once he removed the cover he discovered he could repair the fan which didn’t need to be replaced. So he did that and the final price reflected the lesser cost.Professional company, professionally done work. They are now our go to company for home repairs.

    I had Handyman Connection come to wire electric stove so it could be placed against wall as the old recpticle stuck out too far. I was unhappy with the work done the first time out and expressed that to the company. They were understanding and offered to either come back out and try to rectify the situation without further cost or not have me pay any labor costs for the original work. They came back out and after the second time, I was happy with the result. It is clear they are driven by integrity and customer satisfaction. I will consider them for future projects.

    I had Handyman Connection do 2 bathroom upgrades: replacing lights and reconfiguring the electrical switches, which included plastering the big hole left by the old fixtures, removing wallpaper and painting, installing permanent shower curtain rod fixtures and new blinds. They also replaced a vent and put down trim in my front entrance. The work was beautifully done and the price was very reasonable. Joe Cox communicates clearly, provides a detailed outline of work for the estimate, offers options and recommendations as needed, and was thorough in making sure that we were on the same page as the worker before beginning. He was also flexible about doing the add-ons that came up while he was here (work in the front hall). I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future for other home projects.

    Weve used Handyman Connection for multiple projects over the past year and they have been fantastic every time! Reasonable prices and wonderful results, on everything from full bathroom remodeling (building and tiling a shower, new drywall/sheetrock, painting, trim, etc), updating burners on our vintage stove, building a semi-custom storage unit, and more. The best part is being able to make one call and have one easy, responsive point-of-contact, instead of chasing after multiple contractors. Every handyman from the company that has been to our house has been very friendly, professional, and skilled.     I needed a flourescent light reattached to the ceiling in my laundry room. Rick M. did the work beautifully and I was delighted at his professionalism. And the cost was reasonable! He cleaned up after his work, and he also helped me with another issue in my house by using his brain. I had a chirping smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector that I couldnt get to stop even after changing the batteries. I bought a new one and that still didnt fix the problem. Rick checked inside a laundry room cabinet and found an old carbon monoxide detector that was causing the nuisance noise. Brilliant!

    Working with Joe and Chris was a life saver for my family. We had been working with a contractor who was not getting anything done and made a mess of our kitchen. We initially contracted with Handyman to fix their mistakes - our ceiling, walls, paint, and trim. Because Joe and Chris were fast, efficient, and extremely pleasant and professional, we hired them to completely remodel our bathroom, and we could not be happier. Tom arrived exactly on schedule with the parts that he would need to get the job done. He is so friendly and polite, and clearly knows his stuff. I wasnt aware that there was a difference in voltage required The technician Evan found the source of the problem and corrected the problem without the need to disturb the cabinets or drywall.     Sam and meghan did an outstanding job on our remodel. Meghans painting was excellent and Sam seems to be able to fix anything and everything. The finished project exceeded our expectations.
