I had rodent damage to a water line to one of my bathrooms. There was no sound of water, but there was water weeping from under my front porch brick. I called Thorough plumbing and Jeff came quickly. He did some detective work and was able to isolate the leak and repair the water line.Jeff was very THOROUGH!!! (pun intended), knowledgeable, shared great tips! Now 3-5 days of drying and drywall repair!It is a good and secure feeling knowing Thorough plumbing is my plumber!!

We had an emergency today with an outdoor leak that caused our interior wood floors to buckle. Thorough Plumbing was kind enough to squeeze us in to an already busy schedule. When the source of the leak was discovered to be more difficult than hoped, Jeff came out himself to find a solution to the problem so that we could turn the water back on. Jeff went over and above to help us through an unfortunate and untimely situation and we are so appreciative of his hard work and dedication. Finding people of integrity in business is tough these days so when you find them they need to be shared so others know what it looks like. I highly recommend Thorough Plumbing, they live up to their name!

We were really impressed with Thorough Plumbing. We found excessive rust on the natural gas pipe coming into our house. After Atmos inspected and found no leak, we called Thorough. Ben showed up, explained the process, and got right to work. After replacing the rusted pipe and pressure checking the system, he filed the appropriate form and requested an inspection from the city. Everything went so smoothly!

Jeff had a team of excavators that tunneled from the front to the back of the house, under all the areas that had sewer lines. This included the kitchen, three bathrooms, and the utility room. Jeff Baty is an excellent plumber. I found him to be very professional and informative. My tankless water heater (installed by someone else) went out for about the fourth time since it was installed about 2 years ago. Jeff is very trustworthy and is our go to plumber!===========Original Review 9/4/2022Thorough Plumbing came over on a Sunday morning (over Labor Day weekend) and repaired a bathtub faucet that started leaking water on a Friday. I had called at least 12 other places on Saturday trying to get help and Jeffrey B. was the only one to come out and help us. He was professional, explained everything he was doing and was extremely reasonably priced considering he came out on his day off. While he was there I kinda sprung on him another plumbing issue i had with our bathroom shutoff valves and he accepted the additional work no problem. Long story short....outdoor faucet failed and started gushing water both outside and inside the wall. Called and spoke with Shannon and explained the situation and she was able to get us taken care of the same day (which was amazing especially as several other plumbing companies said it would be several days before they could come and fix).Jeff got here quickly and was able to explain what happened and what needed to be done to fix it in very simple terms that made it easy to follow and feel confident that it was being taken care of correctly.In our case, it was a manufacturers defect and Jeff gave us pictures and a write up that will help us get a reimbursement from the manufacture.Need a plumber, give them a call!

We had a situation where the condensation water from the AC unit was not draining through the bathroom sink and instead was overflowing. Jeffrey and Shana (hope I have the spelling right) came out in quick time and fixed the issue. They were professional and thorough. Not only that, Jeffrey also explained how to do regular maintenance on the AC unit in order to avoid this issue from recurring. They also fixed faulty plumbing beneath the sink for free !! I have used Thorough Plumbing previously. This time I had a water heater leak. I was consulted and given the pros and cons of installing a tank versus a tankless water heater. He also wasnt satisfied with the vents that the builder had originally placed so he took time to replace the events to assure a safer install for us. And moved vanity lines over couple feet to allow for remodeling and replaced tub and shower heads as well. They were knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions. Again, they did a great job of removing the frozen-on hose connection without damage, replace and upgraded the spigot. They also replaced in the concert that was decade and added a winterized cover. Recently both my shower faucet and shower head began to slowly leak continually after turning the shower off. Also there was some calcium & lime build-up on both the shower head and faucet. After some research I discovered that I probably needed to replace the gasket & spring kit and possibly the shower faucet cartridge. I contacted Thorough Plumbing regarding this issue and Jeffrey responded within a couple of hours even though this wasnt an emergency. Jeffrey assessed the issue and agreed that I needed a new shower gasket & spring kit to stop the leaking. As it turned out my shower system was so corroded with calcium & lime that my shower faucet / cartridge had to be cut off with a saw and totally replaced along with a new shower valve. Jeffrey was able to resolve the issue with all new shower system parts including a new shower faucet. Jeffrey was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding my plumbing issue and took care of the problems within a few hours. He didnt make a big mess in or around my shower and cleaned up any and all debris that occurred while repairing the shower when the job was finished. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Baty with Thorough Plumbing for any plumbing issues as I will call him again with any future plumbing issues that come up. Thanks!
