    Kevin Houser came out to my property today to help with what I assumed was a leak somewhere at my residence. Dispatch was able to get him to my house within the hour and Kevin was extremely polite and professional. Fortunately, it was determined that we do not have an active leak. Kevin also gave me some pointers on how to navigate the below freezing temperatures. We are expecting in the next 24 hours. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who thinks that they need to consult a plumber. Five stars is the most Google allows me to give him, but I would definitely go higher if I could.

    Tommy was great!     I recently moved into a house and needed to have an angle stop replaced to operate the dishwasher. I was referred to Auger Pros by a friend. I called and was scheduled by a very friendly person to get a quote. Sergey came out and assessed that issue and a few other things that needed done or would need done soon. (21 year old water heater) Sergey was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions and solutions that would meet my needs without breaking the bank. A few days later he came back out and completed all the work needed in one day! I was very pleased with the company from start to finish. It’s in the name folks! They are pros!!

    If you’re seeing this, look no further! You’ve found the best!     Great response time and work done was quality along with timely. Cory and Tommy were fantastic and explained my options. They fixed the leak, changed the set up of a new faucet, put in a new valve making it easier to access, told me what was needed for another outdoor faucet and checked the water pressure for an indoor sink with a solution for that. I think I’ve found my plumber for life!

    The owner of Auger Pros - Jerry was super helpful and proactive in communication from the get go.I needed a second expert opinion and they were extremely professional.Brian the tech who came out was very thorough in his work and patient.     Wow! Talk about an emergency repair on a Friday! I turned on the furnace for the first time since the weather is turning colder. We smelled the burnt toast, normal, but the natural gas smell is not normal. I sent out a Yelp request and AugerPros was one of the first to respond. Whenever companies are first to respond, I sometimes question if they’re any good or if they aren’t busy because their workmanship is bad so they have time. Not AugerPros. They got me booked immediately and sent out Sergei and Justin. They worked so expertly and efficiently, with the gas provider as well, and they repaired the leak in my upstairs attic to the furnaces before the municipal could shut off my gas until everything was fixed. That’s why this matters, because I wouldn’t get a city approved permit on a Friday afternoon at noon. Now my gas has been restored, and life goes on as usual! Thanks AugerPros, I 100% recommend them, especially Sergei and Justin.

    I experienced an emergency when the gas company shut my gas off due to a leak. I was clueless about what to do next and how to handle such a stressful situation, my stress level skyrocket and I was feeling overwhelmed, it all stopped when I contacted Augerpros Plumbing and Drain which dispatched Brian and his assistant Justin. I experienced world class customer service, speed, professionalism, kindness, respect for my home, progress reports, consistent communication and a level of quality that is hard to describe!     I had originally called to fix the plumbing in 2 toilets, but after Sergey pulled off the tank lid and told me the toilets were made in 1983, i listened to options and the cost.     Awesome and stress free experience! Atmos came out randomly and did an inspection on my gas line out back. I was informed I had a gas leak and needed to call out a plumbing company out l. I called and called around and Augerpros was able to do same day with fast service. Kevin and Ryan showed up to do the inspection, Kevin did an amazing job explaining that I should get my whole gas line replaced since the part were from when the house was built. Kevin got everything organized and ready to go. Kevin and Ryan came out next day to install all new parts and equipment. Both guys did an amazing job and awesome communication throughout the whole process. If the owner is reading this, please be sure to give these guys a steak dinner! lol jk

    This review is based on the initial consultation visit by Brian.I have a hot water line leak under my house slab. Put a call in and talked with Kaitlin, nice gal, and make an appt 2 days later between 8:30 - 10:30. By 10:10am I put a call into their office because their technician hasnt contacted me that he is on their way. Receptionist checked and said Brian is finishing up a job and will be heading over to me after that. Which is fine since Ive contacted their office and he is running late, but would be nice if it was before 10:30, thing happened.I explained everything to Brian what I knew about water sound from the water heater, laundry room n wet carpet in a bedroom, then he started to go check the water meter, water heater and wet carpet room, the outside wall by the heater and confirmed the general area of the water pipe leak. Then he came up with the cost of repair and explained the estimate in detail. He answer all my questions. Now its up to us to check with our insurance company and foundation company if we need to do any foundation work during the pipe repair.I think it worth $29 for Brian to come out and do a consultation. Good job, Brian!

    I cannot say enough to express my appreciation for Kevin Housers excellent work. He was very kind, professional, efficient, and provided explanations for the work that needed to be done. He didnt mind explaining information, the extent of damage, and he provided honest, trustworthy expertise. Today was the first step of the repair... and Kevins plumbing was expected to take about an hour, and it did. He cut out the freeze damaged valves and pipes and replaced with flexible tubing, PVC pipe, and a new washer box. Ryan, the assistant was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. This job was accomplished quickly and wonderfully. I am grateful in all ways. Ive received respect and excellent communications from Jerry about all of my plumbing requirements. Kevin Houser made the preliminary inspection about a month ago, and today I was finally able to have the plumbing accomplished. The freeze in January damaged pipes, leaked into the wall, and flooded the garage. I want to thank Jerry, Michelle, Lois, Ryan, and especially Kevin Houser whose gentleman nature and uplifting words went above and beyond his excellent, professional construction-plumbing expertise.     After researching reputable plumbers online, I landed on Auger Pros. Calling in, they were so nice and after I explained I had a leak in/under the foundation, they sent their foundation guy, Kory.Kory showed up and after just a few minutes with his special listening device, was in agreement with the leak and located it within 2 - 3 possible places. After offering a few options, I asked what would you do? and he gave a direct answer.After we agreed on the price range from x to y, they started the next day digging and actually repaired it a day earlier than promised.The price was the lowest in the range discussed and they communicated well and provided pictures of the leak.While house repairs are not fun, it was a seamless experience and worth the money. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone asking.

    Our kitchen drain had been draining slowly for many months, and when the first run on our new washer caused the drain to overflow, we called Auger Plumbing. Brendon came quickly and had the unpleasant job of informing us that our 50 year-old iron pipes had deteriorated beyond repair and were broken in several places. He and his crew worked long hours over several days. Brendon kept us informed about the progress of the job. They did a great job of putting the yard back together. Brendon is a hard worker and the ultimate professional. I want to emphasize how patient and kind he was with me. This was a major job that cost thousands of dollars, and there was no choice but to do it.

    Aaron and Keith came to clear a sewage line blockage. However when they tested the lines there was no blockage, meaning it must have cleared itself. I felt bad for wasting their time but they had a great attitude and didnt even charge for a service call! Will definitely call them next time a plumbing issue arises.

    Great experience with Augerpros . Has a leak in the main line and pricing wasn’t high and was very competitive. They immediately gave me a temporary water line which made my life easy.     My experience with AugerPros plumbers began a week ago when I encountered a significant plumbing issue in the bathroom. A worker from AuergrPors arrived, but unfortunately, the initial service was not up to par. The workers professionalism needed to be improved, and the demand for payment required more reasonableness. However, the situation took a positive turn the next day when I spoke with the company manager, Jerry Schader, who provided exceptional service.Upon my complaint, Jerry took immediate action. He assured me that a new worker would be sent to assess the situation at no additional cost. True to his word, Kory Sullivan, the new employee, arrived. His professionalism, politeness, patience, and knowledge were exemplary. I received an estimate and, without hesitation, hired the company for the job.Additionally, Jerry showed interest throughout the process regarding the work and the offer. As promised, I also received a discount. Jerry is an excellent manager with outstanding public relations skills, empathy, and humaneness.The bottom line is that I highly recommend this company and would like to thank Kory Sullivan and Jerry for their care and dedication.

    I called AugerPros to work on a repair that Berkeys did for me 4 1/2 years ago when a sewer line from the a guest toilet failed.. Basically, Berkeys workmanship was far below average and after working with Augerpros, I have a good benchmark of what a plumbing service should be. Kory from AugerPros discovered that the previous plumber did not properly cut the length of a run of PVC from the toilet to the main, and did not adhere properly at the joint. Also, AugerPros explained that none of the sewer lines were properly supported in the event of any shifts in the surrounding area in the house. Kory from AugerPros did a great job, he planned and implemented the repair without deviation, and I trust his repair will be the final time I have to worry about this,. However, if I do have an issue, Ill call AugerPros to help me figure out the problem. Kory also fixed a punctured sewer main from a tree root in the front yard. Kory performed the water tests and the repairs held as expected. If you have a serious sewer line issue, call AugerPros first and ask for Kory. Cant say enough good things about them.[Just a note, I tried to have Berkeys come out and take a look at the problem and see if they could repair the problem under warranty, but after they could not get a technician out because of scheduling problems, I decided to go with AugerPros and not waste my time with Berkeys.]

    Great experience with Augerpros and Aaron Stone. Arrived on time in the timeframe scheduled. I called to have a camera scope of our sewer line to make sure everything looked good. We didnt have any known issues - just trying to make sure we werent sitting on old cast iron pipes that were slowly breaking down. He was thorough and explained the process well to me. The company provides a copy of the camera footage as well. Price was reasonable too!

    We acted proactively in replacing our existing water heater. It was 14 years old and very energy and cost inefficient. We requested a few quotes, and Augerpros was our choice! Brendan came out one afternoon and assessed the existing situation. He was very open and transparent with his findings. He presented things in an organized fashion and answered confidently in all questions we threw out. He then gave us options available for replacements and some add ons we were curious about.     On June 18, 2024, the drain line for my clothes washing machine was backing up water. My husband called a plumber and they came the next day. We were charged a total of $2,748 to snake the line (which my husband had done at least 4 times), Hydrojet the line, and finally inserted a camera through the line which clearly showed what appeared to be a chunk of tile was causing the blockage. After all that, the washing machine drain line was still backing up, so we were then scheduled for a robotic procedure the next day for $3201 additional charge!Later that evening, distraught by being charged $6,000, my husband decided to try to clear the drain line himself by creating an attachment to the snake he had used previously, but we didnt know if it worked. We decided to get a second opinion and looked on Yelp, and connected with AugerPros. I was lucky that their plumber was in the area just finishing another job and was able to stop by. Plumber Brenden West visually confirmed that the blockage was cleared by my husband and only charged us a service fee, and nothing for the camera confirmation. If you want an intelligent, honest and fair company call AugerPros. Within about 2 hours of calling AugerPros we were so relieved to know that this issue was resolved!!     Thank Goodness For Augerpros, Aaron Stone and his assistant (I feel bad for not remembering his name). I had an issue with the drain line to my washer - suds backing up with every wash and run I g down the drywall to where the drywall is now peeling back. Aaron and his assistant came in and troubleshot our situation - Checked everything, made sure the drain line was to code (older home) and eventually it came down to me using the wrong detergent and too much to where I was causing the excessive soaping in my drain line! We were so scared that we were goi g to get into some major issues but thanks to these guys- we figured it all out through conversation, cycling the washer many times and talking about my washing soaps! I got an education for sure and these guys were fabulous! I use to use another big name plumbing company here in Dallas but now will be an Augerpro customer!     I had a very, very good experience with Master Plumber Chance Robertson about 6 months ago, and recently, after my 2nd experience with them, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jerry. Now I understand where all the 5 star reviews come from. Jerry is clearly more interested in his customers than his bottom line, which is a very rare thing today. He trains his people in this way, too, and lives to do good on earth, to please others and works to serve God, not man. He exudes integrity as a good Christian who walks the walk, and not just talks the talk. He shows this integrity in his actions to put customers first and bends over backwards to please a customers needs or concerns. My first job was for my 96 year old mother, and Chance Robertson couldnt have done any better, been more friendly, thorough, respectful, professional or reasonable. I was floored that such people still existed in the industry. Then, in dire straits with a blocked shower that kept 2 toilets from draining in my own home, and during one of his busiest days in a week of record freezing temps again, Jerry flipped his schedules around to accommodate my needs by having Master Plumber (18 years) Brian and his helper Blake come to my rescue the same day to get my toilets and shower working again. Brian and Blake are both exceptional people and are like a dog with a bone when working a problem. Im also disabled and under monthly Anesthesiologist care for the past 21 years on the highest pain medication allowed daily after being run over by a drunk driver, and he doesnt fully know the difficulty that this problem causes me. But, he does this for all his customers. I would highly recommend these people for any of your plumbing needs as you will not go wrong or be disappointed. Jerry will always make it right. He has some of the best plumbers Ive ever met, and all their work has been top notch. You can see this in review after review wherever you go to read reviews on them. What I especially like is that all of them appear to operate under good Christian principles, with high integrity for doing the job right and leaving the customer happy. They cleaned up well after themselves and wore protective gear on their feet while in my home. For this reason, I highly recommend AugerPros for any needs. At the end of a week the pipes were replaced my yard was restored and the inspections were complete. No matter where you look it will be a major investment to your home.     I had a water heater go out, so I needed plumbing help fast. I got a few quotes from different companies and after talking to them all I went with Auger Pros. They were not the least expensive, but they seemed to be the most confident in what needed to be done. Kevin showed up and answered all of my questions without even asking.     Brian came yesterday to clear the drains under our house. He did an excellent job for us. He found a line that was sagging a great amount and was keeping the sewage in the line instead of it flowing out. They are coming out again tomorrow through the beginning of next week to fix it.Brian and his crew are amazing. They explained everything carefully and answered all of my questions.     I had an issue with a doggie shower that was built at my home by what I found later was an unlicensed plumber. I searched for reputable plumbers in my area and liked what I saw with Augerpros Plumbing and Drain and decided to give them a try. Their licensed plumber, Brendon, quickly came to look at the problem. Most plumbers would have been irritated to have to fix an issue cause by an unlicensed worker. Not Brendon. He was timely, straight forward, honest with what he diagnosed was the problem, gave me several best case worst case scenarios and followed through with every last expectation that I had. He looked at several other small plumbing issues I had in my 20 year old home and gave me self help ways of fixing those minor issues - love that! Hes been back to my home twice since that original visit. The 2nd time he went far above and beyond the expected plumbing needs, to help me with a secondary problem that came up. I trust everything he tells me, as everything hes done or explained has been spot on. I will ask for Brendon every time I have a plumbing concern. I cant recommend him and Augerpros Plumbing highly enough.

My most recent appointment was a clogged kitchen drain. Dustin was very professional and completed the work quickly and pointed out a leaking kitchen faucet that was creating mold under the sink.     Highly recommended. We continue to get excellent service from Augerpros. We have had an instant hot water heater, two toilets, and two hose bibs done, all with very high quality. They are very polite and professional. They alert us via text when on the way. They give us fast quotes after examining the problem. They give us very thorough paperwork afterward that explains the repair and the warranty. They also give us info that could prevent a problem later. For example, today Chance switched out a hose bib and then gave us great tips on how to make use of its features: Make sure no hose is connected during a freeze. Dont overtighten it; shut it off snug and let it drain etc.

    I knew I either had an obstruction or a break in a sewer line that I could not resolve on my own, so the excellent reviews for Auger Pros caused me to reach out for help. That help arrived within 24 hours after contact in the form of Kory and his associate, Tommy. After I explained to Kory what I had tried and what I was seeing, he reassured me that it was more likely an obstruction than a break. He and Tommy went right to work, removed the obstruction, and then verified the circumstances with a camera inspection. Along the way Kory gave me several tips on how to avoid a reoccurrence and keep that line free of obstruction. He also helped me locate a hard to find part for an unrelated DIY issue that I was fighting. Im quite sure Kory has plenty of accolades on this site, but I couldnt help but leave another.     The sidewalks in front of my house are sinking. One of the possible causes could be a slow leak that is causing the soil to move underneath the concrete. So I started shopping around for a reliable plumber. After I made 5 calls, only Augerpros answered my call immediately. One of the big companies asked me everything like a scam and said they had put me in their database. I asked them to remove my info forever. Augerpros sent people to camera my drain line. No issues. I was happy the price was fair and reasonable. After the city removed the concrete, it seemed like there was some leaking. I called Augerpros with bad tones and attitude. After I hungup from the call, I never expected anything further. To my big surprise, the owner Jerry called me and sent Austin and Justin to come back and check. Touched my heart. They were not wrong. The leaking possibly from the city fire hydrant. Augerpros never leaves their customers behind. Its people like Jerry that make a difference.     Awhile back I had Augerpros replace a hose bib in my backyard. It didnt seem like it was done right but the plumber assured me it was solid. Fast forward to last week, and the joint had completely failed and the bib would come off the pipe if you barely moved it.I sent an email with pictures, and Jerry (owner) replied within a couple hours (on a Sunday!) and let me know that the plumber who originally installed it no longer works there due to poor quality, and he sent somebody out the next day to fix it at no cost.Augerpros wont be the absolute cheapest option out there, but they stick to their word, communicate extremely quickly, and do high quality work -- weve used them for several other projects as well.
