Consistently great experience with O’Bryan Plumbing Services. Lidia and team super customer focused and responsive on scheduling. Everyone we’ve had out for maintenance and repairs has been good. Cody helped us this time around with annual inspection, hot water heater flush, investigating low water pressure issue, and rebuilding gas line piping to fire pit, and was exceptional throughout. Especially on fire pit and related piping — a real craftsman. Highly recommend.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I’ve been working with O’Bryan Plumbing for over a year now at the commercial facility that I manage. My building has had several plumbing issues in that time and I know I don’t have to worry about it too much because O’Bryan and specifically Tanner will get the problem sorted out. He’s easy to work with, knowledgeable about the trade, and they have competitive pricing. Even on jobs where they may be a little bit more expensive than the other guys, I will choose O’Bryan every time because I know they will do it right the first time.

I called OBrian Plumbing yesterday to see if they did the kind of repair I needed.They said yes, and scheduled me an appointment for today (really quick service). I received a text around noon telling me they were on the way (earlier than I expected). Aaron (the senior tech) and Tim (the apprentice) arrived and were ready to get to work. I could tell Aaron was knowledgeable and experienced from the start. He immediately had a plan to resolve my problems. They worked together as a team to efficiently correct the situation and get our house back in working order. They were both polite and respectful to us, and each other. I feel that the charge for the work they did was extremely fair!I am happy to have found a service provider that is dependable and does great work. I will definitely be recommending OBrian Plumbing services to my friends.

They discovered a leak that would have caused me thousands in damages if not caught. They replaced my water heater and were kind/professional during the whole process. Im very impressed with Mark and Tim from OBryan Plumbing. We had a leak from our second floor bathroom coming through the first-floor cieling. These guys were professional from start to finish. They were polite, humble and treated the work like it was for their own home. They let me know exactly what they were going to do and there were no hidden or surprise costs, even though they had an issue with a handle that had to be cut off and replaced. Ive dealt with many companies and Mark and Tim are a rarity and a step above the competition.

Aaron and Josh were extremely professional and went above and beyond in servicing our home. It started with a foul smell we couldn’t identify, as they came over they started to investigate, systematically ruling out potential source until they honed on one particularly old pipe. We quickly sync’d and discussed options on how to further identify the source of the smell. While enacting on the agreed strategy they also discovered a small gas leak in our attic! Aaron and Josh went above and beyond once we found the real source of the smell (a decaying rat hidden under insulation) they then quickly and promptly replaced the valve for our gas pipe.I would welcome them back into our home anytime in the future. I valued their service so much I signed up for the O’Bryan family plan! Thank you.

I had multiple quotes to replace the emergency water shut off valve going to my home. OBryan Plumbing Services was the most reasonable quote. They also explained the process and work best. I decided to go with OBryan and they provided top notch services from start to finish. They protected my decorative gravel by laying down plastic before digging, gave regular updates on what was being done while working and even added some protective spray to a couple external gas lines that they noticed had some weather wear. EDIT 7/1/2024I just wanted to give Aaron and OBryan Plumbing another proper shout out. Our city smart water meter alerted us that we had a 6 GPH water leak late June 2024. After exhausting all leak checks, i.e. toilets, pipes, water heater, irrigation, outdoor faucets, etc., I assumed the leak was either at the meter or at the line between the meter and the house. Sure enough, the hole where the meter sits in was filled with water. At first I called a different plumbing company (Casto Leak Detection) and they wanted to replace the entire pipe from the sidewalk into the house and quoted $4,200 to dig and replace the pipe. I dont think they properly diagnosed the leak and just assumed since they did not take the time to pump out the water from the water meter hole, otherwise they wouldve seen the leak. The overall work wouldve taken 2 days and they couldnt start until a week after the service call (7/1/2024). I remembered using OBryan and called them the same day and Aaron, who helped install 3 hose bibs last year, came by and diagnosed the leak. He quickly determined the leak was at one of the joints connecting the reduced pressure back flow preventer to the water meter and showed me a video of the actual leak after pumping water out of the water meter hole. He was able to fix the leak the same day of the service call, less than 2 hours and the cost was less than $400. Because of OBryans honest to goodness service, I signed up for their family maintenance subscription plan (our water heater is up for replacement anyways lol). I like how OBryan Plumbing take photos of their work and send it to me via email with my receipt. They also guarantee all services with a 1 year warranty.ORIGINAL REVIEW 6/18/2023We hired OBryan Plumbing Services to replace three old outdoor hose bibs (aka outdoor faucets, spigots, etc.) in our new home that were probably there from the early 90s when the house was built. Aaron was the serviceman and he arrived within 5 minutes of giving us a heads-up call. The entire job was completed within 45 minutes and the quoted price is fair. Thumbs up to Aaron for the cordial service and professionalism. Well use OBryan again if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

Cri was awesome! I am responsible for taking care of a deceased relatives affairs, and I have used the services of OBryan Plumbing twice so far. I must say, throughout this probate/estate ordeal (if yah know YOU KNOW), I have had to deal with SO many institutions. OBryan has been, by far, one of the most pleasant entities Ive encountered. They document everything, they are polite, they show you prices before they do services, and they are reliable. Cri was such a nice guy, and he explained SO MUCH to me (Im a bartender, and I know very little of plumbing or just being a real adult in general, ha!) He answered all my questions, he was honest, knowledgeable, and quick. He didnt try to price gouge me, gave me different options of services, double checked everything, and was professional. I had the house weatherized since I dont live in Plano and cant make it up every single time there is a freeze. I really just wanted someone to help me button everything up to the best of our ability, because I am responsible for the property for the time being (I think we all have a smidge of PTSD from that freeze a few years back.) Cri went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him. I feel so much better about the situation now that I used OBryan (they were also fantastic the first time they came out) and Cris services. The only thing that I dont like is that they arent in the Austin area 😜

Frisco Water Supply, in their monitoring of usuage, said our original 24 year old valves for the house/sprinkler systems were rusted and could not be turned. Subsequently, OBryan Plumbing replaced the valves and brought the system up to code. While we were surprised by what seemed to a high estimated cost, it quickly became apparent that there was considerable sweat effort (especially in 100+ degree weather) and professional plumbing knowledge to dig and replace the old 2 valve system with 3 new valves. This was a ton of work. OBryan thoroughly cleaned the site, the sod, and sidewalk afterwards. I was impressed by their desire to do high quality work, ensure satisfaction, and thoroughness of making sure that turning off the water to our house would not damage our water heaters and icemaker. Cody and his other worker arrived on time, introduced themselves and were very friendly. They found the problem right away, which was a small gas leak in the attic. They also found one more leak in the attic and one more outside. They came back today to wrap up. Im very happy with their work and will not hesitate to call them back.f

Our garage ceiling developed a leak that we discovered late SUnday afternoon. I called Monday morning and was able to get service that day. Tanner was very thorough and checked every possible source. He provided ideas for our next steps, as it turned out the problem was with the a/c drain line. OBryan is fantasic!

I called in the am, was promised a slot by end of day, and wound up being early. Very pleased with the professionalism - received a call, then a text with my service persons photo and information. Introduction on arrival, and very detailed and transparent game plan and charges for services. I decided to purchase the membership plan since I will be calling them back with any issues I have in the future. Very well run company and employees. Highly recommend.
